Jeff was great. The work he did was outstanding and he had the best price. He also finished the job before other companies even said they could start. Jeff really cared. He is very responsive and available. He stayed on top of everything to be make sure we were happy. Even when the job was done he has stayed in touch to see if all is good. I called Jeffs Pool in August. He came to the house and charged me $175 for a month's service and a start up fee. He showed up for 5 minutes one other time and didn't see him until October. He told me I needed a pool timer and pump. He said he had the timer and would install one. He cut my timer out and put it in the ground. Then he pulled the wiring out also. He told me my pool was green both times. First time it was crystal clear. Second time there was some algae growing since he hadn't checked the pool in two months. When he left he billed me another $185. That's $360 for three visits. I'm a recent widow and he basically stole $360 from me. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm not even sure how he has such high ratings. I contacted him on Tues and told me he be by on Thurs, calls Thurs morning and told he be there that afternoon, didn't show up. Called him again on Friday, said he would be there that afternoon, never showed up, no phone call, nothing. Terrible customer service and a waste of time. read more

The pool surface and work completed was absolutely amazing. They were clean and precise. we are glad we found them to do our resurface work.

please dont fall for his spiel. He says his company is this grade A service but he doesn't control his employes and defiantly doesn't take responsibility for them. One of his employes put so much chlorine in my pool the diamond bright started to come up. He didn't care at all he wanted was his money. Way over priced also, he trys to tell you thats the normal price, don't believe it. Our pool was in bad shape because we stopped service with our previous pool cleaner guy so we called Jeff and he was friendly and efficient. Our pool looks good and his monthly service is very reasonable. We are set up for monthly service because we feel he will be the best fit to clean our pool going forward. I was shopping around for repairs on my pool (pump, filter, and salt generator) and found Jeff. I called to get a quote and he came by the same day. Later that night I had a VERY comparable quote to some of his competitors. He was by only a few days later to do all of the repairs. The reason why I decided to go with Jeff was his expertise, fairness, and quality of work. The equipment he put in is top notch! Very high quality. He took the time to explain everything and go over any questions I had. It's hard to find someone like Jeff nowadays. Most unprofessional person and company I have ever dealt with. I spoke with the owner yesterday during my break (10:30am), and stated he was at my house and that it would cost $235 to clean my (10,000 gallon) pool (Which i thought it was costly but just wanted to get it done) I agreed to the cost, he told me he had the hose running into my pool at a slow running pace and that he would call me back around the afternoon. Important fact is that I have already been maintaining my pool and since I did not have a vacuum I needed just a start clean up. Long story short, he has my hose running into my pool. I get home from work around 6, later that evening around 9pm, my 7 year old tells me she hears water running outside. It turns out not only did he leave water running in my pool for close to 12 hours but he never even called me. On top of it, he put the hose onto the wrong water pipe that didnt have a know (even though I specified over the phone where he had access to the correct one on the side of my house). I was up late, trying to figure out how to shut the water off as my pool water was running up close to overflowing the poool. I'm not sure if he had it running already or really didnt listen to what I was saying. Needless to say, my children wanted to get into the pool today and I had to explain how this jerk screwed me on top of it, im going to have a high water bill that he should be responsible for. I am going to see if I can report this to the better business bureau. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism with a company in my 39 years of living. Be conscientious with this guy, if you decide to use him as far as pricing and getting the work done. read more
