You couldn't even tell they were here when the job was done! I didn't have extra tiles and they made sure we used the ones I had. I'm so impressed by this company! The technician, John, called as the company stated by 8:00a.m. and gave us an approximate time - he arrived on time. Just want to say he did a great job looking at the pool and letting us know what he found out. John was very informative and clear on the issue he found and what he could do/ recommend to be done. We may need to replace an area around our skimmer and we will definitely use Florida Leak Locators if/ when we have to move forward with the repair. Hopefully it can be John doing the work. We would highly recommend your company and thank you again. read more

We have had a pool leak for several years costing us a lot of money in extra water use. We had 2 other pool companies come in and had said they fixed the leak which was not true. Finally Florida Leak Locators came last week and found and fixed the leak. The tech, Steve was professional, hard working and very competent. The price was fair and work done quickly. After many months of adding water to our leaking pool, I finally bit the bullet. Quite frankly it would have been less expensive if I just fixed the leak when I noticed it. Guess I like procrastinating. Anyway, the guys that came to the house were friendly, and professional. Let me know what they were doing every step of the way. Bottom line, the leak was found and fixed in about an hour. They obviously knew what they were doing, and did it well. I'd certainly recommend Florida Leak Locators to anyone in a similar situation. As an aside, the woman that answered the phone to set up the appointment couldn't have been nicer, and more professional. She asked all the right questions, and got me set up quickly. It says something good about a company, that has the first customer connection done by someone so helpful, professional, and pleasant. Don't hesitate to use this company. You will be pleasantly surprised that there are still companies that provide excellent customer service, and get the job done. read more

These people are awesome and will be the only ones I ever use if I ever suspect a leak in my pool again. They are reasonably priced, quick, professional, and very informative. Highly recommend them. read more

I had Red Rhino come out to check for a pool leak and they charged $350, about average. During the gentleman Forrest's leak detection, he gave me a price to fix it, then 10 minutes later added a $1000 to that price, then 15 minutes later (while he is still checking for leak this whole time) gave me another price which was $1000 more. Then, when he finished, he gave me one last price of $4500 to fix it. Usually, one does his work and gives the estimate. Very unprofessional. Then I called Florida Leak Locators. They checked again for $300, found the problem in about an hr., VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL & I could tell Pat the technician knew what he was doing and he gave me 2 options, I settled on the full fix for $1300!! More than $3000 less. A wonderful professional company. Don't fall for Red Rhine, call the real professionals at Florida Leak Locators. I am so glad I did. From the first phone call, I could tell by his response I would be in good hands. read more

I'm not one who usually leaves reviews but Florida Leak Locators was excellent. I was ready to have to pay big bucks for my pool leak but was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable pricing (under $500). Matt did a thorough job of checking all possible areas and quickly found a leak in the spa drain. He even repaired a couple of areas that he felt might be a problem in the future. I highly recommend them. read more

They found the leak other could not in our pool/spa. Nice staff would highly recommend them to anyone.

This guy was awesome ! Yes the bill was expensive but hey at this point as long as it's fixed I should t have any issues & it has 2 years warranty. He's professional and don't waste your time letting your pool service trying to figure it out . FL locators fix it accordingly. It will save you money in long run from my experience. My pool water leveler was never properly installed back in 2005 so I contacted Florida Leak Locaters who quoted me a price and I accepted. The tech arrived on time, worked diligently to set the auto level pvc pipe to keep the pool at a desired level and was very determined to get it just right. One could tell the tech was not only caring, but knowledgeable about fixing the issue. Very happy with this company. Thanks read more

Our skimmer box was installed in the 60's and has been leaking for years. We finally had Florida Leak Locators replace it. It was a huge job, but they sent an absolutely fabulous technician, Will, out to fix it. Will dug out all the old concrete, replaced the box and all the cracked joints, refilled the concrete and replaced the pavers for us. It is such a relief to know we won't be paying for patch jobs that won't hold or refilling the pool constantly. Will was super professional, hard working, honest and polite. We felt the quote was more than fair for the amount of work involved and are totally happy with the quality service received. Great job! We're glad we called Florida Leak Locators to do it and Will gets 10 stars in our review! read more

