He was punctual and is highly skilled at finding and isolating a variety of leaks. I was impressed with his ability to find leaks without remove walls or flooring. We actually had to call Webb for another leak less than a week later and he made the time to come out late after a long day of being on a job site to find it. His care and concern for the home owner is evident in his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend using LeakOps if you have a leak. Webb also has a great network of plumbers and restoration services he can refer you to that also provided excellent service for our issue.

We have a small conversational pool which my husband and I were working to determine if it was worth replacing the motor and resurfacing or closing it completely. They came out spoke to my husband and said they would provide two separate estimates via email. I requested the estimate again with no repsonse. We waited four additional days before going with another contractor that provided a timely estimate and next day service. I can only assume my business was not worth their time as we still have not heard from this company.
