Just what we needed after driving 3+ hours in the dark and rain a breather and some friendly faces and familiar breakfast food. Nothing like a waffle house in the early morning hours before sunrise. The shift change is arriving and people who have worked all night are ready to go home. We were greeted as is always the case in waffle House no matter where you are, this always happens. Our waitress was very pleasant and happy go lucky with a great attitude. We ordered the Ham and cheese Omelet with hash browns all the way minus mushrooms. She had a Bacon and egg sandwich, and we both had hot tea. We both enjoyed our food. btw always a great place to people watch as regulars show up and they are greeted like family. Asked if they want their usual order. Always an experience. We were just passing through but if we were locals or passing through again, we would stop in again. read more

Went into the waffle house waiting to enjoy the hash browns. The staff was quick and attentive as well as took our order in no time. The staff also kept the tables clean and drinks filled as well as recieved our food quickly. I had hash browns and bacon and it was great, probably one of the best experiences I have had at waffle house. Def stop by this one if you are near by. read more

I get this every time I come. I always substitute the grits for hash browns and I get my eggs scrambled with cheese. I took 15 minutes for us to be seated and then it took another 15 minutes for us to receive our food. read more

For the second time I've visited this location, they've gotten my order wrong; even after a really long wait for a sandwich and two waffles. Problem one...I ordered a sandwich platter. Ironically, they gave me ketchup for the missing hash browns. Problem two. Not confirmed, but I believe my order was pushed to the back of the bus to serve others. Problem three. The waitress confirmed that I wanted the hash browns and two waffles and charged me for it. Not understanding the disconnect for such a simple order. Otherwise, the sandwich was good, but would have been better had I had the entire platter. I was getting the waffles for my mom and aunt. Disappointed to say the least. Cynthia was the very slow. On her phone. Took us over 8 minutes for us to even get our drink order. Took another 10 minutes to even receive our drinks. She completely forgot one of our meals came with a waffle. I had to ask the sweet lady who was cooking to grab me my waffle. The lady who was cooking was very nice and on point. Cynthia on the other hand, needs to do better. read more

Worst service ever. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick dinner one night and sat at the counter. There were 3 employees behind the counter, one cooking and 2 servers, and there were maybe 3 other tables filled: 2 had food, and one was ordering. There were a couple people picking up to-go orders as well. We sat down and waited for 15 minutes before a waitress even acknowledged us. We watched as she interacted with other tables, wiped off tables when there were already multiple empty, clean tables, and talked to the other employees and to-go customers, who were apparently her friends or something. After 15 minutes of watching, "Cynthia" finally put down our utensils, but didn't say a word and did not take our drink or food orders. Instead, she walked off and began setting out to-go boxes, even though the to-go orders had already been satisfied and another waitress was bagging them up. The other table's food was being plated. In all this time, we could've had our drinks and food being prepared. So we waited 10 more minutes, a total of 25 minutes without service, and then left without saying a word. We drove down to the WH on Fob James and service there was great. Delicious and helpful waitresses. Complete opposite of this one! Do NOT go to the Waffle House. Drive down one exit to the other for REAL service. read more

Couldn't stay to eat because of the roaches running around on the floor. We travel a lot and often eat at Waffle House all over the place. Today is the first time we have been to one with roaches crawling around. Did not stay to eat. read more

I have been sitting in the parking lot for 30 min trying to call in a togo order but it has been going straight to voicemail because the worker is walking around with it in her hands laughing passing it back and forth to a customer laughing and cutting up. i wanted to call in the order so i didn't have to go inside due to corona. i will never eat her again. read more
