my bowl was so good the tuna was so squishy the tofu was so firm the pineapple and mangos were so juicy and fresh the rice was so bursting with the flavors from the yum yum sauce and the fruity shoyu ill SHOW YOU a fruity shoyu iykwim also i went there today and there was a bunch of college aged men in suits and i felt afraid they were all matching. and the staff was so nice even though the customers were scary. Thank you to uber eats for the great deal i got two bowls and a tea for only 24.99 mmm mm mm. I really also liked the crunchy bits they taste like rice krispies. Appreciate the gluten free allergen labeling my wife has celiac disease so this is very important. a happy wife equals a happy life. Thank you Waikiki for all you do

Waikiki is one of my go-to poke bowl take out place. While it's my 2nd fav poke place, they really make it up for it for offering eel, and also having really good boba drinks! I would order from Waikiki whenever I'm craving for both. Their poke bowl is customizable and good serving size. I got the matcha coffee latte and it was delicious.

Solid poke at a decent price! Love the selection of toppings and everything tasted pretty fresh. Prices are a bit high for the portion size but I would still come back for the quality and convenience!

Had an amazing Taro Milk Bubble Tea with cold whole milk and a Waikiki Fire Bowl. WOW - it was smashingly delicious. Order your selection of sushi, bowl, or bubble teas on a computer screen and you are good to go. This is one of my son's favorite place. Super fresh and you basically can create your own bowl. Service is efficient and friendly - Boston style. The decor is modern Hawaiian sleek and neutral with a blue undertone. Just the right vibe to make you feel comfortable.

I wish I lived closer to Somerville to be able to visit Waikiki again! I happened to be in the neighborhood and wanted to pick up a poke bowl, I know there are multiple poke restaurants in the area, but Waikiki just looked the best that day. I have no regrets choosing it though! I created my own bowl with shoyu tuna and salmon as my proteins. There were a lot of toppings to choose from, but I decided on avocado, seaweed salad, mango, edamame, corn, nori, spicy mayo. Every component of the bowl was delicious, the fish was fresh, the rice was fluffy, so many toppings coming together. My bowl ended up being a little over $20, but I was full and happy at the end of it. Pick-up was fast, my order was ready within 20 minutes after ordering. This is not a car-friendly place, nowhere around Davis Square is, but my boyfriend double parked while I ran in. I'm sure you can loop around a few times to find street parking if you really wanted to. The restaurant itself look clean, spacious, friendly staff members. Definitely one of the better poke spots I've encountered!

This place is amazing!! Definitely coming back. all of the ingredients, especially the fish is very fresh. The staff were friendly and generous with portions, prices are also very reasonable. Don't miss out on the drinks here either!

I was in the area running some errands so I decided to grab dinner at Waikiki. Very happy with my decision! The interior is very sleek and modern. You order on one of several touch screens. I got the Garden Roll, a seaweed roll with fried tofu, mushrooms, fresh veggies, and a teriyaki sauce. You pick the amount of sauce on your roll, or you can get it on the side. I got the "regular" amount. It took maybe 10 minutes max for my order to be called. It was delicious! The sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and salty, the veggies were fresh and added a nice crunch, and the portion was just right. My only complaint is that it was a little messy to eat since the pieces were just a little too big to be bite size, but honestly that might have been user error. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely consider coming back!

I've only had their poke delivered once, but it was some of the best I've had in Boston (not including manoa). I also ordered a mango sago drink that really hit the spot! Can't wait to order again or go in person sometime.

The staff was nice and they bring the food to you if you're dining in. This is definitely a casual spot for catching up with friends. I even saw some customers with board games. The rolls and the bowl were good. I liked that they had a Wasabi mayo. I also liked that my bowl came with an egg.

