Not that it's a whole lot larger than other locations but it doesn't have as much merchandise stuffed into it so the aisles are spacious and pleasant to through. It's easy to see the merchandise and you're not swamped with overload of choices either. I had been looking for a heel rasp in a variety of stores for several months, one like the guy in a nail salon in Arizona had used on my heels when I got a pedicure there. I was very impressed with it and thought, I've got to get myself one of those. I hadn't found one anywhere until I came into this store and they not only had one but it was a beautiful violet color, my favorite. It wasn't cheap but I figured if it works it would be worth spending twice as much as I had expected to. The clerks were very nice, although one kind of treated me like I was a little dense for running my card through the machine as soon as she told me the total, as if I would know that with that machine I was supposed to wait until I was told to run the card through. How would I know that when I am used to most machines expecting me to slide my card as soon as I was given the total?. I was surprised to see three or four clerks in there when there didn't seem to be that many customers that would need need help. I found some nail decals I liked also but I thought the sign said they were 50% off. When I walked past that display the second time I realized it said if you buy one at regular price it is 50% off the second one and that made it a little more than I wanted to pay, just because I'm thrifty. So I passed on those and got a couple of their smaller inexpensive nail polishes instead. Even they were more than they used to be but then again prices go up, not down. They were on a rack that used to be $0.99 each but now they are $1.59 each. If you go to Sally's frequently I'm sure it would be worth it to get their discount card. It used to be $5 if it hasn't gone up. I go so seldom it wouldn't be worth it to pay the money for the discount.

On a few occasions she hasn't been available, and everyone else does a good job as well. I just kind of wish the brow bar wasn't in the middle of store. I don't enjoy having strangers watch me get my mustache waxed.

I have been giong to the brow bar for over 2 years & have had mostly pleasant experiences & been happy with my brows. My most recent vist was terrible. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to leaving work late & traffic {no excuse, I know!} I am normally on time for my brow appointments so this was not my norm. When I walked in, I apologized for being so late. For the record, I would have been completely fine with rescheduling or waiting until they finished with someone else, etc. I was late & I am ok with that. I am not at all ok with the way I was treated due to being late. CeCe was very short with me & waxed my brows very abruptly. She did not speak to me at all {I'm a frequent customer & we always chat} She yanked the strips off & did not even get the stray hairs. When she handed me the mirror after she finished, I asked if she could clean up the strays that were left & she said "You said you didn't want them any thinner, so...." It normally takes 15-20 minutes for them to do my brows. From start to finish it was 7 minutes. After she finsihed, I said "If you needed me to reschedule because I was late, you should have just told me" she said, "Well, you got them waxed didn't you?" This is the worst I have ever been treated, especially a place that I am regular customer. I am a platinum member at ulta & spent $1100 last year alone at their store on brows, etc. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect to be treated respectfully. I have referred at least 8 people to the brow bar & have recently sent them to another salon due to my bad experience. In one appointment, my loyalty to the brow bar was completely ruined. I switched to another salon the very next day & will not be back. I'm extremely disappointed & hope that they will re-evaluate how they handle late arrivals & things of that nature in the future.
