two words.. absolutely HORRIBLE. I am from Amarillo, but I live in Lubbock because of college. This is my second membership that I have had with the Amazing Lash Studio - Lubbock, and they have never disappointed me or done a horrible job. So, I thought coming to the one in Amarillo, while I was on break, would be a great idea... NO. the lady that did my lashes was more worried about eating her food & talking about her life, than doing my lashes. my lashes looked the same from when i walked in to get them refilled, to when i left after the "refill". Then they tried to make me pay almost $70 for the "refill". I would MUCH rather use my gas, and drive to Lubbock to get my lashes refilled. Horrible service and horrible job. Inexperienced and my lashes fell right off . Do not go here , they do little to try to correct themselves. My lashes looked bad minutes after leaving and half of them falling off, going back and having them redone just to fall off the next day. I'm from out of town and they wouldn't fix them the same day correctly or make any effort on their part to fix it. Went to get a lash lift and when I walked in the ladies at the front had a rude tone towards me. To be fair I came in a little early so I could wash off my makeup. And after I got the lash lift she told me it would take multiple sessions for them to actually look lifted? I didn't see that stated on the website or have any sort of notice before I spent 80 dollars:(. But I can say the environment in there is very nice and clean. This was my first experience at lashes and I am very happy with the results! Ladies were helpful, my stylist was great, and my lashes look super fly! Will definitely be back! You do sign a waiver but are not prompted to sign up for a membership until after. The membership is fairly affordable. We went with a more natural lash to start out with, but I will probably go a little more dramatic on the refill. read more

I tried cancelling my membership and they kept using the excuse "the manager isn't here" every time they told me to call the manager she wasn't there!! Do not get a membership. They will try to charge your card AFTER YOU TRY TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. I told them 3 times over phone and 1 time in person. Now they told me I can pay for two months +lashes and get my lashes done again like what? I thought i cancelled my membership.! It's not worth it. I'm so mad because they want my money like no!!!! Only reason they can't charge my card is because there's no money in it. Otherwise they would've charged me AFTER I tried cancelling. read more

I have been a client here trying to stay because I truly love my lash girl but you pay a monthly fee and then the products that are being used in either cheap or not in stock. But we still have to pay I decided to cancel my subscription with them but still had one more fill. Well because I cancelled they charged fo what a client who is not a member pays regardless of me still having one more fill on my final subscription. When I brought this up the front desk lady Karter and Marrianne had an attitude with me and acted condisending towards me. So this business only operated towards client's that they can abuse nicely. I have been a client for over 2 years. This place has lost their client care, and product quality and I would not recommend them to anyone in the future. There is many solo lash ladies in Amarillo that provide better lashes for half the price and with kind and customer service. Ask on your local pages and you will find many options to lash ladies that can help and do not go to amazing lash studio they operate on bitchyniss and coperate mentality sadly I do not foresee this company lasting long with this kind of customer care. read more

Horrible customer service, don't waste your time or money. I tried to cancel my membership a week ago because the glue they use absolutely sucks, so the lashes don't last longer than a week and a half, if even that. Anyway, I was told that I would need to speak to a manager to complete the cancelation process, but she seems to be unavailable any time I've called. I confirmed with another employee that my membership was canceled, yet I got charged for another month. Still no word from the manager. I called again and demanded a refund, but they didn't have my card info because my membership had FINALLY been canceled. WTF. STILL NO WORD FROM THE MANAGER. All I've gotten is the run-around and sorry excuses for customer service. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS! read more

Horrible. I have been twice and every time I have gone they tell me a time and when I get there they tell me I'm late and we will do what we can. I never get the fullness I want and they fall out fast. In fact I went yesterday and one eye is almost all the way out. you pay 150 to start and 100 for a fill you would expect better service. read more

Ashley, the front desk associate is beyond disrespectful. Being rude and hateful has lost a customer that was excited to have a constant eyelash studio that I could rely on. I went there for my first time and spent 180 dollars. I figured that since it was so much, that I signed up for the membership. The girl who was working the front desk at the time did not explain much. So I tried to explain that to Ashley. Instead of her informing me on my 180 dollar lashes were just basically apply and done. No refills. No nothing. She told me that she would change my card on file to acknowledge a membership so i could get a fill. When I told Ashley, I was never told this information, Ashley kept telling me "I'm pretty sure you were". As in she was there when I had my eyelashes done. And when she explained more details on the membership, I explained to her that they never informed me about it. And her response was "IM PRETTY SURE THEY DID" She told me that the front desk is trained to inform their clients... I had no clue what was going on. I literally had no idea that I paid 180 to turn around and pay more for a membership. I had no details on what the membership was. But ACCORDING TO ASHLEY "SHE IS PRETTY SURE I KNEW" And then she kept cutting me off like she had zero reason to respect for me as a person. The girl who applied my eyelashes did a very good job. I was excited to go back for a refill. But since this lash studio has such piss pooor customer service. IM PRETTY SURE I WILL NEVER GO BACK. So thanks for being rude Ashley. You lost a customer, and I'm sure she doesn't care because it's not her company. I'm also telling NO one to go there. 0/10 read more

I was nervous about getting lashes and didn't want them looking super fake or feeling weird! They don't! They look so good and I get lots of compliments. I love waking up looking like I spent time getting ready. Only thing I'd change is they'd give you 2 fills for the $59.99 a month. That would be awesome!! I have been going to Amazing Lash for over a year now. I used Maria & loved everything about her. During COVID, the studio closed obviously, & I kind of broke the rules & began using someone else that took individual appointments. She just could not do my lashes the way Maria could. I was elated when they opened back up, as I needed some major TLC on my lashes. They had been damaged from the previous girl unfortunately. Maria to the rescue! She 'put me back together' & I am so haPPy to have her working on my lashes again. The thing that impresses me the most is the way she loves her job & is so passionate about what she does. That reflects her work & her attention to detail. She doesn't see what she does as a 'job', rather a hobby. My lashes looked amazing, and the service was great, they are very nice. However my lashes only lasted 5 days, i did not get them wet for 4 days, and they told me i only needed to go 2. I did not wear makeup as directed as well, after 4 days i decided to wear makeup, i did not put on mascara but when i used a makeup wipe everything was still good but then i washed my face and as soon as only water hit them the majority of them fell out. Maybe it was something i did, i'm not sure but that was my experience. read more

The service is great and the establishment is clean. However, my lashes looked horrible! It didn't even look like I had extensions. I would have gotten the same effect by curling them and using mascara. Lots of gaps and one eye looks like the lashes are longer than the other. A waste of time and money. read more
