There were so many very disappointing things wrong with this appointment. I made sure I was clear on what I wanted when I called and made the appointments for myself and my granddaughters, but they weren't clear on it when we arrived. When we first got there, they started rushing and rushing us to choose what colors we wanted. They did not listen to what we wanted. I explained what I wanted clearly for my toes, but they chose a gel for me that wasn't at all like what I had requested. My youngest granddaughter wanted two-tone nails, light green fading into white, with flowers on two of her fingernails on each hand and "bling" or a jewel on her thumbs, but they did not listen. She ended up with two fingers and her thumb a light green color and two fingers white with a flower on each of her ring fingers and no "bling" or jewel at all. She was still asking for the jewel as we were leaving, but it was clearly too late. For her toenails, she only got a plain white gel polish. Her pedicure was very abbreviated. Although she was really enjoying the massage chair, they made her turn it off and would not let her turn it back on. She really did not get the relaxing soaking portion of the pedicure at all. They were still working on her fingernails at the same station that they did her pedicure when my pedicure was finished, and they took me to the other side of the salon to do my fingernails. That is why she did not get the bling on her thumbs, because they didn't listen to her and I didn't get a chance to tell them. Being taken to the other side of the salon made me extremely uncomfortable, too. I had gone there with my granddaughters to have a nice time together. But, they completely separated us, and I felt that she was too young to be left by herself. When they were filing my older granddaughter's toenails, they cut her big toe behind the nail about 3/4's of an inch long. It looked like a deep paper cut and was really sore and red. She said that it really hurt. This was her first pedicure, and now, it will probably be her last. She was also disappointed with the cat's eye fingernails, because they did not have the magnetic effect that's she was expecting and wanting but which mine did. I wasn't given enough time to choose my colors whatsoever. I just happened to see a number for one color I kind of liked, and that's what I ended up having to get. It also happened to be a "cat's eye" color, which was more expensive, although no price was specified upfront. I chose the "healthy nail"alternative, hoping it would help my fingernails. But, right away they started sanding a lot of the top layer of my nails off before applying a weird thick gel to them. When I called and booked the appointment, I had been very clear about wanting a good manicure, which pushed back and treated and trimmed my cuticles and carefully trimmed and filed my fingernails before any kind of polish was applied. The technician assigned to me had clearly not been advised, and so, I clearly told him before he got started. He advised that that would cost more even though I had been told that it was included and their website also indicated that it was included. He did some work on my cuticles, and they did and do look better, but they still had some jagged and sore looking spots. He did not trim, shape, or file to smooth my nails, which I had requested, and which I know from previous experience, will cause the nails to need redoing a lot sooner. When he was applying the multiple layers of polish/gel, he asked me one time to look at them to see how they were looking, and I did. Then he said, "Be careful, don't mess them up," which I thought was weird. After I got home, I realized that he had probably messed one up and wanted to make it look like I did it; because my right index finger has a little bald spot on the front right edge of the nail and a bump/raised spot next to it on the finished fingernail. Also, he pushed my left hand toward the drying light one time and skimmed three of the nails across the hard foam hand rest as he did so, which messed up the finish on those three nails, too. I mentioned it at the time, but he ignored me. Those four blemishes are obvious in the finished project and do bug me. When I booked the appointment, they sent me a text message for a 1st time appointment for 15% off. I called about that and inquired if it would be for all 3 of us, and they assured me that it would be. When we arrived, I showed them the text and they advised to show them the text just before paying, which I did. They only gave me 10% off though, which I did not realize until later. They had it broken down for each one of us. I didn't realize that it was only 10% until I looked at the receipt closer after we left. And on top of all this, they were really wanting exorbitant tips. The lowest choice it started with was 25%, then 30%, and up. That blew my mind. They did have a custom spot to put a different rate, which I did (20%). read more

I wish I had read reviews before visiting. Unfortunately, not many nail salons are open on Sundays and Bnails is. I got the WORST pedicure I've ever had. I was absolutely rushed out of my chair as soon as my technician finished because new people were coming in. The polish I chose must have been old because the finished product was bumpy, rough nails. I waited 2 HOURS to put my shoes on because it seemed like the polish was certainly thick. I should have waited 2 days. I would never ever go back. Never. read more

