Thankfully we made a great choice using ultimate pool remodel company. They were very courteous and respectful, answered multiple questions and reply to emails and phone calls quickly. Their was very professional and knowledgeable. And in the end did fantastic work. They were not the most expensive they were not the cheapest. They were right in the middle and we're glad we chose them for the value. They did amazing work. What made it better is they kept the timeframe that they said it would need to be done. Although our job was small, they took the time to do it right and make it look great. Thank you to all their staff for their work.

I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Really great job.

We were in need of removing a glass block wall that separated the spa from the pool because of cracks in the block that made it dangerous for kids to play in the pool. We also needed to replace the tile around the pool and spa and also resurface the entire pool. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and the process that he would implement. He was very helpful in helping me find just the right tile color for the look I wanted as well as the coloring of the marquis surface. HIs entire crew was very conscientious, hardworking and respectful. Mr. Eddy checked on them every day and made sure everything was perfect and that the area was cleaned up daily. He made sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. The price he quoted is the price we paid. The pool turned out beautiful and only took 13 days from start to finish. I felt it imperative to add my 2 cents as a regular customer who has been going to this location for over a year. When I first started coming to this location, I had a newly constructed pool that was handed over to me to start taking care of on my own (by choice-I hate spending extra money on things I can do myself). I must say, I am blown away at some of the reviews of fellow yelpers at this location. I'm not sure if they got the location correct. Everyone that I speak to is incredibly helpful. I'm not well versed in pool knowledge, and I always have tons of questions. There's a very friendly guy (his name escapes me) that is the pool guru there. You can tell his passion is pools. His knowledge spans past pool chemicals and equipment as we've had conversations about my pavers and my concerns cleaning the pavers around the pool. If you are going to bring pool water, they have a bottle they prefer you to bring it in as it will hold the required amount of water to run all the specified tests to give the customer a complete analysis. They use every drop of it. If you need a bottle, they are more than willing to supply it, and it's free! As a regular customer, the staff remember you, and I always feel welcomed. They have never made me feel dumb asking questions, and I know I've probably asked plenty. Without them teaching me how to maintain my pool, I'd be lost.

I regave them my information and they said they could come out next week again but could not give me a specific day even when I asked to lock down a day. How can you have yourself available any day of the week waiting on them to call. Not professional at all. Will not use them.
