I have a new guy now that does pools and told me that what happened was there fault for not doing the job right seeing as they came weekly to check and service my pool....and the wonderful guy I talked to is taking no accountability for what has happened to my pool with there service... it seems like they could care less about customers.... So again stay far away from this company because they can ruin something and then turn around and say it's your fault.... They could care less about there customers so stay far away from.... There customer service is the worst I have ever encountered....and now there telling me it was like that when they took the pool over...little do they know I have veido of how my pool looked when they took it over so what there saying in the response is definitely not true saying it was like that when they started doing it....my vedio tells a difference story and I will be more then happy to show them that video....to bad they can't take accountabley for the actions....again stay far away they will say what ever they can to not stand behind there work

After long research, reading reviews and validating a company that is registered and insured. I…read morecame across Biggest Little Pools. I had 3 companies I wanted to priced and Biggest Little Pool was the most responsive in communication and most competitive in pricing. We converse via text and I sent photos and a small video of my pool issue. I preferred that method because I worked 45 mins from the home 8am to 530pm and I didn't want to loose time away from work just to get for a consult especially if I wasnt going to hire them for the repair. I requested that the sand filter be repaired but also was interested in getting a quote for changing to a cartridge system as well fix the old mechanical timer box or upgrade to digital. We discussed pros, cons, likes and dislikes and agreed to upgrade to cartridge system but repair the mechanical timer box. After agreeing to paying half upfront they were out early the following morning. They did the job with no issues or concerns and left. My spouse didn't even know they left. Which was good because we also getting 3 trees cut down so we were busy. He sent me the invoice for the timer box and the price was what we agreed upon. So I paid that and the balance They was professional, quick, responsive and reasonably priced. If I had to critique one thing I think it would be that hpthey should have offered a tutorial of the new system. The dos and don'ts of cleaning the new cartridge system, especially since we had absolutely no experience with it but I guess that is what YouTube is for. Thanks for the great job. I will definitely use them again.