Mango pomelo coconut milk drink

There are two types of poke places I like: places where the portion sizes are so big that I don't care about the fish quality, and places where the ingredients are so fresh and delicious that they are worth the price. Waikiki falls into the second category-- I don't think a bowl would satisfy me if I was starving, but the fish and ingredients are so fresh that I'll be ordering from them a lot! I ordered delivery and built my own bowl for $16.95 (Uber eats price). You get to choose two proteins so I got the spicy shoyu ahi tuna and spicy shoyu salmon. I also tried their waikiki classic sauce which had a very tropical fruity flavor. Although I felt that the protein scoops were small and some of the topping portions were also small, everything was super delicious. Even the rice was cooked perfectly! I would highly recommend getting the spicy shoyu tuna/salmon because it is so flavorful and not too spicy at all. I also decided to try their mango pomelo coconut milk drink ($7.95) which tasted very fresh and kind of tasted like mango sago without the sago. It came with coconut jellies on the bottom. Overall the drink was not too sweet which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this poke spot! If you are a fan of Manoa in Porter, this is a really tasty alternative with a wider selection of drinks and more customizability!

*disclaimer* We only came in for boba. But shout out to this place for giving us drink options in Davis that are not the other boba chains. I secretly love a place with computers to order at - it was very quick and easy. The drinks were ready within minutes. It was very cute and themed inside. Nothing was special or spectacular about the drinks, but they both were solid boba options.

Delicious options here, poke bowls, sushi rolls, boba, smoothies, and appetizer options. Cute space to eat in or a quick takeout right outside the red line Davis square station. Water and few sauce options available on the side for convenience. You can order online or at the screen provided at the front. We got the Create-Your-Own Poke Bowls at $14.99 with very fresh tuna and salmon options and tons of fixings included. I tried it with their signature Waikiki sauce and the passionfruit shoyu which was sweet and little tangy. It was unique and flavorful! Whatever it is, I wanna come back! Delicious!

Very satisfied with the quality of food here, try it out if you want refreshing + delicious + reasonably priced poke/rolls :) I think I might have found my favorite poke place in Boston. You can just tell their ingredients are fresh and combinations are perfect. I especially like their Korean Kimbop (seaweed rolls) style rolls, and all the sauces they provide. Make sure to check this place out if you're around Davis!

As soon as you walk in, you are in the battle of the drums between the Kumasi and the Djembe. So loud I couldn't think . I did ask to turn it down a few times, in the middle of my meal the Chef said I could eat outside. On that note I ordered way too much. The fried chicken was delicious !! Not greasy at all. But huge, sorry today I ordered two thighs that were the size of one large breast. A little condiment of shaved coconut and chive was on the side. Any sides were à la carte. I did try the " Cabbage Salad" that had a nice flavor, but was overdressed and is mostly iceberg lettuce, and rice with surprisingly sticky rice , so it was kind of yummy. The chicken came with one sauce I got the curry. It was divine.. & my friend got the chicken bites and some kind of mayo. I was going to leave a five star review because the food was that good however, on the receipt they charged $.92 for the containers and eating utensils. I'm disheartened because if they offered an alternative like a plate and regular silverware, I could see not adding it into their cost. If I refuse to pay for the containers, how would I eat it on that note the chef was nice enough to me to have me try a couple of items that I didn't have to pay for. Which I greatly appreciated and that is why I'm leaving such a nice review. I do recommend eating here, but take it home. Or call for delivery, they have their own AP. PS great smoothie's !!!

I decided to order Spam Musubi (rice and spam), a Byte (mini fried chicken), and tapioca tea! My girl went into the store and had the food ready within 3 minutes, which is really awesome as we were in a hurry. However, we were really disappointed by what was inside that bag, as none of them were as good as we expected. 1) Spam Musubi's rice was lost in texture itself. It tasted like old rice. Yet spam was well not bad. We ate all of them. 2) bytes( mini fried chicken) they were overcooked. I attach the picture of it. So hard to chew and meat was nothing there. And I requested mayo but it was not there. But spicy sauce was with them instead in the box. The kids were complaining it was too spicy for mayo. 3) boba tea, I ordered with boba with extra fee. But it was not there just milk tea with brown suger. Later my girl who went to there to pick up, told me the server continued to speak to her even though my girl told to write down as she was deaf. Can't lipreading. Quite disappointed with the service and food.

