Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

When I first came home to my pool, it looked as if it had been resurfaced-- the color of the water was vibrant. I had no idea that my pool was dirty until we changed to Bayside Pools- Greg uses his own extremely powerful vacuum which provides a deep clean we never experienced from the brushing that our former company did. I just can't say enough to recommend Greg Miller and Bayside Pools- incredibly professional and personable. Bayside Pools charges $10 more per month than our former company and we are getting so much more than that in return. I am not a person who writes reviews very often, if ever, but I am so delighted with this company that I felt compelled.

He proceeded to calling my property manager in retaliation, lying about my behavior and making it seem like the whole incident was on me being rude to him. The pool itself is supposed to be cleaned once a week but the worker he sends is systematically gone within less than 10 minutes and regularly leaves stuff at the bottom. I've also never seen them brush the pool walls or do any pump or filter maintenance. An independent pool inspector I contracted myself at some point told me the pool equipment was in bad shape, neglected and that this company is guilty of gross malpractice.
