I have been in so much pain from the stress of bring a teacher and having a wreck 6 months ago. I received a 90 minute massage. I had some sore spots that she worked out. She even discovered some I wasn't aware that I had. She was able to "release the tension" in those really tough spots. I have been to chiropractors, and several message therapists and was not able to find as much relief. The muscle charts on the wall were helpful visuals to show her exactly where the trouble spots were. After the message, she showed me some exercises to loosen up those trouble spots and release the tension to prevent future issues. read more

I had been to various chiropractors and message therapists without much relief. She was able to work out my trouble spots. She even showed me exercises I could do to prevent further issues. She has educational medical charts on the wall which made it easier to show her where the sensitive spots were. She even recommended a couple of chiropractors if I needed to get diagnostics. read more

Have been having extreme soreness so I yelped massages in Amarillo. Amy's Massage and Wellness had several good reviews so I took a chance - so glad I did! It's nice to get a real massage from a trained professional. The environment was quiet and warm and very comfortable. She worked on the sore areas and brought much-needed relief. Amy is very nice and engaging and she has a great touch, an intuitive feel that is rare and special. If you need deep tissue or just a nice relaxation massage, I highly recommend Amy's Massage and Wellness. She is great! read more

Great massage after a long trip moving from Alaska to Amarillo. Will definitely be back!!

Amy has the hands of an angel! She knew exactly how to relieve my sore tense muscles. I've been so stressed lately and honestly, I almost fell asleep several times because I was so relaxed! I was able to book my appointment through yelp, which she was quick at responding, but she says you are also able to text her phone number listed to make an appt so it's a very simple process. I feel great now and can't wait to book another appt, thank you Amy! read more

I love to explore when I am on business travel and finding a great massage therapist is always on my list. I found Amy on Yelp thanks to other reviews and I am pleased to report she lived up to the reviews. I like to arrive at my massage point out what is stiff and not have to think about anything from there Amy took charge and turned my body from stiff and out of alignment into a mobile machine again. She used a mixture of techniques including some stretching that really put me back in shape. I tend to lean forward when I am stressed and my muscles are tight. Amy noticed that and mentioned it in our pre-massage chat and worked to fix that. Her studio is clean and nicely decorated. It is located in an building of office suites that was easy to find and with good parking. The entrance is on the corner of the building and looks like it is for Allstate, but it is for the entire building. If it is your first visit you may ask her to meet you to help find her spot. Her prices are very reasonable and she can take credit cards. She also sends you off with a bottle of water and a sweet treat. It was such a wonderful experience. I plan to schedule another appointment when I am there again. read more
