I reached out to a few businesses, some no reply and some with very vague information. Ryan quickly replied and was professional, knowledgeable and hospitable. I provided pictures of what the pool currently looked like and he made suggestions with clear communication. I didn't feel pressured, he didn't try to suggest outlandish expensive service quotes and that was really comforting and refreshing. Fast forward, we made an appointment, he came out and diagnosed our green pool and literally within the first treatment it was like night and day. First photo was before treatment and second is from after 1 treatment. Obviously we decided to hire him as our dedicated pool service provider. It's such a convenience to never have to worry about your pool. It's such a breath of fresh air to never worry about when the last time your pool was serviced or if the pool guy came or not. We get serviced once a week with no disruption to our daily life whatsoever. Ryan is dependable, professional and provides excellent communication. Would definitely recommend!

Once that was determined, they were able to obtain and replace parts in one week (today). My only suggestion would be to have some sort of follow-up system in place for situations like this.
