I am a little hesitant when it comes to spending good sized…read morechunks of money, so I actually got 7 estimates for my driveway and while JR Pavers were not the cheapest quote (although they were on the lower half of the scale), I knew right away they were the right company. Lindsay came out and walked me through my options, explained the process, and even modified a permit I already had with the city to grandfather me in for a wider driveway. The pavers are beautiful and of high quality. We remained flexible with our times and because of that they were able to squeeze us in between a couple of bigger jobs much sooner. They came out in the morning, and by the time I got home from work our new driveway was there! Had people over that night and they all ooohed and aaahed about how beautiful it was. I must reiterate, we had some really high quotes from some contractors that gave us a fraction of the personal attention. JR Pavers had a reasonable price with great product and customer service! I would NOT recommend JR Pavers! Biggest issue is just over a year (3 months over a year) the…read morepavers on the side driveway they installed have HUGE gaps and are spreading out. Called Lindsey and she came out and said she doesn't feel it was an installation issue and would give me a quote to fix it. I had two other pavers companies come out and they both said the job was not done correctly and were shocked they were not standing behind their work. We had other issues that annoyed us with during the work but let them go. Example - when removing old driveway/part of lawn they broke water line and we paid to fix it, had to call them to pick up mess left behind, they did not cement pavers down that hung over patio and if you stepped on a paver the whole paver would come up. They told us to buy a bag of cement. We went back and forth and finally my husband bought cement and did it. They showed up months later out of the blue with no notice to fix it only because they were giving my son a quote (luckily for my son he checked reviews and decided to go with another company). We spent about $15K on our driveways. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we have to pay someone to come fix what they didn't do correctly! Do your research and if they have bad reviews believe the bad reviews! Who would pay for this kind of service??? Thankfully I found Jameson Pool Service on google search & they were out the day I called them! Yay! They were on everything like "white on rice"! Now that's what I call spectacular service! So once every week they are out to service my Hot Tub & Pool. They email me a rundown on what is going on w/ both which shows: Readings - Chemicals Added - Service Performed ALONG w/ a photo of both looking super sparkling clean! We have a small conversational pool which my husband and I were working to determine if it was worth replacing the motor and resurfacing or closing it completely. They came out spoke to my husband and said they would provide two separate estimates via email. I requested the estimate again with no repsonse. We waited four additional days before going with another contractor that provided a timely estimate and next day service. I can only assume my business was not worth their time as we still have not heard from this company.
