I've been coming to Creek Stone off and on for about ten years now. They have always maintained friendly and professional service and I genuinely like the atmosphere. About a year ago I started a TRT Rx and the experience has been a bit frustrating. As of writing this, I'm two weeks overdue for my prescription after trying numerous times to call and get it refilled. With a Nurse Practitioner only present on Mondays this problem has been ongoing. I had a great experience with the initial patient intake on the chiropractic side of the business and with the massage. But after literally months of dealing with the front desk, their billing dept., my primary care physician and workers comp carrier to obtain authorization, I was told they had no billing system to obtain payment from an insurance company nor did the acupuncturist have time to treat me as she only accepted "civilians" after her VA patients. Please do not waste your time going to this chiropractor. He talks a great game but, miserably fails to perform! He'll tell you what you want to hear at your initial consultation and then spend about 3 or 4 minutes with you after that. He doesn't listen to you and will tell you right to your face that something is not covered by your insurance so he can up charge you for it. His primary focus is on generating multiple revenue steams and not on caring for his patients. Unfortunately he's very arrogant and rude. I was in huge pain in my back barely could stand, all I wanted was an adjustment. Instead I was bombarded with paying over 300.00 for multiple sessions I was forced to pay extra for some picture assessment I never even asked for. The doc couldn't ever adjust me correct, it was embarrassing for him. (I have seen other chiropractors, many actually) I never went back but I gave them all my money.
