We usually visit the Wexford location for breakfast and recently found out the Beaver location had dinner so we had to try it. Food was good and so was the service. My only complaint is they didn't even have ranch dressing which we wanted for chicken. I thought that was the weirdest thing not to have while serving dinner!! read more

The place was packed, the tables too close together, little pricey too. The ventilation is terrible! I came out of there with my clothes, hair, everything smelling like I've been in a grease pit. I couldn't go anywhere afterwards except home to take a shower and wash my clothes. Not worth it! read more

Our favorite breakfast restaurant. My wife is hooked on the Funky Monkey. I am an omelet fanatic. The omelets are three eggs. You can add all of the usual - bacon, mushrooms, sausage, feta. Using nowait is a must on summer mornings. read more

Best. Breakfast. Ever. This is our favorite place to go for breakfast. Excellent service. The staff are so friendly. The coffee is amazing! I would stop just for coffee if we lived closer. Very family friendly! read more

Excellent Food! Long wait for the food, thats the only reason I didnt give it a 5 but it was worth the wait!

Waffles good, not food network show good, However price is absolutely insane ordered one vegan waffle with espresso dust and blueberries inside maple syrup, total with coffee $17.00! place was very busy so it was very noisy not very appealing decor again for the price ( nothing special inside), way too expensive not going back again! read more

Interesting place. Modern layout. The kitchen is kinda part of the dining room which isn't a positive thing in my opinion. The food is unique but pricey. We visited more often before they moved locations. One of my biggest complaints is a weird one but prepare to wash every item you wear, you will leave smelling like grease... hence the open kitchen design. Quite frankly I avoid it simply bc I get tired of washing my coat or going other places and smelling. Yuck. read more

The food was really good but the restaurant was so hot that it was uncomfortable to be there. They have a huge menu selection but is slightly over priced. I would go back for the food but won't go back due to the temperature. read more

I love the concept, and their waffles are great. I love that you can do sweet or savory, and that their toppings are always fresh and yummy. Their syrup trio is also outstanding. I'm subtracting a star for the prices. I do not think a waffle needs to cost $9-10. read more

I got the sausage gravy waffles and it was so good it almost made up for the fact that they gave our table away and made us wait another 30 minutes read more

do you want to pay $15.00 for a waffle? if you do, go here. i mean how can you mess up a waffle? you can get a waffle anywhere for like 7 bucks on the high end. no great atmosphere. not impressed. average service and overpriced 15 buck waffle deserves an average and overpriced 3 star score. read more

Did not like. Much ado about nothing. $9 for 2 waffles and little fluff? No thanks. Will never go back!

The waffle was great, flavorful and light. The toppings were simple -raw apple and chopped pecan. I had to send the bacon back (I asked for crispy). I also asked for syrup, which I never got. It was good without it. This is a small town diner, so the service was hit or miss. I had to wave some one down, even when it wasn't busy, they aren't scanning the room as they walk thru (woth their heads down). But the waffle....fantastic. read more

A wonderful place! Great service. Have order many different items over various visits and everything has been exceptional

Came back to Beaver for a family reunion and was told about Waffles Incaffeinated. Had an absolutely fantastic breakfast. Got the Benny. Their version of Eggs Benedict . Had a poached egg with ham over half a waffle slathered in Hollandaise sauce and topped with crab meat. Highly recommend. read more

This is my favorite breakfast spot! And NOW... even for dinner! The dinner menu isn't huge, but all day breakfast and the best 'jefe' burger oh and the chicken salad sandwich! The food is consistently good, never disappoint and the home fries are worth the drive! read more

First time visitors today and exceeded our expectations! Great service for how busy they were and the food quality was great and well worth the prices. Went for a Sunday brunch and even with a crowd it was great. It was as quite loud inside but I'm sure Sunday brunch is their prime time. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try something new in the Pittsburgh area. read more

Delicious food. Average service. Bad potatoes. Good coffee. Bad restrooms. Nice restaurant. Minimal space. Final grade: B

Had breakfast with my daughter today. This was our first visit. There was no wait, may have been the cold weather. The service was prompt and the coffee and Chai Latte was very good. The waffles were middle of the road. My daughter's very Berry, was loaded with Blue Berries unfortunately they were extremely tart. I had the Chicken and Waffles, the Chicken was very thickly breaded and the waffle was very thin. I had to cover the dish with their bourbon maple syrup for any flavor. Many customers seemed to be enjoying their food..we will give it another try. Any chance to hang out with my daughter is time well spent.. read more

Phoned in my order, very polite and professional. Arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, owner greeted me and said someone would help me. Two waitresses one half wearing a face mask, the person had her mask under her chin. Two workers in the kitchen area one wear his mask covering his nose and mouth the other kinda half heartedly using his mask to cover his mouth and constantly talking. The owner put his mask on only after speaking with me and seeing me wearing my mask. Masks are to be worn to protect those we come in contact with, and only work when worn correctly. Disappointed with covin-19 transmission prevention at this establishment. read more

