I was accompanied to the waxing room where I had a place to put my purse & jacket. When I was ready to undress, she gave me a baby wipe to wipe myself. (Which, I think is awesome) then I remember her putting on some powder before the sugar. Before the session she not only washed her hands but alcohol sprayed in front of me. During the session she took her time & help me feel comfortable. When we finished with the front area she turned me over to one side & continued. After seeing some results, I decided to get my legs done, which the technician/manager talked me into getting a WHOLE other package bc it was "a better deal" for me. (my fault on thinking she was actually trying to save me money)! After my FIRST treatment on my legs, she burned me. Bad! This was over a year ago and there are still dark circles all over my legs.. it looked as though an octopus had wrapped around my leg and left suction marks all over. After telling me that she needed pictures and needed to make an incident report, I never heard from the doctor touching base with how my burns were. I took pictures daily and sent them to her. After she was "let go" (way after the incident) the new technician had no idea of anything, there was nothing filed.. I understand that there are "risks" to having laser hair removal, but I Definitely wasnt told anything about having permanent damage!.. another incident, to add to the list, I had an appointment set up, and when I showed up she told me we would have to reschedule because their files were showing I hadn't made a payment in months!! Which I then went to my bank to get a print out of proof, so they wouldnt overcharge me some more. They never have the same staff and you will always be going through the awkward just meeting someone who is about to see you naked feeling when you go. SHE massaged my shoulder great. Really got a spot im struggling with. We were in the changing room changing to leave by 9:53. Not even close to an hour massage. We won't be back which is unfortunate because the massage we GOT for me at least was great.
