I asked her how her day was and she ignored me like if i was talking to the wall. My actual server asked her to be polite and she ignored him. Used to be my favorite chick fil a, but the past FIVE times I've been they have screwed my order up Multiple times they have forgotten entire items (chicken minis, biscuits) and they are not good about putting in the sauce that you asked for I've had too many times where I asked for Chick-fil-A sauce and been given honey mustard Or Polynesian and was given BBQ Today was my final straw though, I went and ordered a spicy sandwich with pepper jack, lettuce, and no pickles! If you also don't like pickles, then you understand that they are not something you can just pick off because the flavor soaks into the bread and the chicken Not only did they forget the lettuce (which you do have to pay extra for) they put pickles on it Whatever I live 30 min away from town, so cold, and drove all the way back just to have to wait in a long line We had to ask for the biggest fresh mac & cheese, because it was cold by now And they finally gave us the order so we went back to the car We've already been burned once, so we checked the order in the car and wow! No cheese :) Had to go back inside and tell them they forgot the cheese and then had to wait FOREVER and then wait in line again because they still didn't bring out the cheese So now I'm gonna have to melt the cheese myself and just hope that the food hasn't gone cold it with how long we had to wait AFTER being given a replacement Go to the Manchester location, they're better :) read more

I love the food. Normally order at chick-fill-a (various locations) once a week. Had a mobile order and dine in today. Didn't bring me the nuggets at first. I had to go to the register and ask. They found my order on their order screen, but it seemed like they did not believe they made a mistake or believe in me. The lady in front had to show my mobile order receipt email to the manager again. Felt very uncomfortable even I didn't do anything wrong. Remember to double check what you got! read more

The hash browns came half-filled with 9 hash browns. The yogurt parfait came with 3 quarter slices of a strawberry, and three blueberries, and once we asked for more, he said they would have to charge us. He then looked at the parfait, noticing the minimal amount of fruit, and brought back the same exact amount with a photo saying, "This is our standards. Sorry," and stormed off. If these are your "standards" then update the picture on your app, and maybe raise them because $10 for a breakfast meal is outrageous when you aren't even given a full strawberry. Did they switch employees with the Exit 7 Chick Fil A or something?? We literally started going to this location because the Exit 7 one was getting horrible and always got our order messed up. (Left a review for your reading pleasure) Now it seems every time I order a grilled chicken club I never get what I order. Tonight's dinner... what's it missing? Everything but the chicken... Bacon, cheese and pickles. There was a miscommunication about the pickles and that happens, not even mad about it with how often it does happen sadly, but there's nothing else on this sandwich!! What the heck... Won't be the first time this has happened when I've ordered this either. I checked before leaving the parking lot one of the previous times to make sure they got it correct and when I discovered that they didn't I went to the door to get it fixed and they brought me the same exact thing!! The Ladies and Gentlemen that work outside and take your order and take your money are always very nice however on these really cold days and raining days they need to be given better or proper equipment while they work outside these guys and girls need some really nice gloves with touchscreen technology so they can still use their iPads I would hate for a Chick-fil-A employee to get sick from working outside Also very disappointing drink order I ordered a sweet tea and they filled the cup to the brim with ice so I only had a couple sips of drink and ran out of drink......very sad read more

So go there order 2 meals ask for chick-fil-a sauce and ketchup. Pull off look in bag and it's only 1 sauce and 1 ketchup for 2 meals. Can't go in to get additional sauce because it's closed inside due to the COVID-19 and I was not going back through drive thru the line was entirely to long. I mean it's just common sense. read more
