This company has gone down hill in the last few years. We went from great service to no shows, just skimming the pool, reporting work not done, not testing water, telling us we need to add our own chemicals because they don't have any and lack of response to inquiries and request. read more

What ever you do stay far away from this company...had them for over a year and the basically ruined behind my water fall with Discoloration due to not having the pool balanced right.....I come home one day to see my waterfall trickling dowm my back wall....I'm no pool guy but that tells me the filter is clogged...now the wonderful guy that works there is telling me it's my fault because I can control my pump with the app on my phone....before I had this company I had another guy doing my pool and never had this Problem... I have a new guy now that does pools and told me that what happened was there fault for not doing the job right seeing as they came weekly to check and service my pool....and the wonderful guy I talked to is taking no accountability for what has happened to my pool with there service... it seems like they could care less about customers.... So again stay far away from this company because they can ruin something and then turn around and say it's your fault.... They could care less about there customers so stay far away from.... There customer service is the worst I have ever encountered....and now there telling me it was like that when they took the pool over...little do they know I have veido of how my pool looked when they took it over so what there saying in the response is definitely not true saying it was like that when they started doing it....my vedio tells a difference story and I will be more then happy to show them that video....to bad they can't take accountabley for the actions....again stay far away they will say what ever they can to not stand behind there work read more

Guy came to measure and never provided a call back, or an email with pricing. I used them for service, but canceled that contract for various reasons. I think the guy purposely didn't respond with a quote. Don't use this company for any of your pool services, or to build your pool, or to renovate it. read more

Asked for a deep cleaning and start weekly maintenance. Technician came, did not knock the door or asked me to come for discussing it, just stepped out after couple of minute and when I called their office to follow up I was told : he decided to not take care of the pool and not to accept the maintenance job because the level of your water is too low . OMG - These guys as SO AWESOME!! I purchased a house in Heritage Springs gated community in Trinity / Clearwater FL. I was initially using another pool guy to service our pool. Our pool pump broke and my guy's quote to repair it was a little too expensive, also we weren't too happy with his service. I shopped around and called several other companies who didn't return calls or were way too expensive. POOLS NEXT DOOR - Steve answered his phone and was prompt in quoting me a great price. His quote was very good and he was able to complete the job by the next day. POOLS NEXT DOOR - Steve did an absolutely fantastic job and sent pictures of the repairs immediately after the repair was done! (See the pictures below) I was extremely pleased with what a great job that was done and I'm kind of picky! He was very detailed and explained everything to me!! Since I was pleased with the repair work that was completed, I asked him how much he charges for servicing our pool. Steve's quote for weekly servicing was actually cheaper than the guy I was using to service our pool. So I hired him to service our pool since his repairs were so detailed and perfect!! Now that I've used POOLS NEXT DOOR for servicing my pool for the last 4 months, he is amazingly fantastic!!!!! He is top of the line and very detailed with everything!! The pool has never looked so sparkling and clean!!!! They e-mail me weekly reports of my pool levels and what was added each time they service the pool. Periodically send me pics of the pool also. We had this company for many years our pool was ok but we got our pool resurfaced and it looked horrible. Then one week we got told our pool housing for our filter needed replaced and they wanted $800 we didn't have that service done. We then basically got fired the lady who emailed me said Steve is no longer doing fiberglass pools that have been resurfaced said it's to much for them. We got a new pool company blue Phoenix our pool has never been cleaner . After pools Nextdoor basically fired us the next week one of their technicians came out to clean our pool. We went out and talked to him and he was saying that liquid chlorine shouldn't be used and a bunch of other stuff. We then said are you from pools Nextdoor he said yes we said we got a new company. Then just yesterday I got an invoice for a full month of may and we have not had service with them in almost two full months. I would not recommend them based on our service and experience. read more
