I just can't say enough about Civic pools. I previously had a different weekly pool service, and yet my pool was green at least 50% of the time. That company gave me every excuse in the book, made us buy a new filter system, new vacuum, etc., Always placing the blame on us/our pool, and we didn't know any better, so we just kept throwing $ at them and yet nothing changed. The week before my son's 1st birthday pool party, I begged them to make sure it was blue, and by Thursday(our normal service was on Tuesday) he hadn't even showed up for weekly service, let alone done anything extra in preparation for our pool party. With the party 2 days away, and a swamp for a pool, I started frantically reaching out to other companies. Within an hour or so, Ernie responded. We talked a bit about my situation, and he all but guaranteed he would have it turned around and swimmable by Saturday. His tech was here within hours, and by Friday morning, it was blue! That was 3 weeks ago and it is STILL BLUE! What a concept, a pool service that actually keeps your pool blue!!! We have had several pool service companies come out and issue their quotes. We say yes they come out and first week everything is fine and then everything falls apart. No one answers, proper work is not being done etc etc. Our neighbor recommended Civic's Pool Service and from the moment I called and they picked up the phone I knew these guys were awesome! Customer service was honestly so amazing I forgot this was a pool service company. I mean they went though it all ice they phone. Estimate was fine within 1 hour of he phone call and my Pool was serviced for free the first two visits. Amazing Service! I just got back from a 2 weeks vacation to find out my salt water pool was stained and had the beginnings of algae formation int some spots. This is my first pool (only a few months since constructed) and I've been trying to do the maintenance on my own. I called Civic's after a quick search around noon to explain the problem. Ernie (Told me to call him C) showed up in just a few hours to do a free estimate of the situation. When he saw the pool he told me he could take care of it right away! He took care of the problem and even showed me how to prevent/resolve it in the future. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Since moving to Tampa, we have gone through 5 pool companies and have not been satisfied with their service. We are not picky, but we want true, honest work. That's what led me here to write this review. Civic's Pool Service of Tampa FL, is by far the best pool care and maintenance we have had. These guys are great! Excellent customer service and just A+ pool service. Our pool is so clear I cannot believe it. We love receiving updated reports regarding our pool and video/pictures of how the pool works and more! We even know what is inside of our pool as far as chemicals go. I was so impressed by the timely response and how professional he was i said YES right away. The very next day Z came out and he was amazing. Very attentive and professional. This company and the owner are incredible. If there is anything you need help with from Pools to just straight inspiration, Civics and the owner Ernad is the best for the job. The customer service provided is top notch and if your looking for reliable and great service Civics Pools is the company to go with. If they don't have the answer right away they will make it a priority to find it and not give you the run around. These guys are great. I had two leaks and was worried about running my pool but also worried about algae build up. I called after hours and they called me back immediately to schedule an appointment for the next day. He quoted a price lower than most. Their employer showed up on time, was courteous and professional. He fixed both leaks quickly then went above and beyond by checking the system and making sure everything ran smoothly.
