The bean chalupa and bean burrito extra cheese are my favorites. Everyone in my family loves the taco burgers. The salsa is so good! Instead of listening, he immediately insisted that everything was in the bag because he had packed the order himself and said his "French fry girl is on point." He would not let me show him the order and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain the issue. Eventually, he asked if I wanted to speak with a manager, and I said yes. He left, but the manager never came to the window. Instead, another employee told me to pull forward and said they would bring out the missing food. While I appreciate that the missing items were eventually provided, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. I felt dismissed, not listened to, and treated as though I was being dishonest. A simple review of my order and a respectful conversation would have resolved the issue much more professionally.
