I got a regular manicure--initially a very pretty and clean paint job, however after a couple hand washes (about 5 hours later) the edges are already starting to lift... A little disappointing. I expect my manis to last at least 2-3 days as my own manicure I give myself usually lasts minimum of 1.5 weeks. I really liked the people and space, but will likely not return. read more

i got my nails done here, I was very happy with the results. For about two seconds. they had me pay 97$ for my nails, my nails were cute but they were absolutely NOT 100$ cute. my pointer finger nail was way shorter than middle finger, lumpy job, and the pattern was uneven. (it was a simple star pattern) Again it was cute for a 50$ set but it being 100$ was absurd. I definitely should have done my research with the prices, that's on me, but for 100$ the set should be flawless. That alone is enough to be reasonably annoyed but not only that, it lasted for 6 days till it started lifting. By day 12 all of my nails had popped off, mind you I do not work a very manual job they came off on their own. When I went to call, they said they had only a seven day policy when on their website it says a 14 day policy. No partial refund, no gluing them back on when they started to lift, and no compensation. read more

Not accommodating whatsoever, not very friendly. I tried to get a pedicure as a walk in, and as I entered at 12:50p there were (5) staff members hanging out behind the counter and every pedicure chair was empty. I was stoked I thought great no one's here this should be easy... they wanted me to wait until 1:30p because that was "the earliest anyone can see" me despite having an empty store. As the gal is telling me this there are 5 sets of eyes on me, no one's smiling or looks like they even want to be there... Now I'm back on the hunt for a pedicure nearby... annoying. read more

My daughter was in town and wanted to treat me to a late Mother's Day gift. The young lady at the counter was nice but after that there is not too many positives. The young ladies that did our manicures were definitely not interested in being there. The technician that did my daughter's manicure, did not smooth out the polish on the nails; it bubbled and was peeling off before we even made it home. They barely used the nail files and the pedicures we received were not good either. They did not clean the cuticles off my finger nails and did not trim my toe nails. I had rough spots on my feet after the pedicure. For $212.00, we should have received top grade services. read more

I have been loving my experience with PAINT! A clean, quiet atmosphere, it doesn't smell of harsh chemicals, and they have a great drink selection. I see Paola and am satisfied every visit. I really appreciate the time she takes to explain what she is doing and why she does it - education is also important for the guest! PAINT has great sanitary practices: jetless foot tubs, one time use implements, and non-toxic products. Booking online can be a little confusing, so I prefer to call and make sure I am booking exactly what I need in coordination with Paola's schedule. The receptionists are very patient and accommodating and I appreciate seeing them help out the technicians when they have time. I look forward to returning to PAINT! read more

My daughter went in for a gel mani and was out in about 30 minutes. Her manicure looked like a toddler had done her nails. The polish was not smooth and her cuticles and sides had polish in them. Very disappointed in the quality. For $55, I expected a better job. read more

Used them the first time and needed someone with great experience to give me advise on my very weak nails. My nail tec was just weeks in the business and had to ask the next tec how to apply a special treatment in what order. After my manicure my hands were extremely dry and I had to ask for some lotion. My pedicure was done And coming home my feet were still ruff and very dry as well. First I thought I would go back and try again but it is just too expensive to have someone not know what they are doing. read more

My sister and I went in for a Luxe pedicure. The pedicure itself was fine.... What wasn't great was listening to our technicians gossip the whole time and complain about how they hate their job. My tech only gave me a scrub on one foot (easy mistake but like okay silly goose). My sisters tech was rude and would leave a lot without saying anything. Also, in the middle of our service the manager (i assume manager) came over and was telling our techs that the way they have been doing services was actually incorrect and that they will be having a training soon. Then she proceeded to tell them what was going wrong during our service, taking our techs attention away from us. Just a very unprofessional environment. (i get joking and having fun but there is a line between fun service and just not being a professional). I expected Paint to be a luxury place, based on prices and talk of the town, but we could have gone somewhere else and enjoyed our time together more. Oh, also when we entered we were offered a drink and my sister said what do you have the lady said we only have water but other people were offered other drinks besides water. I was not impressed with PAINT Nail Bar here in Amarillo, Texas. We made appointments for 5:30 pm & were not seen until 6. I chose to get the gel nails & my nails were not cracked until they started filing on them. One of my nails was cracked half way down my entire nail. Our appointments took 2.5 hours. And not even a week later, my nails have chipped & broken off. Personally not worth the $50 when I could go somewhere else & have them done for cheaper & they'd last longer. I think the idea of the PAINT Nail Bar is a great idea, I just don't think it's worth the time it takes or the price. read more

This salon is nice but the staff DOES NOT CARE TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS! I have been a customer here over a year, always on time and always tip very well. Today I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late and the girl on the phone could not have been any more rude! She literally told me to hurry up and they may not have time for me now. I had an appointment....I called to let them know I was a little late....and that's what I get?? When I walked in the hatful girl at the front just said pick a color, not hello, not they're ready for you. Just pick a color with a pissed look on her face. There were 3 other customers in the entire place. When I asked to cancel my rewards program the other 2 employees just laughed. There are so many nail salons in this town. Why would anyone pay more for service like this? read more
