Conclusion = Refund pending but I feel so much better about them. 10/07/2025 Sharper Image = I tell them for three weeks in a row before this week that there's algae and it needed to be brushed and treated. Since it doesn't get brushed, algae comes back . They send the same guy who didn't do it properly two weeks before hand to treat it and guess what because it was never brushed now I have more algae. Not to mention when he tried to leave, and I asked him to come back and look at the green and yellow algae on my pool. He laughed at me. All they wanna do is send me a bill for things that should've been covered under my $40 a week, maintenance and chemical charge. And this is how they treat somebody who spent 20 grand ( I must not have spent enough for a little respect) in May and they also know that I'm recently widowed and guess what they don't give a damn! So now I get to pay the new Pool company to do W/Sharper Image couldn't seem to do. Negative stars! Hurt and disappointed.

Our salesperson Glen first met us at our house and helped us plan a pool that would fit into our small yard. Then there was plenty of options to choose from in their showroom, and he provided us with excellent advice on the finishes and choices. Once the project got underway, there were no unpleasant surprises, and Robert the project manager became our contact. Robert operates at a next level of excellence that made everything run smoothly and seamlessly. While scheduling every step of the pool construction he kept us in the loop and was very accommodating to our requests to integrate multiple other projects into the timeline (generator and tiki hut) so that other companies had access to the yard at important moments, such as after the pool was "shot" but before the pavers went down etc. All of the contractors involved (electric, plumbing, digging, concrete, paving etc.) were professional, polite and knowledgeable and did excellent work. Jimmy, , the other Jimmy, and Travis wrapped things up with us in the final days, and again they were knowledgeable, professional and polite. This is the second time we have installed a pool from scratch (previously we did one in New Mexico), so we had a previous experience to compare this to. Natural Springs Pools was notably faster, more detailed, and more organized than our previous NM experience. We are thrilled with the final result and happy to recommend them!

When I reached out to Integrity Pools regarding this structural/plumbing issue on a pool built so recently, the owner flatly refused to even inspect or assist, citing a fine-print non-transferable warranty clause for subsequent homeowners. While I understand warranty fine print, a primary drain/plumbing line failing in a pool under 7 years old points to an issue that shouldn't happen regardless of who holds the property deed. Extremely disappointed in the lack of support or willingness to stand behind their construction quality.

We ended up working with Drew - he's really awesome to work with, took time to listen to our wants, and came up with a great plan, and killed it on execution. When they say it takes 6-8 weeks to finish, they are committing to that - they are on top of their scheduling and very mechanical in ensuring work is completed according to schedule. The pool looks great, the deck looks great, and we're excited to start enjoying the finished product. The most important thing we look for in a contractor is great communication, stands behind their work, and delivers what they say they will. Tilney's team nailed all three of them. Even after getting everything wrapped up, they stood behind some adjustments needed and took time to clearly explain maintenance and equipment use. Would not hesitate to use Tilney again and have recommended to many friends and neighbors already. There's a reason why multiple pools on our block are built by their team. (For comparison/clarity: The others we had considered were Oasis and Sekas. Oasis didn't feel like the right fit - nothing against them but felt like we were more of a cog/widget. Sekas provided a drawing on a napkin for us after 2 months of disappearing, with a price that would make your mouth drop and acted like he was doing us a favor - not sure where that entitlement came from).

Pool Perfection builds a top notch quality pool. The whole backyard renovation pool and sunken outdoor Kitchen has made our own piece of paradise everything we could have wished for. We waited a while to submit the review as with any pool project things happen. Pool perfection PM made sure the build went smoothly, any questions or concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. As for the warranty process, we had to have tile replaced within our 1 year warranty period. Max the PM did an amazing job coordinating the new tile selection, to the installation that was completed in one day. Additionally he had the pool cleaned good before restarting the pool. All while standing behind the new tile install to include an additional year warranty on the new tile. We are back up and running and ready to enjoy our piece of paradise once again. We've dealt with many contractors over the years when making updates to our house (my husband isn't handy so we have to outsource everything) and this was one of our best experiences. The manager of our project, Andrew, was a delight. I've learned that although other contractors may do a good job, they may not be great at communication or showing up when they say they will. Not the case with Andrew, the guy is a machine at communication. He responds very quickly to text and if it's a more in depth question he often picks up the phone and calls. Sid, the Office Manager, was also awesome to work with. We went to the showroom to pick out tile and pavers. It was an extremely quick and seamless process. She even sent us home with what we chose to look at it in our backyard lighting. I'll be honest, I only got two quotes before I started and they were very comparable. However, the communication and just overall way the project was handled by this company is what made them win my business. Another friend is completely redoing her pool, got five quotes and this was the best. Two companies didn't even call her back. It's amazing how so many businesses act like they don't need your business. Not the case with Five Star. They said it would take 2-3 weeks and it took 3 weeks with a hurricane interrupting their work. They were very clear upfront about delays due to weather and everyone who came out was respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

I moved into my current home, first as a rental, then I purchased it 3 years ago. I inherited a…read moresmall 30'x9' Pool with a cheaply painted interior, a dilapidated Birdcage Screen Enclosure, and a cracked/chipped concrete patio floor. I knew I would have to renovate the pool as the painted floor and steps inside the pool continued to deteriorate. I carefully researched the how's and why's of various pool renovation projects for about a year, then researched local Pool Renovation companies and their online reviews, and local and state professional licensing and accreditation status of each company. I then selected five companies and had onsite evaluations and estimates. After careful review, in July 2024, I decided to go with Five Star Pool. Why? Because Roman (Owner/Contractor) and Andrew (Project Manager) not only visited twice (but, explained in detail, how the company operated, project requirements, and timeline). Additionally, I had/still have, the extremely efficient and endearing support of Sid (Office Manager), whom I had the pleasure of meeting at least twice, to help me select the materials for the new pool interior (Pebble Sheen-Aqua Cool), Tiles, LED Lighting, Safety Railing (for the steps), and Patio flooring (Maldives Blue Marble), and a last minute decisions to replace the deteriorating white screen enclosure with a new bronze enclosure and adding mosaic tiles to the pool floor and steps. Throughout this approximately six week project (delayed one week due to weather), Five Star Pool and their subcontractors excelled in their constant professionalism, competence, respect for my property, and were always pleasant in their explanations of the various parts of the Project. Surprisingly quieter and efficient in their demolition and re-building of my new pool interior, enclosure and patio flooring; I was less stressed than expected throughout the duration of the project. The required permitting process, for the Enclosure also went smoothly. Minor issues/concerns have/are being handled as expeditiously as possible and with my experience with Five Star Pool, will be resolved to my satisfaction. Now, I have a beautiful/pristine pool, striking screen enclosure, and a gorgeous "cool in the Florida Sun" patio flooring (which I expect to continue during the next 3 "summer" months). My added pool tile mosaics which were perfectly applied, complements the overall beauty of my new pool. In Summary, I am very impressed with the overall project results with Five Star Pool: their staff and sub-contractors. I know I made the right decision in selecting Five Star Pool. They Rock!
