Dealing with people of integrity is a pleasure. A team of 8 dedicated teammates showed up in a timely fashion on job day ready for work. Each knew what was expected of him, finished it efficiently, then moved to the next step. Nobody moved slowly. The work was finished in far less time than I thought possible and presented a beauty that was beyond our expectation. That's not the end of the story, however. I planned to put Riverstone inside this beautiful border two weeks later but discovered a problem early Friday evening that needed attention before the stone's arrival the next morning. My telephone call seeking help was pleasantly received and after some juggling, this gentleman told me that he would be there to solve the problem. He showed up in time, fixed it, and the stone's installation went smoothly. It was a fair price, and it was so lovely to come home to a pretty yard after a long day at work. I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. They completed all the work extremely efficiently and were super friendly throughout the process, asking me questions about my preferences and paying superb attention to details on cleanup after working on any sprinklers that required lifting the grass in that area. Everything worked perfectly on the first try after repairs were made; and the team from Felix managed to completely solve ongoing issues with the sprinkler setup right at the junction of my driveway and walkway. Good luck to have them honor appointments they set up, or answer your calls once they have left and you have paid them. Don't pay until you inspect very carefully what they have done and approve it. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid. It's not always about what someone does, but also what they don't do and whether they have integrity or not. Actions speak louder than words.
