The owner is very knowledgeable and open to any and all questions. I love one of their esthetician's, Monica. She treats me like her friend and does beautiful work! Absolutely Love this place. While I look forward to exploring the numerous services offered at Progress MD, I have only experienced the tattoo removal service. Super clean, professional, and articulate. I have had tattoos that were easily visible, removed in order to gain a more respectable appearance for my profession and had tattoos that were easily hidden lightened, making it easier on my tattoo artist to do cover ups. 100% satisfied!!! We came to Progress MD because my husband wanted a small neck symbol removed that he got when he was 17. Lydia was so helpful. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and walked us through the process step-by-step. She's very relatable and definitely a people person. We just loved interacting with her. While the actual process wasn't exactly pleasant, due the pain of the laser (but that's what happens when you get a silly tattoo at the age of 17) we did love our experience! Progress Tattoo Removal is my first choice for tattoo removal, even as a Nevada resident. They are half the price of most places, faster, and Lydia is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. She was able to explain more in depth how the process worked, both during the treatment and after how it would be. The place I have been going to in Vegas charges double for half the amount of service. Lydia also was able to complete my session with about 7 minutes total of laser time, whereas the place I had gone to four times in Las Vegas took about 20-30 minutes of laser time. This is not a process that feels good by any means, so being down quicker is amazing. I also found that Amarillo Tattoo Removal has a great process for their numbing cream. It's worth the money to add this to your service. I barely felt the laser at all on most places, which is much more than I can say for the previous treatments at the other location. I highly recommend going there if you have any tattoos, scarring or pigmentation to be worked on. They're the best anywhere between OKC, Abq., and Dallas! Two thumbs up! read more

As I child of the 60's and 70's, I spent a lot of time in the sun with little protection. I live in Denver, Colorado now, but I drive to Amarillo for laser treatments and PRP, because not only is the owner a family friend, she and her staff provide excellent service and a competitive price. My skin was damaged by a well-know doctor here in Denver; Lydia,owner, and Kevin, nurse practitioner, are reversing some of that damage. I have improvement and restoration with each treatment.
