My husband's favorite, Fiesta omelet with grits and a biscuit.

If you want cheap good breakfast, this is the place. I get my usual; bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast and can spend under $8 for an entire meal. I would say the definitely could do better with coffee as it tastes watered down and don't order some water with your meal because it tastes like Indianapolis sink water. Other than that, this location is pretty good about getting your order to you correctly and hot. There is parking directly out front and they're pretty busy so there is usually a little wait.

to those who find this message, may it find you well. this waffle house, and those who worked at this establishment, were perfect. our waitress (dirty blonde, tattooed dragon with black and red ink on her forearm) was the sweetest woman our group has ever met. she was very considerate and helped us with all of our needs. the ambiance was equivalent, or possibly better than the waffle house lana del rey worked at - and let me tell you, that place is tough to beat. two of us had never had waffle house and you best believe that we will dream about that meal for years to come. thank you to everyone who made this happen, we love you.

Well it is a Waffle House so it's pretty standard but the staff here was nice, quick with ordering and food delivery, and food was par. Cant say much else except my husband loves this place and so I have to go occasionally. The parking lot is kind of a pain though. You can only enter on the east side of the building. The west side is another establishments parking lot with a curb so you can't get to Waffle House unless you drive over it. It's kind of confusing but you'll manage.

What a fantastic experience. Living in California (where we don't have Waffle House) I have wanted to get me some for years. It was magical as I had dreamed. The staff was rad and kind and made us laugh. The food was amazing. Thank you WH - without a doubt one of the highlights of my trip.

I work here so of course I love it. Early mornings and late nights are usually pretty busy. Everything is made to order so your food is always fresh. I'm addicted to the All Star breakfast. My husband usually gets the t-bone steak and eggs. I love the culture because everyone customers and staff are like family. The juke box has a app available if you don't have change and everybody sings along !

Located a couple blocks west of I-465, they are open 24/7, with a pleasant staff. I was traveling with family during the holidays and happened upon this Waffle House while in the area. Ebony did a great job. She took our orders, delivered the meals and conversed with our little guy, making our visit most pleasant. The cook was headed outside on break, and as he passed me, offered a "thanks for stopping". I caught it after he passed, but he was already out the door before I could return the greeting. That's just friendly!! I'll return when I can!

It's Waffle House! It's 4:30am. It's what you do as an adult at 4:30am. Who else is open to serving great home cooking at this time of morning?!? No one, that's who. We had the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Listen, you haven't had a BEC until you've had it at the Waffle House. Sooooooo good. But still, it's just the Waffle House. If you've been to one, you've been to most.

I wish they had Waffle House in my part of the country. I would probably end up there at least once a month on the weekends. This is my second time at one and I am always so pleased with how delicious it is. This location has great service with very friendly staff. Our waitress, Micah, was extremely friendly and she would make a great friend to anyone!

Half order of biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. Bacon tastes a little off.

Cool spot to go for karaoke! Great for large groups as well…read more I organized a work outing and we came to Maru. There were 12 of us and we got the large room. It was a cold night and the staff had the heater on before we got in and turned it off upon arrival. Nice touch! Unfortunately our singing, dancing around, and drinking led to us warming up the room a little too much. There were big fans in the room which we turned on! I'm sad to say I never even asked them if they could turn on the AC. The couches in the rooms have seen better days. A few of them didn't have the proper support so when you sit in them you'd sink. Ordered drinks at the small bar in the lobby and we were charged all together at the end of the night. It was fun to navigate the large remote/keyboard. There are plenty of English songs, but be aware they are all in the pop genre. There were buttons for Bluetooth connection, so I suppose you could connect your phone, but we didn't use that feature. All and all, good spot to go to for some fun singing!

I went to this place 2 years ago and had no trouble reserving a room. Things have changed since…read morethen. There is no transparency for room rates here and this gives a business an opportunity to swindle you. I originally had a party of 10 people and confirmed a reservation 2 weeks ahead of the time reserved. I was told to pay $100 deposit in addition to the $100/hr rate for the room. There is no clarity if that deposit can be refunded or what the policy is on the website or readily available to customers when they are on site. I discovered that this deposit is non-refundable, which is unfortunate that I had to eat that cost. Unfortunately, my party of 10 went down to a party of 6 due to funerals, COVID, and other uncontrollable circumstances. I tried calling several times prior to the reservation (Sunday and Wednesday before the Saturday reserved time) I was told on my final call speaking with the manager that since the group had reduced to 6 people they could put us at $50/hr in the small room. However, when I showed up, I was told that we were still in the $80/hr and there was no changing that. Also, we had a lot of technical difficulties. Wireless microphone receivers were not charged, so we kept getting disconnected. We had to change mics 3x when we were there. The employees were doing their best and were as accommodating as they could be, but ultimately the management is faulty. Transparency is important and this place does not have it. Also, I was not told tip was included. I usually tip 20% because times are tough and places don't pay their employees enough, but did not get an itemized receipt before this interaction. So I tipped an additional amount without knowing.

