I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Really great job.

Jim came out, diagnosed our non-working pump in 5 minutes, and left. i thought for sure it'd be forever before we got a replacement -- because that's what's usually been the case -- but he was back TWO HOURS LATER and fixed it in less than an hour. He is friendly, knowledgeable and completely customer-service oriented. We are now done looking for other pool/spa repair services -- Aqua Rite is the best, and we cannot recommend Jim highly enough.

Keith answers texts and calls promptly and is very respectful. He is also very knowledgeable about our pool since it is a fiberglass lined pool and knows how to clean it properly and use the right amount of chemicals, so our pool doesn't turn green, which in the past prior cleaning companies did. Keith goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order. Has assisted me also with other things not related to our pool, which was a God send since we were not home. I met the particularly rude and entitled owner of this small family-owned company once at my pool…read more He immediately lacked both professionalism and manners, was highly inappropriate and unapologetic throughout the whole interaction, and demanded to get answers to his questions on matters that were none of his business simply because he couldn't take being politely told he wasn't allowed to show up outside of the scheduled time frame he had been given and wasn't respecting. He proceeded to calling my property manager in retaliation, lying about my behavior and making it seem like the whole incident was on me being rude to him. The pool itself is supposed to be cleaned once a week but the worker he sends is systematically gone within less than 10 minutes and regularly leaves stuff at the bottom. I've also never seen them brush the pool walls or do any pump or filter maintenance. An independent pool inspector I contracted myself at some point told me the pool equipment was in bad shape, neglected and that this company is guilty of gross malpractice.

Her first day I discovered dirt on sides and bottom that came off with brush. Finally quit and when new sample of water was taken, the pool required five new bags of salt. Same reason I left last company and this was by design and not by accident. Hire these people at your own peril.
