We got the hot chocolate with a slice of pumpkin and carrot cake. We got two extra slices to go, and unfortunately, they placed them in a paper bag WITH NO protection from moisture leak. So after 20 minutes, the slices are leaking badly through the paper bag and staining the clothing of my friend, who was holding the bag in his lap. It's seriously bad that they didn't think about this and properly wrap the slices in multiple paper towels and close the bag properly. Another issue is that we took the original slices of bread to a table, but they didn't offer any plates. The guy said they don't carry any and nothing more, not even thinking that he could ask the cafe worker 20 feet away from their station for some plates for us. I had to make contact with the worker to get us the plates. While the food & drinks were good, these slip-ups caused their rating to go down to 3 stars. We'll probably come back again, and hopefully they'll have learned a valuable lesson.

Oatmilk Something fancy and blended up was also really good. VEGAN OPTIONS Vegan cookie (PCT) was soft and not too sweet. Perfect small breakfast pick-up. Vegan hummingbird Square cake was DELICIOUS and GLUTEN FREE. Did not have the gummy gluten free texture you'd think of for something so tall and dense. There were only 2 vegan food options today, but both were a success. STICKER! We didn't get into any of the souvenir shops, but this place had a selection of stickers for sale. MAYOR! I was not disappointed. That might've been the best burger I've had. There's a jalepeno jam on the burger that really brought the flavor together. They were generous with the guacamole as well. Their beers were refreshing and good. I got the IPA. I was here celebrating my birthday weekend and they gave complimentary vanilla ice cream. I wish I got our servers name because she was so sweet and attentive. She had the cutest cat glasses.
