He was rude, unfriendly, and sullen. After checking me in, one of the first things he said to me was, "Your hair is green." Then, "Your face is yellow." The first time I walked into this place my thoughts were "this place is clean looking" I walked towards the back for my appointment with Mai. She is the only nail tech at this location. She typically works off of appointments only but once in a blue moon she may be able to fit you in without an appointment. Mai does quality work. She speaks English. Doesn't upsell anything. Has plenty of nail polishes to choose from. The second time I walked in I smiled & waved at all the hair stylists as I made my way back to see Mai. As I sat down i began telling her about needing a haircut & i asked her if she would recommend anyone. She pointed to a stylist, Linsey. Linsey & I made arrangements to get my hair cut after my pedicure appointment. Again, my pedicure experience was great! I am definitely happy to see Mai every time. Pedicures are $25 with a $5 tip. My appointment with Linsey was easy, she is the type of stylist that knows exactly what you need. She washed my hair, cut it, & blow dried it. My husband was on baby duty so I told her my hair didn't need to be styled. Linsey was finished within 45 minutes. My hair cut was $40 with a $10 tip. I definitely would see Linsey when I see Mai, it's so convenient to get your hair & nail done right after the other.
