The staff here is always friendly and helpful but the store is half empty…read more I was told they weren't restocking until something was purchased. This he said was due to the amount of theft. That makes no sense to me because they have list so much in sales from under stocking. I don't know if it is that they aren't in the profit range or just not well managed. This used to be my favorite CVS because it is close to home, but I'll be going further afar from now on or maybe on to RiteAid. The problem is you get a lot of great discounts for using the CVS APP for purchases. I'm hoping whatever the problem is they can rectify it.

Not only no appropriate V, Day but almost nothing in the way of any birthday or any occasion for any sex. It's too bad because this store is close to my home but I don't even bother looking for ANYTHING here anymore.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had…read more I waited on hold for 32 minutes trying to reach the pharmacy. The system repeatedly looped between music and ringing, and then finally announced that they were "too busy to answer" and that I should call back later. Today I paid extra for delivery (including a tip) because I'm extremely sick and didn't want to expose others. The prescription never arrived, and the app now incorrectly shows it was picked up. I'm left with no medication and no answers. Extremely poor service and communication. Very disappointed and frustrated.

She was in the hospital and needed the medication upon leaving the hospital. The pharmacy at hospital also called. They were also unhung up on. We went to the pharmacy in person, gave them an insurance card. We found out they to do take Anthem Blue cross which was new for my daughter. She still was also still covered through family medical. They then said they could not use her family medical because that was a secondary insurance and we would have to go somewhere else or pay out of pocket. We choose to go to a location that took Blue Cross. They promised they would transfer all the medication for us. Once the pharmacy called for them. They did transfer 2 out of 3. I had to go back to Walgreens for the 3rd and most important medication. They were rude, unhelpful and unknowable on how to use specific insurance. Walgreens in Bakersfield on Hageman and Calloway

Unfortunately, this will not be a five-star review. I was referred to Brimhall Pharmacy after…read moreexperiencing a backorder issue with Walgreens for an undisclosed medication for a disclosed condition. I came to pick up the prescription for my daughter today only to find out that they will no longer fill this prescription because the insurance benefit puts the pharmacy at a loss rather than a financial gain. This particular pharmacy has come highly recommended by the provider and sends quite a bit of business their way. I was further told that this $16 loss is not sustainable to their business. When I advised the pharmacist that the provider sends a lot of business there. I was met with crickets. It was very discouraging to hear that my daughter could potentially bankrupt the pharmacy over $16. Clearly the pharmacy is not in business to take care of patients but more worried about their bottom line. I think there many happy 5 star reviews will keep them operating in the black.

I love Lee's. They are a family owned business and they keep it nice. When my wife was pregnant…read morethey fawned over her. When the baby came they fawned over her too. Now, they know her name and all get hugs every time I take her in. This is just a wonderful place full of sweet, loving people. You can't get that at the chain pharmacies. The pharmacist at Lee's makes a diaper rash cream that takes care of just about everything. It handles the rash, kills bacteria, and protects the skin all at the same time. You will need a prescription for it, but it is totally awesome. Ask your pediatrician if your baby has a hard to cure rash. Most of the local Bakersfield pediatricians know about Diana Lee's diaper rash cream. Coming to Lee's is also a great way to support local Bakersfield businesses. They have reasonable prices and they also have delivery if you need. I believe there is no charge for delivery but ask them to be sure. I am a Lee's Pharmacy customer for life.

They have the best customer service. All through the years of going here, they saw our little family grow and they have treated us like their own family. They know my daughter so well, that they never failed to ask how she is or talk to her when she's with us. One thing that I like about this pharmacy is their awesome diaper rash cream when my little one was in diapers. This cream is a special mixture that is gentle for babies and at the same time a wonder rash cream. So if you have a baby with rash issues, try them, it definitely works!!! This pharmacy is a locally owned family business and I'm up for supporting local stores. Try this pharmacy and you won't regret it!!!

I've been to this Walmart over a hundred times and realized I've never written a review about it!…read moreOverall, my experience has been positive. It's really convenient to have a Walmart close to my home, making it easy to pop in whenever I need something. Plus, who doesn't love Walmart for its affordable prices? The staff members are generally helpful and provide great customer service. My kids love coming along because they always want to check out the latest releases in the toy department. One of the nice features is that they have services like FedEx, a haircut spot, and a pretzel shop inside. I remember when there used to be a McDonald's there, and I'm not sure why it was removed--perhaps it was the end of their contract. I really hope Walmart can strike a deal to bring McDonald's back because it was great to grab breakfast there while shopping. In summary, I appreciate the affordability and the good customer service at this Walmart. The overall environment is pleasant, so I'd say my experience has been very positive!
