I got my girl a manicure to get French tips and I got a pedicure. The pedicure was okay but they seriously jacked up my girls nails so bad. I think they were rushing because they were about to close near the end but that's no excuse they even knew they messed up and said they would fix it. It wasn't until we left we noticed the mess ups. The people are normally great, but my experience here was horrible. I used them once before with no problem, but the last time I went was not good. As I was right in the middle of getting my nails done, the lady stopped me and insisted that I pay her immediately. I was very confused but i did as she asked. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done, and my nails looked nothing like the picture at all. My nail lady was almost out the door when my mom stopped her and told her my nails were not straight at all. She said that we were wrong and that she did the best she could, rushed out the door before we did. Will not return. read more

The employees were very nice and welcoming. I got a pedi and mani. I expected them to do some kind of callous remover didn't do it. The deluxe was not worth the $35. I got a mani the gentleman used the same tools from my pedi to do my hands. He said they were clean. The clippers were rusted and needed to be removed. Again they said they were sanitized. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or not giving a crap but Poor job. I will never return nor recommend this business. read more

Had a nice mani pedi here but when we decided to upgrade to the $40 spa pedicure specifically for the 40 minute foot massage we were disappointed when the massage lasted only 10 minutes. I won't be back. You shouldn't advertise a service you have no intention of providing. I knocked off a star because the man who did my pedicure did a poor job. I chose the deluxe pedicure yet I barely got a callus remover and barely got a leg massage. I got charged for a deluxe yet got the basic treatment. However, he also did a dip powder on my nails which look really nice. read more