Started out great with an easy scheduling and prompt call back. Did great work back in September 2017. When a crack showed up again, they stuck to their 1 year warranty contract. Very nice and friendly. read more

Had a leak in our pool raising our water bill to double what it should have been as we tried to keep the water level to where it needed to be. I wish I had called Florida Leak Locators sooner, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't simply extra evaporation due to our drier winters. The tech was great and fixed the leak on the first trip out. It turned out to be in our main drain, so he had to get in the pool to fix it. He thanked me profusely for having heated the pool. It may be Florida, but it's still winter so it was the least I could do. read more

They do not honor their "guaranty". Hired them to locate and fix a pool leak. They were unsuccessful. I requested a return visit. After waiting several weeks, they sent the same tech who could not fix the leak. I requested that they send another tech. They ignored my request and then claimed that I was outside their 35 day guaranty. I requested a refund, and they refused. I hired Red Rhino. Red Rhino found multiple leaks and fixed the problem. FL Leak Locators (Palm Beach \ Broward) failed to identify the leak, failed to fix the leak, failed to honor their "guaranty" and failed overall. Note that they do not have Google reviews. Avoid this company. read more

These folks are fantastic. We now have our pool leak free. They know what to look for and their professional manner incredible. They are fast, reliable and quick. They solved our problem in about a half hour. We had leaking tiles and they found all the leaks and fixed them in a half hour. Their pricing is fair. Unlike other leak detection companies they don't resort to things like bate and switch. read more

When our pool seemed to be losing more water than could be attributed to evaporation, our pool maintenance guy advised us to call Florida Leak Locators. They came quickly, spent at least a couple of hours evaluating our pool from top to bottom, and determined that there was some separation in the skimmer area. They repaired the skimmer, and everything seem to be fine after that. However, after about a month and a half the water levels seem to be receding a little fast, so we called them back to do an evaluation. To this point, we had had a good experience. The man they sent out for the follow up, however, seemed to walk in with a chip on his shoulder. As I explained what I thought was happening, Sean kept interrupting me. I got the feeling that he had determined ahead of time that I was a dumb female who didn't know what she was talking about. This was not a good experience, so what could've been a five star review is now four, just because of Sean the rude technician. read more

I am so incredibly thankful for Florida Leak Locators! They were so professional, easy to work with and affordable. I initially had another company come out to provide a quote on repairing a jet line and return line in my spa, but their quote was outrageous and I didn't feel comfortable with them. Florida Leak Locators scheduled me for a professional leak detection and they actually found a leak in my pool in addition to the spa issues. They are so amazing because any same day leak repair is included in the price of the leak detection! They gave me a very reasonable price to repair the spa and came out the next week. Everyone I worked with/talked to was so professional and made the process really easy. They call you in the morning so you know when someone is coming out, they give you the name of the person that will be on your property and they let you know when they're finished. It was easy to pay online or call in with payment after the job was done. I have been so frustrated trying to figure out how I was going to get this repaired and so thankful I finally found this company to take care of it. read more

We called Florida leak detectors for our jet in our inground pool and Mike and Katie were awesome from the time we made the appointment to the written estimate and on-time service and the A-plus repair.....this is the second time we have used this company and both times we have had phenomenal service and they are very reasonable, on time and fair and I highly highly recommend this company read more

Very professional from start to finish! Scheduling was a breeze and they showed up on time. The problem was found fairly quickly but they continued with a complete and thorough investigation for other possible leaks. Would most definitely recommend them. read more

We were losing about four inches of water a week and I finally got sick of constantly having to put more water in the pool so I gave them a call. The appointment was easy to set up and they were very thorough in explaining the process and fee before hand. The two guys that came out to work on the pool were very nice and did a thorough job. They found three small leaks and were able to fix all three the same day. We haven't had any issues since and the only mistake I made is not calling them sooner! Definitely recommend these guys! read more

I am very pleased with this company. They called back the first business day, set up an appointment and were on time and quickly found the leaks and repaired them. All in less than an hour. I thought, with as much water as I was losing, the work would be really expensive. Not, the fixes were minor and were covered under the price of the service call. Wish everyone I dealt with were as good. read more