This place has great food and a cute atmosphere. The potatoes are absolutely, hands down, the best I've ever had. And, I live in Idaho. They are a perfectly seasoned mix of purple, sweet, and russet cut into cubes and magically transformed into home fries. I mentioned to our waitress that I have a severe walnut allergy after noticing some of the items on the menu contained walnuts. I was happy to see the allergy printed on the order ticket that was handed to the chef. So many times I've heard waitresses simply verbally tell the chef of the allergy. Which scares the sh!t out of me, because we have all experienced forgetting. They have a build your own option, which was awesome. Gluten free options, if that is something you need. House made syrups, chicken and waffles... They were completely willing to cater to my requests. Between my modifications and allergies, I'm completely satisfied and even impressed. My only complaints are that, the place is small so there is often a wait OUTSIDE, they close around 2pm (which sucks because I would eat their breakfast for every meal), I don't have a stomach large enough to support their portions, and everything looks, sounds, and IS so delicious that I truly have a difficult time choosing what to order. read more

Food is always delicious! My only complaint is the smell inside of the restaurant. I always try to sit outside but if I sit inside, I know as soon as I leave I have to go home and shower. It smells like you have been dipped straight into the deep fryer. read more

Giving 4 stars, cause there's always a wait... But that's not always a bad thing. The coffee is good, and the menu has great options for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. read more

Let me start off by saying this, whoever the chef is that thinks out and designs this menu is doing an excellent job. The food is tasty, whimsical, thoughtful and well presented. I am sure that is why the vibe and buzz about this place makes it such a popular destination for local young people. That being said, our experience was very much less than desirable... Upon our 10am arrival and a Good Friday morning (not exactly peak time for breakfast/brunch in the City of Pittsburgh) we were greeted by a line of patrons culminating in parties waiting on the sidewalk outside of the door. I approached the host and was asked for my info and cell phone number to place my reservation. Within a few minutes I did receive a text as promised but rather than being proprietary, it contained a link asking me to download an app to my phone to see the wait status. I am ok with that concept as I currently have an up-to-date phone with plenty of room to download apps but I know that is not always the case and that many will either not be able to do so or will not know HOW to so because, well, it's Pittsburgh... We received our message telling us our table is ready after about 35 mins. Upon approaching the host again, their were several employees still involved with seating other patrons. We didn't quite understand why we were beckoned from the comfort of our car if they were not exactly ready for us (what's the point of this system exactly?) however, we were ultimately seated at our table. After a bit too long our server came to take our drink order and the wait began. We waited quite some time again before our server was able to come and take our orders; he seemed to be having to bus his own table (a big no no for any busy city breakfast spot) and was palpably busy if not a bit overwhelmed with by the volume of guests. We noticed only 3 servers on staff and the manager was playing host, expediter and manager all at the same time but clearly "too little butter stretched over too much toast". We waited an excruciatingly long amount of time for our 3 simple entrees with no modifications. As we sat there we noticed a general lack of food coming out of the kitchen, (later I would discover that the manager needed to go back on the line to expedite...) when our food did arrive, I immediately noticed the time crust outer layer on the food and that the plate was hot to the touch. As foodies know this means that the food has been sitting and dying under a food warmer; this happens either because the ticket was not executed properly or because service is picking it up from the window in a timely manner. Putting my 1st forkful in my my mouth I was happily surprised to find that it was delicious and VERY flavorful and presentation was certainly engaging for a breakfast entree as was the generous and delectable vanilla honey drizzled ice ream that was served along side my savory waffles as a palate cleanser and sweet cooler to the semi spicy dish I ordered. The only problem was the temperature. The food was just barely look warm; the waffles them selves seemed like they had seen a good 10-15 minutes since the waffle iron. And the dish just lacked the satisfaction of a warm plate of freshly cooked food. In one sentence our food (the ticket) had "died in the window" and it was cold. My wife's eggs were mix bag; one egg was nearly hard boiled as opposed to being poached while the other appeared to once have been cooked correctly but it too had become gelatinous by the wait time under the food warmer. As ravishingly hungry as we were at this point, I made a point of finding the manager/host/expediter (who needed to be pulled from the kitchen btw) and discussing the situation with him. Ultimately our entire check was comp'ed (a nice gesture but I would have happily paid at least some of the ticket) but I would MUCH rather have had the opportunity to actually enjoy the delicious food in it's original, hot, fresh state as opposed to having a free cold breakfast. I can pretty positively say that we will NOT be back to Waffles INCaffeinated again any time soon. I believe had the manager been able to (i.e. had the time) to speak with us on the way out he would have apologized for the experience; that being said, a place as popular and as busy as this, can certainly afford to hire more staff to deal with these issues. Their need to be more servers and at least one more person in the kitchen expediting and a greeter (perhaps a server-in-training) so that the Manager can actually, manage. For Waffles INC., it's a: "Close but (definitely) no Cigar" for me. read more

Loveeee Waffles Inc. Best waffles around. Friendly staff at each location. No problems ever whenever I go (: great lattes as well

Eh. Nothing special here. The inside atmosphere is awful. Very stale and bland. The food is ok but the atmosphere just ruins it for me. There are better options in the area that you should go to before you come here. read more

