Never misses an appointment, sends pics afterward, and has really helped us troubleshoot pool fixes whenever a potential equipment issue crops up. First impressions were good and then things slowly went downhill after that. Because my husband has been ill and I work out of state a lot we kind of let things slide until I started to see green slime and debris in the pool often after they had serviced it which is weekly. I understand our pool is old and we are currently getting bids on refurbishing the entire pool and deck but simple servicing should not be affected by the age of the pool. When the owner came out after a complaint he clearly said it needed to be shocked but why the guy who comes every week could not identify that and take care of it is beyond me. The weekly cleaning guy comes in and barely scrubs down the sides of the pool. We have a rather large pool and spa and it the whole brushing process takes him less than 2 minutes from start to finish. I have never seen him scrub the spa and have to continually ask him to do so every week. The vacuuming takes a little longer but not by much. Our pool is starting to have some chips and after he vacuums I can go right out and see the same chips that were there before he arrived. When he extends his pole for brushing he frequently hits the top of our screened in roof and I am afraid he will puncture it if not watched carefully. My husband had to speak to him twice as after he vacuums he takes the contents and umps them right outside our screened area where we walk and leaves a mess. That didn't happen more than twice as my husband got pretty mad. The whole cleaning process from start to finish never took more than 10-15 minutes. Recently we had an issue and the owner came over and did a brief servicing and cleaning of the filter which we were told when we hired them that this was an annual service. I can understand paying for any parts but not the service which we had been told was included but once a year only and this was once a year. He never charged us the first time so why he can say it was not included now is beyond me. The cost went up significantly this year and the service went down. Needless to say my husband cancelled our service today. I do not recommend this company to anyone who cares at all about the servicing of their pool. Although the owner is very responsive he rarely takes ownership for what has occurred or his employees. All I got told was he has never had anyone complain and this particular employee who has been with him for years. That is not listening to what the customer has to say at all. I have been in a senior leadership role in health care for many years and know what customer service is about and how critical it is to any good business. This company does not demonstrate that all. To say you have never had any complaints and then to find multiple online is kind of naïve as to what people are saying about your company, Find another pool service company that you can trust and puts you the customer first not this one at all!

We still deal with…read moreUNEVEN FOUNTAINS because they admitted to skimping out on plumbing and putting our deck jets on one plumbing line with one valve instead of 2, meaning the first fountain closest to the valve gets all the pressure and the second one is very noticeably lower in height because it gets less pressure. Our feet continue to get TORN UP in the pool because they sold us the pebble sheen but put in something MUCH COURSER which destroys everyone's feet. The bottom is SO SO ROUGH! Our concrete continues to be a huge issue and we will eventually have to have it redone or add a French drain because it is SO UNEVEN on one side that rain just sits and creates a complete mess! The roof they put in continues to leak like crazy as it did immediately after completion. People that come over to our home are appalled at the work of this company! I invite anyone and everyone over to see the complete CRAP work of this company! I am shocked they are still in business!

It's pollen season so pollen has entered the pool cage and into the bottom of the pool. So why was there pollen at the bottom of the pool after the cleaning? There's stains at the bottom of the pool from the pollen. As a "partner", why wouldn't Aquaserv offer a solution into this? Why does calcium still appear 3 months later after I was told it would take a few weeks to get the balance correct? This is enough for me to move on. While I would reach out to Bryan for these issues and others, he'd get back to me but not address other questions I asked him. There shouldn't be this much follow up when you hire a company to do their job.

I husband got an ear infection and had to go to the dr for meds and this was a result of ALLLLL THE CHEMICALS they constantly put in our pool. Bryan, the Dir of Ops came out a few times himself and admitted to us that they put too many phosphates in our pool and it damaged our filter so they replaced it. The rept they give you ea week shows our CYA levels at '100' and it should be at 30-50 ppm!!! Because it's so high is the reason we get a lot of algae. Their report from this week also says they put in 3 chlorine tabs in our floater, and we have the box of chlorine tabs avail for their use and ours and I checked the floater the day aft they were here and it was 'empty' so no tabs were in there as they indicated on the report!!! Bryan cancelled our svc this week and blamed us for the condition of our pool water! What a joke!!!!! He said we turn off our jets 'regularly on the weekends' which is NOT true. Our svc in on Tuesdays and Bryan 'rarely' had to come to our home on a weekend!!!! So to say this is ridiculous. I told him that because we have a 'revolving door' of technicians and that they are the ones who set the timer for the jets, that when (which is rare) he is here on a weekend, if he comes early and the jets are not on is because his tech did not set the timer properly. I told him often, on any day, at 9:30 am the jets are still not on so I turn them on manually and they eventually go off on their own later in the eve and the next day I begin the same process of having to turn them on manually. Bryan also blamed our dog for being in the pool and creating the condtiion of our pool. Again, bullshit!! Our dog is a small 12 lb dog and is rarely in the pool. He goes about 4 feet in and then is directed to the stairs to exit. He only goes in the pool when my husband is in the pool. I don't go in the pool, rarely and my husband only once in a while. We were also told by our tech that there is constantly stuff floating n the air like pollen that does this to the pool. Not true. We have neighbors and their pool is perfect so the stuff in the air is not hurting their pool. Aqua, accept the blame for what you did to our pool and know that the review I am writing is one of many reviews of its kind written by others about your company.
