Okay, so let me start with the pros of this place. Absolutely gorgeous, very clean, a lot of staff, very friendly and inviting, fair price Here we go with the cons: 1) I asked for a full set of acrylics She started to dip my nails 2) she cut my finger pretty good 3) they're uneven lumpy and mis-shaped 4) it was almost like it was her first time doing acrylic 5) she then began to seem annoyed with me when I asked her to not do dip and switch to acrylic. At one point even ignored me and wouldn't look up. 6) I entered the salon at 3pm and left about 5:30, time is important to me and I feel that is pretty lengthy. read more

I was willing to give Bellagio another chance, but same results. The polish job is spectacular, but the manicure was haphazard. Similar to my previous experience, I had to ask for polish cleanup (left polish on the skin) as well as trimming cuticles. Left nicked and am flabbergasted about the lack of care shown to me. read more

Visiting from out of town and decided to give this place a try.. as a long time gel wearer I KNOW what I like my nails to look like.. The guy (I'm guessing manager) persisted after I told him I do NOT like my gel removed with the drill because it makes my natural nails weak he proceeded to do so anyway -saying the gel would not come off it he didn't drill.. and now 4 days later several of my nails & polish have chipped. Even went back to have them repaired and my nails are chipping AGAIN.. complete waste of a $100. read more

This place is dis organized overpriced and not with the money Went there with my granddaughters for plain educates with gel polish got up sold and told it would be $29 after discount turned out to be $60 each the $35 for just gel polish on my 1 of my granddaughters then when I went to pay out they tried to charge me almost $300 ended up being o my $217 still more than anywhere else then they had me so aggravated I did not realize they kept my card. We also got there just before 11 am got put in pedicure chairs and waited till water was ice cold before that started did not get out of there till after 3 pm Not anywhere I am going back too anytime soon read more

First impression... NO COVID precautions. I was the only one wearing a mask. None of them employees wore mask or required the customers to wear a mask. The staff wear friendly and they provided drinks. The pedicure was basic, I had to tell the nail technician to use the tool to remove callous instead of the basic pumious stone. read more

We called ahead and made a quick appointment to be seen as we were in town for a last minute wedding. The place was super clean and very beautiful. Once we got there we went in and had our Manicures done and a Pedicure! They were really attentive to our needs and we liked that they were doing everything with gloves and mask on during the entire time. Even under these crazy times they were able to accommodate us and help us out! Thanks to all of y'all for the great job on our nails y'all are a life saver! Over all I would say that it was a pleasant visit from the start to the end. The guy at the counter was also super nice and asked us how was it and if were happy with our nails and I'm all like yeah it was a great experience and a great job done. First and foremost the man that did my pedicure did a fabulous job. The lady that did my nails in the other hand was a hot mess. Told her to fix the same nail 3 times and instead of fixing how lumpy it was she blamed it on the fact that I didn't get a tip, or would claim the powder changes colors. Argued with her and three times for the same thing, and she still didn't seem to understand and instead got agitated because she was unable to fix it. read more

I'll start off with the good. The environment is really great. They put a lot of work into having things looking nice. the TVs, the decor, it's all really nice. You walk inside and feel fancy. Lol BUT the pedicures are way too fast. I get a pedicure to relax and i like for them to take their time. They didn't soften my feet with a pumice stone or anything of the sort. they literally clipped and filed my toe nails, massaged for maybe 30 second, painted my toes and then sent me to my mani. I spent the extra for a deluxe so I can't imagine a basic. They did do the wax and sugar exfoliate but it was on my feet/legs for like 3 seconds. the manicure was the worst I've ever had. It took FOREVER. the guy was really rough and made me bleed really hard. He literally filed my skin. Then after that, he put some nail polish remover on it and it BURNED. The simple design I asked for looked so bad. Not just "oh it didn't look the same", no. It looked horrible. I was embarrassed for anyone to see them. The shape was so terrible. They were short and stubby. One of my thumb nails was completely lopsided. and you could see my natural nail on one side only. the quality was so bad. The sealant (top coat) was lit peeling off in chunks and the dip powder was exposed. if I rubbed up against anything, chunks were coming off. And then within days, I already had 2 pop off. and to top it off, when i paid, they charged me THREE times. He kept getting mad at me because he was doing something wrong. i had to call the bank to get two of the transactions cancelled. awful experience over all. I will never go back and I am extremely disappointed. I never get to spoil myself so i am so bummed that the time I do, this is what happens. way too expensive to be this terrible. read more

This business was recommended by my husband's co-worker. I had a split toe nail so I requested a pedicure. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately given service. Their business was open one hour before posted times online. So, I was appreciative they made themselves available. The downside of their service was having a gel manicure at the same time of my pedicure. It wasn't relaxing and I had to balance a hand nail heating device on my lap. It is quite pricey from other businesses I have been to and for less service. There was no massaging of hands or arms. Also, I was charged for every additional item of service due to the split toe nail. Overall, they appear to be friendly and will make an attempt to speak to you. read more

I would leave zero stars if possible. My friend and I got there at 6pm (they close at 7:30) for pedicures. We were told to put our names on their iPad. While we were doing that, 3 girls walked in behind us and sat down in the waiting area. The guy there immediately went over to them, asked them what they needed done(3 manis and 3 pedis) and THEN proceeded to let them go ahead of us. That's just the beginning. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated in the pedicure chairs only to be greeted with dirty towels on the foot rest, the armrest covered in sticky what I would assume is drink residue and they didn't even put water for our feet to soak. We waited for 25 minutes for ANYBODY to even say anything to us, it never happened. Two ladies that came in about 30 minutes after us were seated in the stations across the aisle. I'll be damned if those two ladies didn't get helped before we did! They were asked if they wanted drinks, if the water was too hot(meaning they actually got water!), and then they were conversing with them for a couple minutes before my friend and I decided we had had enough. It was only when we stood up to leave that anyone talked to us. She tried to tell us that they'll start us right away, but being passed up by literally 5 people who came in after us was beyond infuriating. I sure hope that we are the only ones who have ever had this happen to us based off of reviews. I only wish I would've taken photos of the dirty towels and sticky uncleaned armrests. read more
