I've given this place one too many chances & I'm officially DONE. Every single time I've gotten injected here, I've had to go back and have touch ups because areas of my forehead were missed. The higher part of my forehead is never done right and I always have to go back. In reference to my last visit, Im not happy. Bella Luna has become extremely overpriced. I was charged $375 for a HALF syringe of lip filler. I was shocked. That would make a full syringe $750...Plastic surgeons don't even charge that much. And the results were only so-so. I also spent $500 on Dysport only to not get enough units. No brow lift whatsoever , and not even 30 days later my forehead is wrinkled again. The top, highest portion of my forehead NEVER relaxed. It has barely been a full month. I had to go see a plastic surgeon and was told that most likely I was not given enough units. So it has lost its effect in a very short amount of time. In less than 30 full day's I've had to get another set of injections in my forehead. I'm so disappointed and upset. What did I spend $500 on??? I work hard for my money, especially in a pandemic, and to spend $500 and not get the results I expected is devastating. Spoke with the injector and was offered to have more units injected, for more money of course. I did not go to my appointment because at this point it's insane to keep getting the same results and going back to have them corrected. I'm always straightforward and very honest. The injector is a sweet person, but this place is NOT for the young, modern woman. They are not up to date on new techniques. And are not good at making you look younger. Overpriced, outdated, no modern techniques and injector as nice as she is, seemed very unsure of herself. And I hate to say that, but it's true. If you want noticeable results, lifted brows, smoothed out forehead, or your lips done I would NOT recommend. read more

The 31st of December I received my first chemo treatment. On January 2nd I woke up to a very red ,hot and irritated face. This is common side effect of chemo. I remembered that Jennifer, who had given me a pre chemo facial, had suggested a cream for this. I went straight to Bella Luna Aesthetic Center to buy the cream. Again I was overwhelmed with J'Hon and her staff! The cream was given to me without charge but out of love. They took me into the office and explained how the product worked and also suggested a place for wigs and scarves. They also plan to go with me in a couple of weeks, when my hair starts to fall out, to help me pick out a wig. What a blessing it will be to have these wonderful people by my side during this trying time. Now please understand I'm not long time customer I just found Bella Luna in November 2019 before my diagnosis and surgery. That shows the beautiful hearts and spirit of J'Hon and her staff. I highly refer this place to anyone wanting facial or lip injections. I had an appointment with J'hon yesterday and went in for something other then a facial and she was very honest and spent over an hour with me unlike these other spa and clinics in town that lie to you about their products that they carry. I use to go to Amarillo Laser and Vein Clinic and have asked them numerous times does Obaji with hydroquinone cause cancer and each time they would say "I'm not sure", they lied just to sell it. I hate places like this that just want to take your money and harm you. They could care less about your well being as long as you fill their pockets. Friendly staff doesn't make up for substandard services. For the price of the standard pedicure here, I could go to Elegance Nails & get their priciest pedicure, complete with hot wax treatment, heel abrasion, calf massage, & a flower painted on. All the pedicure included at Bella Luna was trimming of my toe nails & painting them after they soaked. I was not impressed. Bella Luna does not have the vibrating massage chairs to sit in while you get your pedicure, instead they have cushions on a tile bench. It was not very comfortable, and I was warned that the cushions will slide out from under you. I also paid for an eyebrow wax that consisted of unibrow removal. No shaping at all, and my eyebrows are just as thick as before the treatment. I was not consulted on what I wanted/expected as far as shaping/hair removal. The only redeeming point is that I wasn't burned by the wax. The 30 minute massage was ok. Overall, this salon is a disappointment. It wants to be a fancy high scale place, but falls very short. They also demand to know if you will be tipping when you check out so they can enter it into the computer. I'm guessing this is to keep their staff honest about gratuities they receive, or so they can prepare to process a credit card, but it rubbed me the wrong way. I think next time, I will take my business to Elegance Nails, or a similar place, where pedicures are their specialty & they ask how you want your eyebrows to look before they start ripping hair off your face. read more