I arrived to get a my dip redone on my natural nails and a pedicure at 5:30! The blonde receptionist told me I needed to pick one service because they were closing soon... a whole 1 1/2 hr later! Just pure laziness.... Two of the pedicure ladies were just sitting up at the front on their phones. Asked for the specialty pedicure at the time of appointment which was 6. The pedicure is $89 so I figured it would be really good. The staff rushed through. The massage was nearly nonexistent. Then I asked for a French tip on my toes in normal polish. The tech had no clue how to do this and I then had another tech come and try. I asked multiple times for parts to be fixed but every attempt made it worse. I left with a $100 tab and completely scammed by the services provided. I understand they closed in an hour but if that is how things are done then the appointment shouldn't have be able to be booked. I will NEVER come back and will spread the word. read more

Waxing is not totally new to me, lip and brow, I have had done before. However not my full face. First impressions, front area very nice. My appointment was on Sunday, at 4 pm. I expected after the waxing there would be some discomfort. along with temporary redness, Howe I was not expecting this. She did ask if the wax was too hot, It didn't seem that way as I have a fairly high pain tolerance, But as you can see, now a full 24 hours after, there was something terribly wrong. I have burn streaks and am experiencing swelling. The technician should have checked the temperature of the wax before applying it to my face. read more

My friend and I came in for pedicures. We selected the express pedicures ($30 with regular polish) and I went with gel polish ($45). The technician, Moon, suggested that I get the classic pedicure but I wanted to stick with the express because we were scheduled an hour before closing and I didn't want to take too long. I guess her mood turned a little sour after I rejected her suggestion. She said she'd cut my nails to a square shape but when I told her what shape I wanted, she clicked her tongue and talked about how she's been doing this for years and that she knows what she's doing. When I decided to go with express, Moon really meant express. My pedicure was finished in like 20 minutes and she didn't do my cuticles or use the foot file. When I got home, I saw places on my feet that could've used the foot file. There was polish on my cuticles and other parts of my skin. A day later, the polish came off of one nail. TLDR; I will not be returning here for any nail services. I am really disappointed after my friends highly recommended this place and checking out their instagram. read more

I asked Jason right when I sat down to please do cuticles and a push back. He did a dry, rushed push back, no cuticles. He never told me that length and nail shape cost extra, like 35 extra for both. When he was done he then told me $70 was due. He did sloppy work, not all nail shapes are the same, length or thickness. He didn't do under my nails. For the price I would expect an EXCEPTIONAL job, I had never been before, I usually pay $40 (without tip) for a fill. They charged $70! Insane. The owner gave 20% off but I will never go back. If they are going to overcharge for services they should be amazing, with great customer service, and should tell you pricing especially if they know you are new there and Jason saw my already long nails and coffin shaped nails knowing it would cost $25 extra for length and I guess $10 to shape, which now look worse than when I went in. If my regular place hadn't had to cancel I'd have never gone here. Not that they care. Jason never spoke to me, didn't ask if the shape was okay, didn't do good quality work, and wasn't pleasant at all. Complete waste of money. I spent 3 hours in the salon getting a manicure and pedicure. the pedicure was amazing and took 45min. the manicure took 2 hours and 15min which put me back the rest of my day. for that amount of time i did expect really good, clean work. This place has a horrible habit of letting you schedule with a certain nail tech only for you to arrive and the tech isn't even available. Not only that but they can never stick to an appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if there is zero intention of sticking to said appointment time? On top of this, the nail techs give attitude if you don't get what they want you to. This was my first and last time at this nail salon. The receptionist was very unfriendly and was very aggressive in her communication skills. The nail technician called out my name, didn't tell me her name and said grab a seat. She didn't do what I requested (she put callus remover on my heels but didn't scrub them at all). She cut me twice with her cuticle tool and didn't remove any dead skin from my nail bed. Let's just say it was an awful experience.
