I have gone to Shelly for a few years now and there is no one else I would ever let touch my brows or anything else I'm needing waxed. Shelly is extremely knowledgeable not only about waxing but skin care. When I first started going to her my brows were thin and uneven and I had this horrible breakout on my chin and jaw line. She explained to me it would be a process to get my brows where they should be but reassured me they could be fixed. As for my skin we had an in-depth conversation about hormonal breakouts and bacterial breakouts. Y'all I had just asked my dermatologist for accutane because I was so frustrated. Shelly was so worried about me being on accutane she gave me samples and asked that I try them before filling the prescription. I did and believe it or not cleared it up in about 2 weeks. I've been a client of the Peach since they opened. I am a hairy beast, and am forever struggling with razor burn and ingrown hairs. Shelly has taken such care with my sensitive skin and weird growth patterns. Seriously, if you have ornery hair, this is the place for you. Additionally, I always receive excellent customer service from the staff at the Peach. Two weeks ago, I had to reschedule my appointment due to illness. Then I had to reschedule again. And today I had a giant brain fart and showed up almost 15 minutes late to my twice-rescheduled appointment. Nicole and Shelly were so patient and kind enough to work me in for the remainder of the time I had allotted. I know no-shows are the bane of their existence (and that my mistake cost them money), so I appreciate so much all their effort for what wound up being just an eyebrow wax. I love Love Love this place! I have been getting waxed for over 14 years and this place is the bomb.com. I was driving to Lubbock and going to European wax center and boy is The Peach different. Their technique is totally different and its amazing! She took time to make sure that every thing was gone! My technician also told me that their technique is designed to not break hair! THE ONLY place I would use in Amarillo, Texas! These women make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door until the moment you leave. It was by far the least painful wax I've ever received. They are extremely knowledgeable!!! First time getting a Brazilian wax! And was wayyyyyy more comfortable than I expected! I am 8 months pregnant, was very nervous about the whole thing. Destiny made me feel super comfortable, it was not as painful as I expected, because she took her time and walked me through it all. wow! Is all I can say, I had the best experience with these girls. The Front desk was awesome! Nikole helped me find a time that worked with my crazy schedule. They have 3 nights a week they stay open until 8. So great for those of us that work. My technician was amazing she took me from scary hairy to a perfect peach!
