They also have…read more$1.00 pizza slices which used to be the normal price just a few years ago,so I got two of those. Nowadats I believe their pizza slices are nearly $4.00! And yes they offer the same pizza as they did before, sometimes pizza that's been sitting there since 7:30am which is part of the reason why I rarely come for their pizza. Their slurpees are the best though, and I'm pretty much a fan of the coca cola slurpee. I noticed a lot of kids doing the same thing on this free slurpee day. This store in particular has always been chill, and I've never experienced rudeness or any other issues that sometimes are a problem at their other stores. It is what it is, and maybe I will try to sneak over here before midnight for one more slurpee, or probably not.

The cookie pack comes with two cookies, and they are usually labeled with a specific flavor like chocolate chip for example. The cookie packs that they having display have no label at all to inform the Customer of the cookie type or flavor. I asked the Clerk behind the counter what it was and he said 'sanerdanel'. First the cashier was super friendly and very helpful. For my main purchase, I wanted to buy a pair of cheap ear buds. The cashier provided me with plenty of options that included ways to save quite a bit of money on the ear buds. Basically, the ear buds pretty much ended being friend with his coupon recommendations. Overall, the store had a nice layout that is similar to other CVS Pharmacies. This particular store was well organized and pretty clean.

CVS let down their community today…read more We had a snowstorm (not that bad-cars and plow trucks on the roads and we had a weeks notice) and they are closed. This is an essential business. People were not able to get essential items like medication, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Why is it that Mom's Grocery Store, Chipotle, O'Sullivan's, Liberty Tavern, and coffee shops (Northside Social, Starbucks) could come to work today, but CVS couldn't manage? Not only were these other businesses open, but their employees were out shoveling the sidewalks. What soft times we live in. Not showing up to work to sell basic necessities puts the community at risk and is shameful. I will be supporting those business who decided to show up for their community and will not be shopping at CVS.

Some food was on my mind, but after walking into the nice clean store, I was stopped by the smell of hotdogs. A very popular item sold here long before the other types of hot foods were sold at 7 Eleven. This was before 7 Eleven had it's own brand drinks or foods. Anyhow, the quarter pound hotdog (non-spicy) is what I went for. I saw the tongs used for grabbing hot foods but did not touch them. After seeing how dirty the bind where the tongs go at another 7 Eleven, I could not use those tongs. I saw no disposable gloves to use, so I finally asked for some napkins from the cashier. Grabbing only the hotdog I wanted after setting up the hotdog bun and its holder, the hotdog was perfect. Adding onions to the hotdog came to mind, but I saw this area was heavily used. Maybe next time. I like this store, but the parking space is very limited. It was no surprise I saw a panhandlers waiting outside for just the right person to ask for something. It happen once I walked outside, the store. The panhandle asked someone for something and he must have gotten it, because he vanished right after getting it. Nevertheless, I will be back to this store and area. I saw some other places I would like to visit.
