This was my first time getting my nails done since moving to this area about a year ago. I decided to give Cloud nails & spa a chance because everyone swears this is the best place in canyon. I wish I would have asked for the name of the technician that did my nails because she did a fantastic job. These are the best nails I have ever gotten when I've used a Pinterest picture for reference. The environment felt very on edge, like the best way I can describe it is it didn't feel very relaxing but aside from that I'm very happy with my nails. I paid $97 for my nails and a basic pedicure. That would make the cost of my nails $51 since the pedicure was $46, I was kinda surprised that a basic pedicure cost almost as much as a full set with 2 colors of dip and 3 nails with design on each hand. read more

I had an appointment and waited over an hour with no service so had to just leave. Not good customer experience.

I went here and never got an amazing set of nails but it was cheaper so I got what I paid for. However, last time I went it was horrible. The guy who did my nails was being trained on the job and absolutely butchered them. he had no idea what he was doing, did up to 10 rounds of dip on EACH nail, and completely ruined the shape of my nail. While filing them down he shaved off the skin under my nails and I left with six bloody fingers. On top of that he kept putting rubbing alcohol on them even when I said it was hurting me, he ignored me and kept going. At the end of the appointment I had horrible nails, was in pain, and they still made me pay. When I asked for a refund they voided my transaction so now I have to go through my bank and through fraud!? I do not recommend going here unless you want bloody hands and ruined nails. read more

The customer service is okay; you're greeted with a smile at the front desk, and the techs will make small talk with you during your appointment. However, the reasoning for my 2 star review has to do with the quality. I had a set of acrylics done a couple weeks ago by a man, and though he was nice, his skill set was lacking majorly. Down to the shape, the application process, the color. Everything was bad.. The establishment also appeared cluttered and dirty.. The nail itself was transparent and the nail tech got acrylic dip all over my hands leaving a stain on my skin. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

First experience was not good.... Manicure lasted 3 days! Toe nails cut crooked!!! Thought I would give them a second chance and just do a pedicure. First request of mine was do not cut my nails( I can cut those straight myself). First thing she did was cut my big toe nails down the side!!!! And then upcharged me $10.00 for have a second coat of polish on my toe nails!! Done....not going back!!!!! Paint Nail Salon in Amarillo is worth the drive.... I give it 4 stars because I made an appointment at 1:30 but didn't get started until 2pm. I like my nails and I like how they look. They were really helpful in picking colors and patient. My total for dip nails with French tip was 47$. On the receipt it did not say what I was charged for, I think it always should! But besides those two things I liked them and would probably go back. read more

Best place in Canyon. They even offer drinks. I always opt for wine! The customer service is wonderful. The only thing with Texas mail salons is that the salons don't do refills on nails. You always get a full set of nails $40 every time. I guess it's nice you always get a new set of nails. I wasn't used to this since I'm from California but I guess they will be fresh every time. read more
