I went here asking for a Shellac manicure. Shellac is a special product from CND that guarantees your nails will look great and be chip-free for 2 weeks. I've had a shellac manicure done elsewhere and my manicure easily lasted 3 weeks. I went to the CND website to find salons that are trained to do shellac manicures. That is how I found this place. The lady here told me that gel and shellac are the same thing. It didn't sound right to me but I trusted her. She should know. Doing gel/shellac adds $15 to the manicure and $15 to the pedicure so it was an expensive visit. The color of my nails did not match the sample nail they provide. I have no idea what they put on my nails. Only the top coat was actually CND Shellac. The other stuff definitely was not! The polish lasted only a week. I am super disappointed. Now that the polish has chipped off early, my nails are left unusually weak. All of them are breaking and I am sad. Since I can't give zero stars, I had to give them a single star. read more

I just had a " basic pedicure" with "Linda" I'm guessing this is not her birth name. It is a Monday so the place was mostly empty. They had plenty of stations for busy times. Anyway Linda gave me a wonderful pedi. It felt like she massaged each leg for 10min. I paid extra for a flower and just asked her to do whatever she wants. They are so pretty. My nails were done terribly. Do not bother going there. The service was okay but they did not get the color nail I wanted right. They only have glittery colors for acrylics which is not good bc I was going to get plain white, so instead I was going to get a light purple but instead of that they have me a dark purple. A few nails are crooked and she made them too short. The prices are absolutely absurd. I paid $40 for acrylics that do not even look good. I regret my purchase there and do not suggest you waist your time. Some of the polish is uneven and I still have glue on my fingers and hands that the lady doing my nails put there on accident. Some of the nails are longer than the others. I am not usually this harsh but when this terrible of a job is done... well let's just say that I feel like I should get my nails done for free if I ever were to walk in there again. read more

I go here, to get my nails done. I do think the price is to high for what I get some times, but I understand that they have to pay for the stuff they need to do nails with. I personally like the wide tip nails, they do charge me for the set of wide tip nails, I think they told me it was $5. Then I get solar which listed price is $35, thats a normal price. And then I some tiems get a design on my nails and that is 2 for $5, I think or maybe 2 for $10, so most of the time I walk out spending over $60 - $70 a month, just on my nails. The only place I go to to get a shellac! I usually go in for a pedicure before getting my nails done, the staff is super friendly here. They know you by name if you've been here at least two times. I always ask for Linda when I come in, she's such a sweetheart. She doesn't speak a lot of English but she's really good at what she does! She gives the best massages ever. My toenails always look perfect after she's done! Did I mention they have kid's spa chairs? My daughter gets her nails done the same time as me; great for mother and daughter days! Linda doesn't do shellac but she does do regular nails which come out lovely like my toes. When I do get shellac done, I usually get it done by Andy or Courtney, they always last 3 weeks! If you love getting mani-pedi and great customer service, this place is a must go-to! read more

Horrible service. I went with my friend to get her toes done and when we went to the back to sit in the pedicure chairs, I rudely got asked, or told to wait and sit in the front. They were not busy at all and there were multiple chairs next to each other that they could have sat us at. It was completely unreasonable to ask me to sit in the front. I shouldn't have to buy their service just to sit next to my friend. I can't believe this. Never coming here again. We do this many times at other places and they have no issue with it. Got to the salon late (which I hate doing) and they were friendly and gracious. Nail tech did an amazing job...the best my nails have looked in a long time! Finished almost thirty minutes after closing time and still did a shoulder massage :). Took the extra time and made me feel valued and appreciated! This nail shop is ok! There's only about 2-3 decent nail technicians working there. The rest seem to be ammatures and spend the majority of their time playing with their smart devices and games instead of learning to do nails really good and gaining clientele. I don't think that most of the nail techs are licensed anyway; and the owner is very arrogant, snobbish, and can come off as being very artificial and rude. She prohibits her nail techs from taking their time on your nails, hence you don't really get what you pay for and become unsatisfied with the service. Am a long-standing customer and became unsatisfied over time with the decline in the quality of the work and customer service. It's "rush, rush...and on the next cash cow." ÷/ read more

Did not like this place! I hate that you have to look at bottles of gel polish because they dont have the colors on a fake nail round thingy, so you can sit down and choose your color as you soak your feet. To me it's a waist of time to have to open each bottle of polish to chose a color, also sometimes the gel color can be different once it's been applied so would really prefer a place that gives you the round wheel with all the colors on the nails. so I can see how its actually going to look. So I'm at the wall trying to decide a color and the lady comes over to let me know my water is ready. She tries to help me chose a color but I find what I'm wanting a few mins later. She did do a good job as far as taking her time on my feet (I got the Deluxe) her work was alright my big toe had some issues with the way the polish was applied and dried but 3 layers later I decided I could live with it.(didn't it notice till after) The tools they use do come in a pre packed kit but the cuticle pusher and the nail clippers do not for me that's a Big No No for me. The bathroom was filthy! Toilet had not been cleaned in who knows how long and the sink as well. It was Gross! Needless to say I won't be returning to this establishment. read more

I had a 10 am appointment and had to wait for Courtney to arrive to do my eyelash extensions. She finally showed up at 10:35. I was told she would start out giving me short to medium lashes which was what I prefer. When I looked in the mirror they were super long and she told me that they could not be shorter. I asked her before and after the procedure if they could be removed by using an oil based product and she said yes. I went home and felt ridiculous so I tried to trim them, but they were just too long. I decided to waste the money I spent on them and attempted to remove them because they were silly looking and they were hurting my eyes. My eyes watered and the lashes were stiff and poked my eyelids. They were really uncomfortable when I tried to rub oil on them. After several attempts, I called Lucky Nails to let Courtney know I was coming back up there to have them removed. She was already gone and they said she would call. I never heard from her. I called The Scarlet Door and they felt bad for me and worked me in so that I could have the lashes removed. She told me they were very long and showed me the short ones they start with which looked way more natural and were at least half the length that were placed on my eyes by Lucky Nails. The adhesive removal burned my eyes, but it was worth it to get those horrible lashes off. The customer service and the product are substandard. I do not recommend this place for eyelash extensions. read more