As we made our way inside the restaurant, Chef Chris took the time to greet us and since we were the first ones there for our time slot, he gave us the option to pick any table we wanted for our omakase experience. He is very personable and took the time to get to know us and talk a bit about his background. The tables were split into separate sections so that you were seated only with your party which I thought was a nice setup, especially for a date night. We decided to do the Grand Slam Omakase with 16 courses with a specially selected sake pairing. Chef Chris took the time to explain each course, with several of the components being made in-house. I was an especially big fan of the Hokkaido scallop course but everything was phenomenal, especially the nigiri. You can tell that every aspect of every course is crafted thoughtfully and with care. If you are looking for an omakase experience, I would definitely recommend reserving a time at Momi Nonmi!

Funny enough when we visited my friend was also in town that weekend and by happenstance we happened to get to the restaurant at the same time. I would definitely make reservations because I did not realize you would need a reservation for a Wednesday night, but we did. Luckily we were able to give our name and they had a cancellation and were able to be seated within 20 to 30 minutes. The upstairs is pretty cool. I really like the decor. One of my favorites was these monkey lamps they had. The food was pretty good and we had gotten a slider for my son which basically filled him up. My wife and I split a poo poo platter and got an appetizer and that was enough for us. The drinks were really good. We had gotten a few to try. I like my first one and really enjoyed my second one. I asked the waitress for a recommendation and she made one and then when we went for our second round she did say she was new to the job so I went with something I knew I would like. Pork Cutlet Curry: The restaurant specializes in fried foods, with the pork cutlet being their absolute signature dish. Although the cutlets were on the thinner, leaner side, each one was fried to order, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender, juicy interior, fragrant but not greasy. The breadcrumbs were especially fluffy and light, bursting with flavor on the palate, which was incredibly satisfying. The curry was authentic Japanese curry--rich, mild, and slightly spicy with a distinct fruity aroma, perfectly suited to my taste. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for a runny egg for the $2 additional egg; otherwise, it would have been even better. And at only $15 a serving, including a salad/miso soup, it's incredibly good value for money, perfect for lunch. Fried Oysters: Also crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the oysters were fresh and juicy. The lemon juice and salad dressing were refreshing. I felt they were even more delicious than the pork cutlet. The place is located in Lesley University's Main Hall and has only four tables, so you may have to wait.

They have the option of take out too! We got a couple appetizers to try & each got a different ramen. Here's what we ordered: APPETIZERS - chicken karaage - okonomiyaki-styled tater tots - green papaya salad RAMEN - miso ramen - spicy miso ramen - chef's ultra ramen - spicy tan tan ramen Thoughts: I thought the appetizer portions were pretty generous! A lot more than we were all expecting. I was pretty much already full before the ramens came out. Wasn't a big fan of the green papaya salad. It was missing some flavor. We all thought that it would be better if it had some tomatoes & garlic. Didn't seem like they used a mortar to ground the aromatics or anything, since the sauce just tasted like fish sauce and lime. The chicken karaage was okay. Wish there was more sauce to dip the chicken with. Chicken was also on the drier side. The tater tots were the best appetizer of the three we ordered, IMO. If you like takoyaki balls, you'll like this because it has similar sauces + bonito flakes. Ours needed some salt though. As for the ramens, I personally had the spicy miso ramen. It was missing a lot of depth in the broth that I would've liked to see (& taste). I didn't taste any miso to be honest. Salt was needed too. The highlights for the ramen were the chashu & corn. I loved that they used fresh corn! The chashu had the perfect amount of fattiness & almost melted in my mouth. The noodles were nice and chewy. The broth was just disappointing though. For the other ramens, everyone enjoyed the one they ordered. I tried a little of the chef's ultra ramen & the broth was much better than my spicy miso. Btw, the spicy miso ramen is not spicy at all for anyone who is hesitant & cannot do overly spicy foods. The food was a bit disappointing for me. I came in with high expectations with all the good reviews I read beforehand. Not terrible but not great.
