We waited four additional days before going with another contractor that provided a timely estimate and next day service. I can only assume my business was not worth their time as we still have not heard from this company.

They are big enough to have the resources and expertise to build a state of the art pool, yet small enough that you get personalized service. The design process was surprisingly easy, and Kim walks you through the paperwork. On site, you deal directly with the owners, Scott, and his son Jake, both of whom respond quickly to texts/emails and are easy to talk to in person. They oversee the whole process from start to finish. About halfway through the project, I had a long list of details that I wanted to discuss with them. I felt I was being a little too picky, but they said, "Please, we want to hear about everything - our goal is to build your dream pool". They addressed every last detail and indeed, we now have our dream pool that exceeded our expectations! They told us they would complete the pool in 6 to 8 weeks after they got the permit and all of our friends said it would never happen. Well, 6 weeks and 2 days after they started, we had water in the pool. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott personally came to the house time and time again even after the pool was completed to make sure the chemicals in the pool were at the right level, and stayed at the right level. After a month or so, there is a build up of sand in the skimmer area which makes putting the basket impossible. We requested assistance on this matter last February 25, 2021 via text and we were assured its a 20 minute job. Every week we were assured somebody will come to fix it and after a month - still nobody came. Our text messages are now ignored. This company will just hope to get your money and will not help you on something of their own doing. Bring your business elsewhere. NOT WORTH IT.

They would tell me that they will take care of it and never did. Attached are 2 photos of the Scum from my Hot Tub that Express Pools left me when they "supposedly" cleaned it. Who would pay for this kind of service??? Thankfully I found Jameson Pool Service on google search & they were out the day I called them! Yay! They were on everything like "white on rice"! Now that's what I call spectacular service! So once every week they are out to service my Hot Tub & Pool. They email me a rundown on what is going on w/ both which shows: Readings - Chemicals Added - Service Performed ALONG w/ a photo of both looking super sparkling clean! I could not be happier with JR Pavers. I am a little hesitant when it comes to spending good sized…read morechunks of money, so I actually got 7 estimates for my driveway and while JR Pavers were not the cheapest quote (although they were on the lower half of the scale), I knew right away they were the right company. Lindsay came out and walked me through my options, explained the process, and even modified a permit I already had with the city to grandfather me in for a wider driveway. The pavers are beautiful and of high quality. We remained flexible with our times and because of that they were able to squeeze us in between a couple of bigger jobs much sooner. They came out in the morning, and by the time I got home from work our new driveway was there! Had people over that night and they all ooohed and aaahed about how beautiful it was. I must reiterate, we had some really high quotes from some contractors that gave us a fraction of the personal attention. JR Pavers had a reasonable price with great product and customer service! Would hire them again in an instant!

I would NOT recommend JR Pavers! Biggest issue is just over a year (3 months over a year) the…read morepavers on the side driveway they installed have HUGE gaps and are spreading out. Called Lindsey and she came out and said she doesn't feel it was an installation issue and would give me a quote to fix it. I had two other pavers companies come out and they both said the job was not done correctly and were shocked they were not standing behind their work. We had other issues that annoyed us with during the work but let them go. Example - when removing old driveway/part of lawn they broke water line and we paid to fix it, had to call them to pick up mess left behind, they did not cement pavers down that hung over patio and if you stepped on a paver the whole paver would come up. They told us to buy a bag of cement. We went back and forth and finally my husband bought cement and did it. They showed up months later out of the blue with no notice to fix it only because they were giving my son a quote (luckily for my son he checked reviews and decided to go with another company). We spent about $15K on our driveways. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we have to pay someone to come fix what they didn't do correctly! Do your research and if they have bad reviews believe the bad reviews!
