The menu says the cheese is Swiss, but it is obviously not 100% natural Swiss and there are no holes. It also leaves a stickiness in your mouth like other American cheeses. It's likely a Swiss- American blend. Service is excellent here and the cashier is a true character and reminded me a little of Damon Wayans. Considering the cheese they use, I personally prefer the philly over at Lenny's on the west side of Humble. If they had provolone as an option then I would certainly bump it up because their bread here is pretty good and light.
