The coconut curry shrimp was amazing super flavorful and came in an almost buttery sauce which I keep dripping over the rice! The sides were also really tasty. I didn't love the jerk chicken only because it was a bit dry but in the Chef's defense, he did not claim that was one of his award-winning dishes. After about ten minutes a young man came out and showed me the entree...enough for two people (or one if you are fluffy like me!). I drove back to the hotel and sat down to my feast.
