Called Pool Works again to resurface the pool. First, they saved me a bundle by not replacing the tile ring. I did not know that could be done, but they said the tile was fine. So the job was much less expensive. As far as the pool surface, it looks great and was finished well. They replaced all the fixtures. Getting the house ready to sell and they nailed it. Looks fantastic. They coordinated with the guy who refinished the deck and that looks really good as well. read more

Family owned and operated. Has an answer to any question in regards to pool service and water treatment. Not a chain which is a plus as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Its being in out going battle with this company DO NOT PAY THEM A FULL YEAR IF THEY OFFER A DISCOUNT... for the first 6 whe summer started it we notice small spots of algae has been building up on the walls of pool, i called and left Numerous of massages with the Receptions, now if she pass the messages to proper department its a Mystery, the first time i send pictures to the owner with algae in the wall of the pool, finally the service manager call me that they were having there teck come back to address the issues, the teck apologizes and said sorry he did not have the long pole brush with him... this algae was building for 3 weeks so for 3 weeks he did not have the long pole brush. It wasn't until we decide to swim in our pool that we notice it. Issue happening . again 8/12 call to speak with service left a message with The receptionist its 8/15 no call back until i email the owner and there website that i received a email... Woa Im blow away Still no one call me back the owner just send me a email that they were issuing a refund no apologies at all and did not have the courtesy to call me and he just hide under a email and no apologize i had to call him and ask him y a paying customer has to be chasing them to provided us with the services we have pay for it... they have the worst customer service and worst Pool Company in polk County read more

The serviceman attempted to let himself in through the back door of our home uninvited and we were not aware of him being there. This made us very uncomfortable and we called the company to complain. We never heard back from the management, no apology, and they sent the same person back to our home. I do not recommend this company and will be making an additional complaint to our property management company. read more
