first off, I went in asked for long no color with stiletto pinkies because I'm a cosmetologist and I braid, which did not get what I asked for. I got acrylic all over my fingers. I got cut on multiple of my hands and my thumbnail looks like Mount Everest, while my other thumbnail looks like a thin piece of paper so I let them know as I was on live that I did not like it and was nothing that they could do so the nails were on I paid they said if they would be fixing while I just called to see if they can't just put more acrylic over it to not make it look so ugly, and the lady literally told me that she could not do it today that it would have to be next week to me. nail I have to go get my nails done. I did it to bless one of these because I know how it is being a nail tech and not having but that right there is why I do not get my nails done because when you ask for something and you don't get it people love to sit there and talk shit about you now I know why they made the translator headphones for people that go to salons, natural nails I'm sorry, but you have a very bad service and you lost a very loyal customer read more

My boyfriend and I walked into Natural Nails at around 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and to our surprise, we were the only customers in there. Natural Nails recently have new owners (Lynh & Mike). When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a big hello and Lynh gave us a tour of the salon & what he envisioned for the future (coffee stand, computer area, etc). Lynh was a great host making sure his clients were taken care of. He mentioned if his employees are happy it will help make the clients happy. We came in for pedicures (menu in photos) - my boyfriend and I both got the #3 Elegance Relax which includes a shape, cut cuticles, polish, hot towels, hot paraffin wax, wax with hot stone & my choice of aroma therapy scent: Cuccio Honey, OPI Tea, OPI Coffee, OPI Tropical, OPI Papaya Pineapple & Cucumber - 45 minutes & over, leg message 15 minutes $45 - we didn't pick our aroma therapy scent. HIS: He was put with a lady (neither of us caught her name), she was sniffling but honestly, I think it was allergies - or at least hoped so. While she was doing my boyfriend's nails she didn't seem too thrilled to be there & she asked me at least 5 times if I wanted a manicure. I gave her the same answer "No, I can't have nail polish at this time - I'll come back when I can". My boyfriend and I both noticed that his pedicure was significantly shorter than mine even without the polish... He wasn't impressed with the message. Without asking the shape of toe nail she did an less than okay job with the pedicure but left with 3 cuts on his toes that bothered him the next day. She didn't inform him of the cuts either. - She tried to cut off every part possible of his nail, which lead to making it look like his 6 year old son cut them. HERS: I was put with Andy; he was very nice and pleasant and made conversation to both of us. He made our experience awesome. For my message, his hands had great pressure and he knew by my facial expressions or how I jerked back that something wasn't feeling good. He had great non-verbal social cues (Something some nail techs don't understand). He made sure the temperature of the water or the hot paraffin wax was to my liking. In the end, I got French Tips with a purple flower. They looked great! While I was still getting a pedicure my boyfriend's nail tech was the one who took my shellac off. While taking my polish off, she asked me again if I wanted a manicure. I gave her the same response as the first 5 times, "No, I can't have nail polish at this time - I'll come back when I can" Between my boyfriend and I, we tasted at least 6 different (2 white & 4 red) - they were all delicious. We felt like we were at a winery getting a pedicure! When another client came in the owners greeted her as they greeted us and offered her a beverage, after she got confortable they inquired about the TV volume in front of her. They strive to be classy & give back to the community (so far they have given back to Randall HS women basketball team as well as Martha's home) Every two weeks they have smaller raffles but when we went they were doing a raffle 1st place a 55" LG Smart TV + $100 cash - 2nd place $200 cash - 3rd place $100 gift card to the winner's favorite restaurant. The person who draws the winner is a random client. They pick the winner by whoever draws the highest card. If the highest card winner is over 21+ they get a bottle of wine, if they are under 21+ they get $20 cash PROS - offer beverages (coffee, soda, red & white wine) - 6 message chairs - Cleanliness is the #1 priority - English speaking only (unless important) - Nail techs have conversation with client & not each other - Variety of fine wine choices - Music - TV displayed to clients NOT nail techs - Have tablets client's children can play on while parent can relax & get services done CONS - My boyfriend's nail tech (we gave her a 22% tip she didn't seemed impressed) Besides, my boyfriend's nail tech the experience was great and we will defiantly come back but not sure, about if the boyfriend and I can be done simultaneously as his nail tech didn't impress him what so ever. read more

