He also said they didn't have certain colors, but he would show us something "close" that wasn't close at all. He looked more annoyed by helping us than anything. And when he was writing our information on the paper they have - I was afraid he was going to get something wrong, because his handwriting is chicken scratch. After he wrote all this information down, he took us to the computer and typed in some information, also. We knew after dealing with him these people were not getting our money. Not only that, they just have samples of the colors for rentals, such as half cut jackets that you can just "see" what the pattern is - you can't try it on because they're all attached as one. This one seems no better. I ordered online and decided to pick up a necklace in store. I walked in and saw the turtlenecks displayed to the right, as you walk in. I began to look thru them for my size. I saw a red headed lady talking to someone. As soon as another woman walked into the store, she immediately passed me to ask the woman if she needed help? Really? The woman wanted turtlenecks as well. The red headed woman pointed to the display. Meanwhile, I'm on bended knee trying to find my size. This woman looked me directly in my face, as I looked up. She promptly turned on her heel and walked away. I found two turtlenecks and needed to know if they had a certain color in my size. I saw a woman with glasses and blonde streaks, just finishing up a sale. I asked her if she would help me, since the other lady had not even bothered to ask me. Nadine, as I found out, was polite helpful and cheery. She found the turtleneck in my size. As I was shopping, Nadine asked me if I had the email with the information on my pick up. She took my phone and gave it to another red headed lady, Katherine. Katherine proceeded to ask me if I paid for the necklace already? To which I responded, would they send me an email telling me to pick up my order if it wasn't paid for? I had to show her where in my email it clearly said it was purchased. It took me 5 minutes of waiting in front of them to catch a workers attention because they were all gathered in a circle talking and not doing their jobs. They gave dirty looks when asked to help and only 1 out of the 3 girls on the registers were helping because they were all too busy talking to eachother. They were extremely rude and betlitting and im not the first one to have this experience. Ill shop somewhere else.
