I came to this salon because they told me a reasonable price for a trim and also it is very close to where I live. I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The place is in a new plaza and it is very clean. There is lots of parking space. I made an appointment by calling in the day that I needed the haircut and I was set up with Cynthia. She cut my hair and she did an amazing job and also made it a comfortable experience. She told me a lot about Amarillo since she knew that I was new here. She genuinely enjoys her job and you can tell by the way she treats customers. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do to my hair when I came in, I just knew it needed something and she knew exactly where to go with it. I will definitely be returning in the future and I'm glad I found my new haircut spot here!

Her roots were not even the same color of her hair. Then when we asked for our money back they bullied my daughter until she became angry. They then said my daughter was being rude so she had to call the business manager. What kind of place bullies their clients then refuses to return their money? All we wanted was nice hair for Christmas and it's completely ruined. We now have to get it fixed but it will be months before her hair is healthy again. My poor daughter has to live with this mistake months before it looks presentable again.

At my initial consultation, I asked for fullness on the sides of my head. The installation ended up being virtually all in the back, and felt like a heavy curtain of hair. Also , the initial cut ended up being crooked, so eve. before I left that first say, I already had an appointment to come back in a few days to have the cut "fixed" by someone else. Then, they offered to correct the initial installation because they agreed that there was too much hair in the back and practically none on the sides. I also ended up going back two more times because the hair detached from my head and was just flopping around. I live 2 hours away in NM and ended up making 5 trips there is less than 8 weeks. To their credit, they did try to "fix" all the mistakes they made, but after all the problems and the cost of the commutes and the utter wasted time, I just had them take everything out. I basically spent $2000 and countless hours for a Ziploc bag of lifeless hair!
