This place is an answered prayer. They don't just hear you they listen to you. They want you to get better. I have a shoulder injury and was in a lot of pain. I had limited mobility. After 2 months my mobility has improved. And I'm not in pain. These people really do care. I would recommend this to anyone that's in pain. read more

Great care and very responsive. I walked in with pain in back and they helped me feel bette.

I've been coming to Creek Stone off and on for about ten years now. They have always maintained friendly and professional service and I genuinely like the atmosphere. About a year ago I started a TRT Rx and the experience has been a bit frustrating. As of writing this, I'm two weeks overdue for my prescription after trying numerous times to call and get it refilled. With a Nurse Practitioner only present on Mondays this problem has been ongoing. I don't fault the staff, I just think the way this is set up is ultimately going to ensure sub optimal care. The best restaurants have a one page menu for a reason. Your mileage may vary... read more

I would like to recommend Dr. Kyra Easter, chiropractor. I have had two appointments so far to treat sciatica. Everytime I leave, I feel so much better. They have also provided me with exercises to do at home which are really helping. All of the ladies are very congenial, helpful, and make you feel welcome. If your body is hurting and needs attention, call Creek Stone and make an appointment with Kyra!! read more

I have never been to a chiropracter in my 69 years. I have nerve damage from shingles and bad sciatica pain i have lived with for quite a few years. I have been seeing Dr Easter for a few months and have been able to cut my pain meds in half and having far less sciatica issues. I am now a true believer. Everyone is so friendly and patient read more

I had a great experience with the initial patient intake on the chiropractic side of the business and with the massage. But after literally months of dealing with the front desk, their billing dept., my primary care physician and workers comp carrier to obtain authorization, I was told they had no billing system to obtain payment from an insurance company nor did the acupuncturist have time to treat me as she only accepted "civilians" after her VA patients. At no time during this long difficult process was I informed of these "deal breakers". I am more than angry!! read more

They are all very friendly and help you feel comfortable. Dr Williams fixed my back to where I was back doing all activites

Please do not waste your time going to this chiropractor. He talks a great game but, miserably fails to perform! He'll tell you what you want to hear at your initial consultation and then spend about 3 or 4 minutes with you after that. He doesn't listen to you and will tell you right to your face that something is not covered by your insurance so he can up charge you for it. His primary focus is on generating multiple revenue steams and not on caring for his patients. Unfortunately he's very arrogant and rude. If you choose this company you'll be broke and still in pain! read more

Great massage in a non-fruffy environment. Rae Ann did a great job of helping me relax and helped with my hip and neck pain. The price is very affordable, at $40 an hour. I will be back the next time I'm in town. read more

I have never had a massage before and was very nervous especially since I'm a big guy. When I walked in the staff were very friendly and it was a cozy environment. The massage lady was nice and started out by playing soothing music. I told her I wanted an upper body massage. Thr bed was heated and very soft. Her hands were like magic and I felt great afterwards. Definitely will be returning read more

Jeff and his staff are very professional and good at what they do. Unlike most chiropractors, Jeff does not require a contract or commitment of any kind. Jeff's philosophy is "Continue treatment at a frequency that produces measurable results". Highly recommend! read more

I found Jeff and his staff to be very personable and willing to work with me to determine the right treatment for the issues I am experiencing. They were not pushy, but recommended I try a couple of different treatments to see how it works for me. I really appreciated the integrity of his business. Due to some travel, they recommended I wait until I am going to be able to come in consistently for the best results. Absolute integrity! I highly recommend Jeff and his staff to help you with any problems you are having! read more

Absolutely recommend Jeff and his crew over at Amarillo Pain & Accident Chiropractic. I deal with migraines and had a headache that I just couldn't shake for a good couple of weeks. After a recommendation to visit a chiropractor I visited with Jeff and though he made no promises he thought he could help. I also appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell me a 12 visit package up front. We went visit by visit and after 2-3 visits I was headache free. If your in need of Chiropractic services I highly recommend APACC be your first and last call! read more

I was in huge pain in my back barely could stand, all I wanted was an adjustment. Instead I was bombarded with paying over 300.00 for multiple sessions I was forced to pay extra for some picture assessment I never even asked for. The doc couldn't ever adjust me correct, it was embarrassing for him. (I have seen other chiropractors, many actually) I never went back but I gave them all my money. Don't make your staff be a bunch of pushy salesman when people are in horrible pain. I'm sorry to be harsh but it's what happened. read more

I've been seeing Heath for a few years now. He helps me manage my pain from fibromyalgia. With Heath's help, I've drastically reduced my need for prescription medications.