We were greeted with as hearty hello and told we could sit anywhere. Country music and a rustic vibe made it easy to enjoy sloppy food. (Not in a bad way) I ordered the burger with an egg on top. It was huge. I didn't think I could eat it but I did. My husband got party wings. He thought they were as good as any fried chicken we have had. The only thing missing was a cold beer. They serve huge Pepsi products The owner came out to make sure we were happy. Then a server came out to see if he could get us anything more No way, we were too full Will we go back again, you betcha

I don't write reviews often, but this experience made me make an exception…read more Pros: The dining area looks very nice and I enjoyed the decor. That's it. That's all the pros. Cons: My partner and I decided to stop here on our way to an event for dinner. We had 40 minutes to get to a place 5 minutes away from this restaurant. We figured we had plenty of time. When we walked in, all staff were on their phones and did not notice us. There was ONE customer in the dinning area. We had to approach staff because not only were they on their phones around the corner from the only guest, they all had their backs turned to the door. It's possible the place has a bell or something to alert staff to customers. If so, no one could hear it because the place had Spotify playing excessively loudly. After we got the attention of staff and were seated, the waitress walked away and stared into her phone for 10 minutes before coming to ask for our drink order. We told her we wanted to order fully. We had to repeat our order MULTIPLE TIMES because she could not hear us over the music and we could not hear her. We asked if the music could be turned down three times and were refused. After placing our order, she came back shortly to tell us they did not have the appetizer we ordered and tried to get us to order a specific app we did not want and had no interest in. Eventually, we were served our burgers with 15 minutes left to eat and pay if we did not want to be late. When we got our food, both of our orders were wrong. My partner attempted to call out to the waitress (who was on her phone again), but could not be heard over the music. I had to SHOUT "Ma'am" at the waitress standing 10 feet away to get her attention because the music was so loud. We told her the burgers were incorrect and we needed to send them back. She tried to talk to us but no one could hear each other because of the constant music playing. She got the manager who came and asked what was wrong. We explained that one of the burgers should have been plain and the other should have had only lettuce on it. We then showed her that my burger had all condiments listed on the menu on it and my partner's burger had toppings that weren't even listed on the burger to begin with, including pickles which we both have mild allergies to. After the manager herself took our order, she came back with a menu and tried to justify somehow both the one burger made to menu standard and the surprise toppings on the other. Less than a minute afterwards, my partner's burger was brought out finally made correctly. She did not tell me until we left they had simply scraped off the condiments from the bun and she could still taste them on the burger and bun. She stopped eating after three bites. Several minutes later (and now making us late to our event), my food was brought. It was also made wrong yet again, but it was also plain now. My partner left the dinning room to take a call and to escape the noise of the music. I asked the manager lady for the bill and mentioned how they still had not made my burger as ordered. She apologized and said she would discount the tab for the troubles. The bill was not brought to the table until AFTER I had fully finished my sandwich. Neither of us were given any napkins or silverware at all, and my burger came with a sticky sauce I had to wash off in the restroom. The initial waitress brought me our bill. There was zero discount at all. I tipped incredibly low. I will never, under ANY circumstance, return to this establishment. For less than half of the price of two meals made incorrectly and lazily "fixed", I could have driven across 56th street to Burger King and gotten a burger made correctly and not have had to spend an hour being subjected to somebody's terrible rap music Spotify playlist (which included the song "My D*ck" by Mickey Avalon) being blasted so loudly that I got a headache from it. I wish them the very worst of success.

The biscuits were so light and fluffy I almost cried. Seriously! If you're gluten-free, you KNOW how rare that is! And the French toast bake? Pure bliss! Not dense, crumbly, or mushy. Fire & Ice Cafe has figured out how to make gluten-free food that doesn't feel like you're missing out. It's not just good for gluten-free. It's genuinely AMAZING food! The moment I walked in the doors of Fire & Ice I knew Yelp did me good! The space is bright with a modern farmhouse feel to it. There's a fireplace, lounge seating, tables and chairs, and even a bar area (that's where I decided to sit). The ladies behind the counter were nice and gave me some recommendations. I went with their banana bread latte with oat milk and one of their biscuit sandwiches with egg and American cheese. Both were absolutely delicious and I would order again. I'll add that the restroom was clean, but the wifi wasn't that great. I ended up using my hotspot while I was there. This place is also women-owned and totally gluten free. Seriously, I had no idea until a friend told me a few days later. They're clearly a lot of things right!

I had Cole slaw and fried okra with is, both we excellent sides. The Cole slaw was 'runny', not a heavy mayonnaise base but did not taste vinegary. The chicken parmigiana had the same breading as the tenderloin and my wife said it was crisp, yet juicy as well. Both meals are something we will definitely return for! We loved the ambiance. The bar eating area is very reminiscent of an English pub, with dark wood, booths surrounding a large bar and the lighting was just enough to not be drab Our waitress was pleasant and took good care of us quite well!

It might be because the service by the bartender Susan. I do like the old, dark, wooden design style of the bar. I had to change my Atmosphererating from a 5 this time. They obviously were working on the lights over the booths because they kept turning them on, off and dimming them. At no point did someone come over to say anything to us or apologize to us that they were working on getting the light fixed. It was very annoying to try to eat or talk to the others at the table and the lights go out or become very bright. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Previous review: I have only eaten at a bar table so I cannot speak to the atmosphere in the main part of the restaurant. But I do enjoy eating in the bar area. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. My husband and I have started to make this part of our monthly date nights we like it so much! They have so many great food options!! Their honey croissants are delicious!! I also really like their ranch. Their fries are like the size of steak and shake but way better and they stay crispy even after they have started to cool. I would also recommend their baked potato soup. Based on their food and the atmosphere of the bar, I would highly recommend especially if you are looking for a nice place to eat

The menu has something for everyone, and after trying the wings, fries, and watermelon salad, we already knew we'd need to come back to explore more of it. We were especially impressed with the drink selection, offering a wide variety of canned and draft beers, cocktails, and even THC options. They truly have something for just about everyone! The bartenders were friendly, and our only minor critique was the service time. It seemed like the bartender was juggling both the tables and the bar rail, which felt like a lot to manage given how busy the restaurant was. We weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a major issue for us, but a little extra support during peak times could make the experience even better. Overall, Sahm's Tavern is a great spot for football, drinks, and a casual meal. With such a solid menu and an impressive beverage selection, we're already looking forward to our next visit!