I went here with a friend for breakfast and I like the fact that you can choose from a variety of different toppings and options but I think the price was slightly high for what you're getting and the wait was ridiculous...they could definitely use a bigger location. All in all it was good food though and I would definitely go back again. read more

Excellent food, I just wish that the restaurant could accommodate more people! It is very small inside and wait times on the weekends can get crazy! You can use the no wait app to reserve a table ahead of time, but I almost always forget to do this until I am already there. My favorite waffle is the Funky Monkey and I love trying all of their seasonal specials! The staff is awesome as well! read more

How is it that's it's taken me four visits to get in a review of one of the best breakfast spots in Beaver County? The food is so good! The waffles? Big, fluffy, and that right balance of light crispness on the outside without being too crunchy all over. My favorite is the chicken & waffles with any one of their many syrups. I've done the MTO with pecans too, and it was excellent. I mean, they *have to* get the waffles right, but then their omelettes, breakfast potatoes, and other sides are delicious too! Just be prepared for either a lengthy wait, or get in on the No Wait app, because it's a small restaurant and it's only open for brunching hours. read more

Great food that is an appropriate portion. You leave feeling feed but good enough to walk around town and enjoy the shops.

The food was good. The waitress didn't offer us syrup for our waffles. And the price for only 3 slices of bacon as a side was a little expensive. read more

My husband and I are from an area of the country known for food. Finding good food in Western PA was and still is Very Difficult. It took us near 12 months living here to find Waffles Inc and I'm so glad we did. We love all the flavors, the outside the box thinking abt food, the create ur own waffles, our kids finish their places every time. This place is super busy 90% of the time of the weekends so download the No Wait app and put urself on line early. U won't be disappointed. read more

Waffles INC is a place you really have to take the good and bad with. Much like many places in downtown Beaver that have inflated reputations and that people clamor about, Waffles INC is not quite as good as its made out to be typically (see Mario's). I will happily say that out of all of my visits (4 total), this last Sunday was the first time that the food impressed me with how good it was. The Breakfast Magic was in fact borderline magical. Id suggest adding feta on top! The roasted tomatoes I ordered on the side, as Im a huge fan of them in general were tasty. The potatoes (which were cold and unseasoned at my last visit) were just right; crispy, seasoned, and flavorful. Everyone at my table really enjoyed their food as well. A few problems with the place: The BIGGEST is inconsistency. 2 visits ago our service was horrible. There was a hair in my food and it was never addressed. I was not apologized to nor spoken to by the manager. I waited for replacement food while everyone else finished their meals. The waitress was just bad. I do have to say that when I emailed ownership about the experience they were pleasant, quick to investigate, and handled the problem to make it right. That impressed me. Service at this last visit was fantastic and out waitress didnt miss a beat. Food has been very hit or miss in the past with some items just coming off tasting like generic breakfast items. Other times you can't wait to finish your bite and get to the next. Another issue is seating. When Waffles INC moved from their cramped space in New Brighton I thought their seating issues would be solved, however you are always seated virtually on top of other tables which is not comfortable when you have a large party especially. The food is fair in price for most items, but I find their make your own omelettes to be overpriced. This is unfortunate, as they are delicious. Charging 1-2 dollars for every add in or topping including a sprig of basil, a drizzle of balsamic, or a single slice of tomato is a little ludicrous. You dont even get the first few free. Id suggest a revamp of their pricing system with this. Overall with Waffles INC, you can expect a very good breakfast. Prices will be affordable as long as you watch out for the prices of the build your own omelette (how it i inflates is truly breakfast magic ha). I truly enjoy their food and am willing to overlook occasional services blunders that need to be worked out to have it. Dont expect a perfect experience, but its the most creative and tasty breakfast spot I've found in the area so far. read more

This is the best breakfast restaurant around. There is a long wait on weekends. But what do you expect when the food is good and the service is great!! Will keep on coming back!! Never disappointed! I will say the new wait for seating is complicated other than that no complaints. The waitresses are so friendly they run around crazy! read more

The food is great but the staff is rude. They stood at the hostess stand beside our table and bad mouthed the customers they were serving. Our waitress had fake nails so long they touched the food and left imprints in my waffle so i didn't eat that side. I was afraid to return it because they seemed to be the kind of people to spit in a remake. The entire place was kind of dirty. We won't be returning. read more

Food is and always is amazing, their service on the other hand is honestly the worst I've seen in years. We checked in on the app got there and saw 4 tables open just needing to be wiped off. They said it would be a few minutes, well that turned into 15 minutes and still no one cleaned the tables. The wait staff was getting coffee and drinks for themselves and NO ONE was clearing the tables. The younger guy who works as a seater is a jerk and was complaining about everything the whole time we stood there. I finally asked when a table would be cleared and it still was at least another 5 minutes before we got seated. Meanwhile we were holding my 1 year old who just wanted to sit down the whole time. The young guy who ended up finally seating us was completely rude when he did. The waiters need to get their act together and stop acting "so busy" when they weren't even that crazy and clear the tables instead of worrying about getting drinks for themselves. read more
