I have text communications notifying him that services were not being done although paid for ; filter cleaning (vacuum wouldn't even crawl) and salt cell build up that actually damage the cell beyond repair. When I inquired about some issues I was verbally attacked, made to feel stupid and blatantly accused of not "accepting" my pool hardware was broken. We had a pool emergency and Mario was amazing and showed up the next day to fix our pool! My sister in law's pool was disgusting! The pool cleaner before had neglected it and it started to turn green. We reviewed Mario's excellent reviews on google and decided to give him a shot. He showed up the next day and treated the pool and within one week it was back to normal. He was very helpful explaining what he did to remove the algae and how to prevent it in the future. He even told us our filter needed to be replaced soon but that we had plenty of time to save up money before it had to be replaced. We "inherited" Azur pool service when we bought our home in September. lI honestly didn't give much thought to it because we had (and still have ) a lot of work going on in the house. I'm grateful that Azur has kept our pool looking crystal clean. One thing we noticed when we bought the house was a build up of something on the edge. It looked like a thick epoxy. We assumed it was a "home repair job" gone wrong and figured we'd deal with it later. Then, we met Raylin. She came to us a couple weeks ago and introduced herself as our new pool girl. Raylin had that build up gone in no time. In addition she is very friendly and clearly a hard worker. Very highly recommended! read more

Mario and his crew are fantastic! 2 years ago I was frustrated with maintaining my pool - despite all the money I put into it, it wasn't at the level I wanted. I called Azur and Mario found there were issues with my filter and I was happy to pay him to fix it. After that I found it was about the same cost as having them maintain my pool as what I had been spending on chemicals at the local store. They've always done a great job with cleaning. Azur also does pressure washing -- and twice now I've had them do my pool enclosure and just recently they washed my fence and front enclosure. They did a fantastic job and everything looked like new after they were done. It's always a pleasure to work with Azur and I love that I can make payments online as well. Wow!! Our pool was giving us some anxiety due to previous pool person, pump issues and keeping it from turning green. I called on Friday and Mario was here Saturday morning. He answered all of my questions, checked and fixed the pump issues, cleaned my pool and hot tub (scrubbed is more like it) and then didn't want to charge us for today's work since we decided to hire him for our pool service (which was very very reasonably priced btw). I have lived in my home since 2009 and have used various pool services. Last year I had the pool resurfaced and was looking for someone more dependable. I found Azur Pool Service and had a long talk with the owner and I decided to go with their service. They have been nothing less than outstanding. Twice when I had minor issues with my pump, they came out within 4 hours and fixed the problem with no charge. They are less expensive than the other services I have used, but much more dependable.
