Once arriving I was greeted by Ariel, who checked me in and directed me to the seating area to await my appointment. The decor and vibe of this salon is phenomenal. It is a very industrial chic style, using dark colors and mixture of wood and metal. I like how there is separation of the seating area and the "salon" area. Nuvia was my color technician and she was amazing. She is very personable and knowledgeable in her craft. My hair is badly damaged and she took that into heavy consideration. She discussed options and gave me opinions as well as helpful tips to improve my hair health throughout the appointment. Wade is the owner of the salon and is truly fantastic. He did my haircut. Again, my hair was very badly damaged but he presented me with a plan and managed to cut off a lot of the damage and camouflage what we did not want to cut off just yet to maintain length and evenness. He is very personable and truly makes you feel like one of a kind. Again, the staff was friendly, the environment wonderful and professional staff was very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend them!!

But when she finally finished with the kid and took the brother of the first kid to the chair without a glance in my direction that I began to get perturbed. After waiting for 20 minutes I was angry. And I proceeded to walk out the door to put my belongings in my car and leave. But I started to think about it. I've been waiting to make the appointment and my hair was in desperate need of some attention so I went back inside. I made my presence known and that's when I heard Sharon coming out from the back. Sharon is a great stylist. I will say we had a couple miscommunications, first, by not asking why I was there(later I found out they have a sign in sheet. As a first time customer, how am I supposed to figure that out?), and then I was shocked by the final coloring of my hair. Her skills as a colorist and stylist are excellent so I'm giving 4 stars. I'll go back to get the color I want in a month .

The first time I walked into this place my thoughts were "this place is clean looking" I walked towards the back for my appointment with Mai. She is the only nail tech at this location. She typically works off of appointments only but once in a blue moon she may be able to fit you in without an appointment. Mai does quality work. She speaks English. Doesn't upsell anything. Has plenty of nail polishes to choose from. The second time I walked in I smiled & waved at all the hair stylists as I made my way back to see Mai. As I sat down i began telling her about needing a haircut & i asked her if she would recommend anyone. She pointed to a stylist, Linsey. Linsey & I made arrangements to get my hair cut after my pedicure appointment. Again, my pedicure experience was great! I am definitely happy to see Mai every time. Pedicures are $25 with a $5 tip. My appointment with Linsey was easy, she is the type of stylist that knows exactly what you need. She washed my hair, cut it, & blow dried it. My husband was on baby duty so I told her my hair didn't need to be styled. Linsey was finished within 45 minutes. My hair cut was $40 with a $10 tip. I definitely would see Linsey when I see Mai, it's so convenient to get your hair & nail done right after the other. Too bad they can't do it at the same time ;) PROS - affordable - friendly - quality service - Plenty of parking - Ease of appointment making I would definitely recommend this place.
