They did tell me that they were going to be discontinuing that brand but that they would still provide service. Now the hottub can't get hot (I keep it set at 104 degrees and it is stuck at 99) so I called them to see about getting it serviced. Now they no longer service these hottubs and that I need to call the company to see who can service it. They couldn't/wouldn't help me find someone to service it! Guess now that they have my money, I'm on my own. Would never go back there again. UPDATE: Closest certified American Whirlpool service center wants to charge me $471 for travel expense. I have messaged this company to ask for help since they assured me they would still service the hot tub we bought and I never heard back from them (that was over a week ago. I also called the Brandon location to see if I could get some help and all I got was "I'm sorry!". No offer to help in any way. I hope others will see this before deciding to do business with these people.

I was able to lock it down to midday Wednesday. Wednesday came and no one showed up or called. When I called them back they had no record of me. I regave them my information and they said they could come out next week again but could not give me a specific day even when I asked to lock down a day. How can you have yourself available any day of the week waiting on them to call. Not professional at all. Will not use them.

She made sure we understood the different options and helped us choose the Marino, which has been absolutely perfect for us. She also recommended an electrician who regularly installs these spas and clearly knows exactly what they're doing, which made the setup process smooth and stress-free. The delivery and installation crew were right on time, professional, and very helpful getting everything placed and running properly. As for the hot tub itself...we absolutely love it. Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have! I love this family owned business, they care and are meticulous with their work. Tampa Bay Pools installed our pool using an obsolete Jandy chlorinator that was discontinued 10…read moreyears ago. After 6 months it stopped working. We have had difficulty with the Warranty Department since installation. I had them out 5-6 times to fix the auto leveler and auto filler. They always come when I wasn't there and said they could not find an issue. The last time they came I stayed home from work and showed them specifically. Turns out that both were clogged up. Now they are making us jump through hoops just to get the chlorinator repaired and again they don't believe me that its obsolete. When you get your quotes for installation make sure you require that they use the most current and modern components; have them spell it right out in the contract. Still waiting on the warranty department to come out... its been 2 weeks.

They never responded to a single telephone call or message. They play the blame game with their own subcontractors. I recommend finding a company that belongs to the Better Business Bureau.

I was greeted by Nick when I came in and he was of great help. He helped me pick the right pool pump for my pool, and a chlorinator. The following day I had to come in to get a few fittings for the plumbing and Nick was very helpful again. Today, I had to come in for chemicals and Although there was six customers Mr. Nick was able to provide great customer service to each of us.
