I have been coming here for years, love Kelly she does a great job. I came to get a pedicure and a dip at 5:15, they don't close until 7:00pm. There were 2 other women in there, with plenty of workers walking around. So ,I know they weren't rushed to get from one client to the next, or understaffed. I sit down to get a pedicure a man at my feet and a woman at my hands. While hes scrubbing my feet, shes scrubbing at my nails. I'm having to go back and fort with my hands and feet, Paint, dry, switch, while the man was yanking my feet around to position them. I also asked for Dip nails, twice, and she went ahead and put gel on them anyways. It was like I was doing a leg work out. It was very chaotic and not relaxing at all. I left at 6:00pm with hands and feet done, not at all how i wanted. I felt rushed and am very unhappy with this experience. And like i said I've been going there for years, and I will not be returning. read more

This review is very long overdue. I was in town from Phoenix, AZ for an extended visit with family (3 months) and dreading the idea of finding someone to do my manicure and pedicure every two weeks. Miraculously I found SKY at Raven Nail Bar. He is TRULY AN ARTIST. The level of attention and skill he gives his clients is such that I had never encountered in my 15 years of wearing artificial nails. He specializes (in my opinion) creating the most beautifully shaped nails to compliment one's fingers and hands. I brought in pictures of detailed designs and he always executed flawlessly and with a positive attitude. He is personable, respectful and obviously takes a great deal of pride in his craft. I just moved back to Amarillo and decided to try this salon. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and always get the same shape. I went to this place twice hoping the second time would be better. The pedicure was okay. My problem was the acrylics. One of nails was literally put on crooked. None of the nails are the same length, and whatever powder they use isn't good because it comes up so easily, that after a week I could pop some of it off. I figured I got a new girl so I'd try again for someone more experienced before throwing in the towel on this salon. Whelp. Second time the guy burned my cuticles, I had actual scabs on the spots for several days after. And the paint job on my right hand was so bad you can see bubbles and spots missing. Beautiful, new, super comfortable nail bar. I don't know if I should mention the chandeliers or the multiple, large screen tv's first! Super clean, they offer mani's, pedi's, facials, waxing.. and more. My favorite nail guy for years. Update: My nail guy moved away, and my next experience was so painful. I got a young guy who roughly used a fake nail to remove my existing gel nails. I stopped him after an excruciating and bloodied two nails. The manager came to see them, asked if I was refusing him to continue. She said 'ok, I won't charge you for those.' I guess the blood was free! Huge waste of a beautiful facility. read more

Terrible management. Nails looks horrible. I went in with my daughter to get hombre nails with the dip. Her nails look exactly like the picture mine not at all, not even close. Management didn't even offer to fix just wanted to argue with me about how she explained how they would look. I called to get my money back and she refuses and wants me to go back and be down there for two more hours so they can "fix" them. Absolutely not! Did I mention my nails are crooked. read more

Very disappointed! Had appointments, 2, waited 45 minutes soaking and then they started on my moms pedicure but skipped me. They starting working on 2 who came in after me and my mom. Notice we had appointments, this must mean nothing here. I have been a long time customer who won't be back! Left with no pedicure just an hour foot soak:( read more

My mom and I came to Raven Nail Bar after lunch to get pedicures. We were satisfied with the services, clean environment, and chemical free smell. They had a wide selection of colors and were very gentle with our feet. This was our first visit and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, we will be back soon. read more
