Classic Waffle House Experience. So this is a good review Location: This location is right on a main road as many other locations are. Plenty of parking, and your standard indoor setup. This place was your standard WH cleanliness, without sticky tables or floors. COVID: No masks required for customers or staff. One man, who may have been the manager (was walking with a clipboard), had on a mask. No one else, including the cooks. They do have the booth dividers as well as the individually wrapped Utensils. Service: Our server was Sonya Blade. She was very normal and helpful. She stayed on top of our drinks without asking. She clearly liked music as she was singing along with the music being played. She was kind enough to sit down and share some of her own life about her kiddies and living in Jesup (that was after my asking). Food: Again, classic Waffle House Experience. You go there for the same experience throughout the country. Good cheap breakfast. They have your standard eggs, meat, hashbrowns, and waffles in an array of combinations. Being 24/7..you can have breakfast whenever you like. They didn't disappoint. Price: We had alot more food on the table than pictured. But for 2 meals and 2 drinks...15 bucks is not bad at all! For 2 complete meals, its about 20 total dollars including the tip (In case you read this and think $4 isn't alot for a tip...let me help you. Four dollars is technically more than the 20 percent requirement..but in this scenario...I really felt led to bless our server. So the hubby agree...an extra $100 seemed appropriate). So price wise.. this was probably the most expensive breakfast we've had in some time..lolol. Overall, if you're in Jesup and need a good filling cheap breakfast, you can't beat them! Cleanliness is not AMAZING. This is your "hole in the wall" feel, or diner standards, if you have never been to a WH. read more

The cook was terrible, my food was not prepared properly! Half my dinner was served to me while the undercooked food was being recooked ! The undercooked food was served to me after I got my plate and discovered it the food was placed back directly on the grill , pretty sure it's a health food violation to return food to a grill top after a member of the public has handled it , none the less it's far better and less risky food contamination wise to drive to any place else the waitress was good she even cautioned the cook about what he was doing wrong ! read more

This little Waffle House location was very welcoming and the food was cooked exactly as requested! Sonya was awesome!!! She was quick and efficient and proactive and delivered service with a smile! Nasty. Dirty tables, dirty silverware. My husband's cup was dirty and he said the tea tasted old or off so he stopped drinking. The salt and pepper shakers were covered in grease and the tops were wet. My plate was covered in grease from something I wasn't eating. ONLY ONE person had a mask. The rest, including the cooks were maskless. Only reason we didn't get up and leave was because we had already ordered. Also, the booth dividers are gone....Don't go here. read more

I am VERY unhappy with my visit to this Waffle House location. There were only 4 tables occupied & the rest of the tables were dirty! When we got sat down it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then our waiter walked away while we were making our order. He did not come back for over 5 minutes. By this time we had decided to leave. We paid for our drinks(over $10) which half of us never even drank from. The employees were rude as we left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!! read more

I ordered food for my mother and I. We both got the All-Star breakfast and the waffles that came with them were raw and had black chunks in it from I guess the waffle maker ( which means they don't clean it). I got grits with mine and they were like eating glue. The ham was so salty and tough that I had to spit it out. I also got a order of triple hashbrowns with chili, cheese, and mushrooms that I couldn't eat because it was mush and something in it was soured. My mother also said her sausage was burnt and like 2 little cement blocks. Now my mother is sick and I bought food we couldn't even eat. I seriously hope they didn't give her food poisoning..... I called and said I wanted a refund and explained the issues to the lady (she was sweet) which is something I never do. Don't eat here! My boyfriend works overnight shift across the street and occasionally I will meet him when he's on his "lunch" break. This means the only time I've been here is with the graveyard shift. The food was delicious but for whatever reason, Waffle House seems to LOVE turning down the temperature as low as possible, meaning unless you have at least a light jacket, you're going to be very chilly. read more
