They also fixed some settling issues around the perimeter of the pool. The crew was excellent and Dominic kept me informed. The longest delay was waiting for the pavers. The only complaint I have is regarding their pool rescreening subcontractor they use. He wasn't very good as the screen often pulled out from the channel. Eventually after a number of visits the issue was fixed. My recommendation is to get someone else for the screening. Anyway, it is now 6 years later and everything is working well. I recommend Apollo pools. My job was a total makeover and they managed every aspect well. I have no complaints and would use them again.

I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. They came out initially and gave us "pool school" since we had never owned a pool before. Showed us how to maintain the pool and things to monitor and look for. I now go in weekly and have my water tested. They are very helpful and let us know if anything is ever off how to fix it. They meet me at my car almost every time and carry the chlorine jugs in for me to be filled and always carry them back out for me. Really great staff!

Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! Our luck continued when Eric punctually showed up at our house to work on our skimmer and suction side flow that wasn't working. In less than 5 minutes, not only did Eric have the issue correctly diagnosed, but he was also able to keep his customer's cost in check by not recommending needless parts and labor. What completely amazed me was that Eric was sincerely interested in pleasing us and making us smile. I was able to successfully get a replacement from Hayward without their help. Fast Forward: I called Riverview to confirm I could return the unused unit I had just purchased from them. They told me yes -- as long as it was within 30 days. I walked in with the product still sealed in its original, unopened packaging, well inside the 30-day window. They refused the return. Their reason? It had been "serialized" and they supposedly could not take it back. Let's be clear: this is not a policy issue. This is a paperwork issue they didn't feel like dealing with. They never disclosed any serialization restriction at the time of sale. There was no signage in the store stating this item was final sale. And their refusal directly violates the return policy published on their own website: "In-Store & Pick Up In-Store Purchases On new, unused merchandise, if you are not satisfied, simply return the item in its original, unopened packaging to the location where the purchase was made within 30 days for full refund." They confirmed the 30-day return on the phone, then denied it in person with a made-up technical excuse. That is not a misunderstanding. That is a deliberate decision to ignore their own policy when it became inconvenient. For a business that constantly promotes itself as "family-owned," the way this location treats customers is revealing. I look forward to the family owners publicly defending this practice. I wasn't satisfied with the tech and asked nicely for an explanation on certain things and also asked politely if they could do a better job when it comes to cleaning the pool. I received a text from them with the following: We do not take any instructions from anyone. We closed the skimmer valve last week to protect your equipment from any damage because the water level is too low, and you are treating us like we are your slaves. We do not like the way you talk. We are closing your account. Please find a different company to service you. We will issue a credit to you shortly. I was in absolute shock with that customer service. When I proceeded to call the store and speak with a supervisor I explained to him that I am the paying customer to which his response was "so what". He also then accused me of not answering the phones calls, to which I explained I work full time and do not have that capability. To which he said, "well your calling now aren't you" he then proceeded to hang up the phone. All I asked were some simple questions via text and were politely asked. Being a first time pool owner, some things I did not understand. I also asked if the tech could "please" do a better job and cleaning the surface of the pool. Pinch a penny response was "we don't take instructions from anyone and we are not your slaves" no your not, but i was a paying customer and therefore my requests should be listened to and treated with respect.
