Pool and Patio is great, they are my go-to for pool needs. and have been for over 3 years. I find their prices competitive, and they are happy to answer any questions I have. They test the water and give you very detailed instructions on getting your pool back in balance. I have had them install a pool heater/cooler and a new pool pump after my old one died. they got the pool pump replaced and fully operational within two business days. for past 4 months I have had issues with the office staff .. Brandon my pool guy is wonderful ..but when the send out someone other then him they always mess up my pool and this last time when I complained how he completely ignored what I had asked him and turned off my pool. then broke my vacuum and was bringing his back after I had just told him don't touch anything until I get back there to explain how my pool works and it's particular lil things you have to know before servicing it. then after complaining they raised my rate 100.00 a month even tho I supply my own chlorine tablets. stating they were using more chemicals and that's totality untrue .. one bottle of chlorine is normal and they are using my chlorine tablets! read more

Dishonest business that takes advantage of hard working people... trusted their "good word" and they just took our money.... when confronted they told my Fiancé to "f$ck off" and never answered the phone again. A woman with a delightful British accent called from there and left a detailed message for a Jim about a pump and motor. It was a wrong number. No problem! But I thought Jim might become angry with them for not calling, so I decided to be a good egg and let them know they reached the wrong party. The lady with the accent slammed the phone down on me mid-sentence! I was trying to be nice and that's how they treated me. We have had nothing but great service from POOL and PATIO winter haven. We bought a Clarity spa last year and just this week we had our pool refurbished (tiled) and the team Bob and Graham did a great job. It is gorgeous now. I had this guy (the owner) come out to find a leak in my pool. I was losing 1 inch of water per day. He said he found the leak and fixed it. He then charged me $110.00. Today I'm still losing 1 inch of water. I called him and ask for a refund. He told me I should have hired a professional to come find the leak. Also told me to F%%k off. I feel like I just got scammed out of $110.00 and will need to call a professional like the owner said. Don't waste your money like I did. read more

I saw someone posted a really negative review and I must say, someone woke up on the wrong side of something. Our experiences have been the opposite of the folks who had their issues.... okay, leaving that alone.... My family has enjoyed great products and service from the Pool and Patio folks. We find them honest, knowledgeable, and willing to solve problems. We had them resurface our pool and replace our pump a few years ago and everything was super well done. Graham and Bob took pride in their work as if it was their own pool! I have asked them to check on things I couldn't figure out and they were willing to troubleshoot the issue in an effort to save us money and time. I trust all of the folks at Pool and Patio. Their products are quality. Sure, you can buy online or at the big box store, but we rely on the quality and service from Pool and Patio. My wife and I refer them every chance we get. read more

Pool and Patio Center does not have a clue about customer service, we ordered a replacement hot tub cover. To insure proper fit we brought in the old cover, Pool and Patio measured the top to insure exact fit including the strap locations. We were insured the cover would fit and the straps would be in the same location as the original because we were concerned about the hold down strap locations. Today we picked up the cover, to our dismay none of the straps were located correctly and the cover did not fit properly. When we called to explain our issues we were told "Sometimes you have to make adjustments". Corrective measure would require major refitting of the cover as well as relocating the hold down clips on the hot tub resulting in unsightly holes from the old clips. And to make matters worse, Pool and Patio wanted to charge me for sending the cover back!! I would NEVER use Pool and Patio Center again and would discourage my friends and neighbors from doing so as well. William C. Livoti read more

Great job. Pool pump motor failed, they had the replacement motor reinstalled to the pump and ready for me to pick up within a couple of hours. Price was reasonable, since it would have taken me days to order, receive and remount. read more