Kept appointment time and did a great job patching leak. Our pool light was not working around the same time and they even sent a guy out to help with that at no extra cost. Highly recommend. read more

Had a significant leak about 3/4" to 1" a day. Was honestly terrified to call someone thinking the issue could be very costly to fix. Florida Leak Locators were extremely nice and easy to schedule. Shaun called is first thing in the morning to let us know he would be there in an hour. Took a thorough look at the pool and kept us up to date with his findings as he went. Including the fact that it was not our skimmer or any of our pipes (whew). Once he went into the pool he located our leak in our pool light. It was a lug nut that had been sucked through, leaving a quarter size hole. He was able to fix it with epoxy and it was covered in our $295 fee! It has been a few days now and we are not losing water! We could not be more pleased with this experience, it is a HUGE weight off of our shoulders. Thank you! read more

This company is run like a Swiss train. From the moment you call them to the final repair bill, all expectations are exceeded. Technicians call and arrive on time, repairs are expertly performed and in this instance pavers had to be removed. Pool deck looks like it never even happened. read more

I highly recommend Florida Leak Locators. I recently purchased a home with a pool having moved into the area from several states away. The pool was not well maintained by the previous owners and it was leaking. Since I'm new to the area I went online in hopes of finding a good, professional company to address my leaky pool. I found Florida Leak Locators and read through the many positive reviews posted by previous customers. I called to schedule an appointment with them the day before Christmas. Although they were closed, someone was in the office and called me right back to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out within 48 hours after Christmas. The two technicians that came out were amazing. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional and made me feel confident that the leaks would be identified which they were. One of the technicians called and set up an appointment for me for the leaks to be permanently fixed. They will be coming out to permanently fix the leaks within a few days. The technicians were also kind enough to answer several questions I had about the pool equipment. I also thought that for the work their pricing was reasonable and fair. I hope I'm done with leaky pools but if I have a problem I would not hesitate using Florida Leak Locators again. read more

By far the worst service that one could ask for. They say that they guarantee their work, however when I called back I was told that I would be charged again! For $300+ customer service should be included. What a sham. read more

Florida Leak Locators did a great job locating the leak in our pool and fixing it - pronto! They are wonderful, professional, highly recommended! read more

had technician TR come out in July, 2018 to find a leak in my inground fiberglass pool. He spent about 15 minutes there. He put some dye near all of the return fittings and told me that both of my 1023 fittings are bad and he recommended replacing them. He quote me $1800 for them too do the work. The charge for this inspection was $295. He never left the inside of the lanai area, never checked the pump area, never checked around the pool or in the yard where I told him the yard was flooding from the pool leak. He never went inside the pool and checked for leaks as i was told he would do by the girl that answers the phone in the office. I was also told that he would use some sonic testing equipment to test "ALL" of the plumbing underground and around the pool area for leaks which he did not do any of it. I asked about some approx. of costs of repair. First she told me that many times it is the main drain in fiberglass pools and that they will just plug the main drain plumbing since I don't need a main drain. And that repair will be included in the $295. She also mentioned that if a return needs to be replaced it will run approx. $800. So my main problem is that they lied to me and tried to charge me for repairing a fitting that I also did not need. I called a few other places to get another opinion and was told that the leak was in the fitting that was used to vacuum the pool. He then told me that if I really wanted it repaired he can do it for $600 but he did not see why I would want to fix it since I do not really need it. He said I can vacuum the pool using the suction line from the skimmer. He then said that many pools don't even have a separate fitting for just a vacuum. He fixed it in about 2 minutes with a $6.00 plug that he inserted in the vacuum line. Since he fixed it I have never had to add water to it and it's been almost 60 days. I would never recommend this company to anyone........ BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

From start to finish, our experience was awesome. Their quote was lower than other companies we called, their customer service was outstanding, and they fixed 5 separate leaks in my pool all as part of the cost of the assessment. After the job was done, they made recommendations for preventing future leaks and offered to recommend some resurfacing companies when we are ready. I was very satisfied with my experience! read more