Today was my first visit and it won't be my last. I am extremely happy with the service and hospitality that I received. I got a fill and pedicure with design on my big toes and ring fingers- this cost the normal $70, however the service was worth SO much more! My nail technician shaped my nails perfectly, which is not something that happens often. I feel as though I should be a hand model (if only the backs of my hands looked as beautiful as my nails!)! I love this beautiful tranquil nail salon. Ben and Jen are excellent at what they do. My nails, whether dipped, painted, or brushed on) always look amazing. The pedicures are a relaxing enjoyable experience in a sanitary environment, as they use disposable bags at each pedicure station. I love the high quality massage chairs. They make my legs feel so much better as I have lymphedema and chronic venous insufficiency in both legs. They apply the perfect amount of pressure without hurting me. The nail polish or dip lasts for weeks. Their pricing is fair. The beverages are always cold and wine is at perfect temperature. They can do lashes and waxing. I was so thrilled with how my eyebrows turned out thanks to Jen. I've been a customer since 2016. read more

This is a small nail salon that is in the works. Friendly and professional staff. 6 pedicure chairs, 5 manicure tables. There is an interesting touch- the florescent light covers are covered in sky scenes. The prices are comparable to the other nail salons in the area. What makes this one different is the bi monthly raffles. AND a portion of the stores profit goes to community services such as the Downtown Women's Shelter, VA services as well as police and fire department. I'm interested to see how the new owners finish decorating. I'm also going back for the raffles. I can definitely spend my money at a place that gives back to the community. I've been having issues with finding a good place to get my nails done. Well not anymore!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and employees eager to help me out and give me the best service! Tom was my technician and he did an amazing job!! He made sure I liked my nails every step of the way. He told me he wants me to leave with a smile on my face so he was going to take his time and make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted! I am a full time RV'er and it is always hard to find good nail salons around the country when you are "passing thru" . I arrived in Amarillo today and was able to get an afternoon appointment with Natural Nails. I admit I did not have high hopes but this salon exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled. Salon is clean and comfortable. There is a large selection of gel polishes to choose from and the technicians did exactly as I requested. The work is beautiful . I requested an acrylic fill, change of gel color polish at the tips of my nails and do a little art work on each nail. He was efficient, (45 minutes from start to finish) pleasant and I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I wa staying in the area this would be my "go to " salon. Oh, and after traversing the entire US (that's correct - we have been in every state) their prices were better than great. Acrylic, gel polish and nail art on all ten - $30 Check them out. read more

I had hopes based on other's reviews. Went with my mom for a girl's day out. The hot stone massage pedi was nice and we felt pampered. But the polish would not dry! Even after ample wait time, both mine and my mother's polish smudged like crazy, which made us curious about their product. I get mani/pedis often and this has never happened to me before. The people are so friendly and they do an awesome job. They have bi-weekly raffles for $100 restaurant gift certificates as well as bi-monthly drawings for wonderful prizes. The florescent light covers are sky scenes and are beautiful to look at. They also contribute to many local charities. The front of the building has patio chairs and tables as well as plants. It is a relaxing place to go. I highly recommend this place. They serve wine and coffee to their customers. It is the best in town! read more

i've been on the search for a great nail salons that have a great variety of colors and great costumer care. the first time i went, i got my nails done by the owner. absolutely great. then i went in for a fill also by the same person i asked for the same color which has a specific name throughout most nail salons (american white) super simple. everything was going great untill she put a glitter white powder onto my nail that wasn't filled down all the way because i had colored my hair the day before so it was very dark on the top coat, which should have been filled off in the first place. i asked if it was glitter and she said, and i quote "no. it will come off when i file" and i was confused but i couldn't really see it while she was doing it. she did one hand then i was able actually look at it, so much glitter. and she said "see it's not that much" which no it wasn't a lot but i did not ask for that. i told her "no i don't want glitter. i want american white just plain no glitter" she said "oh we are out but it's ok i'll have jt next time" not to mention my nails were round after asking to not round the corners. i'm pissed at this point because i usually never speak up. but that day i did and get shot down. she didn't offer i different color or a discount or anything. nope. she just did what she wanted to after telling her 3 times i don't want glitter you said it would come off, which i know it wouldn't because you can't do that. why lie? why run all over your costumers? never went back and found a great place. read more
