I have to give honor where it's due. I've see many people down talk and treat the staff at this location so trashy for no reason. So, upon arriving we were greeted by two very amazing young ladies at the door that assisted us promptly on getting seated. Our area that we were able to choose was very clean and comfortable with nice music selections for everyone. We were then almost immediately assisted with getting something to drink and asked about appetizers. We were given as much time as we needed to review the menu and order. Our server was fantastic! We came on a Saturday for lunch and it wasn't busy at all. We shared the rib and chicken meal and shared it with two people, and it was so much food. The elote corn was so good! I also really loved the creamy mac & cheese. We got on the side. We also got the Nashville hot chicken tenders. They were really good and I wouldn't say they were too hot. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake. It is simply amazing! If you show up during lunch hours, you can add it to a lunch special for only $3.99. This is a must if you have the opportunity. Don't bother, everything went up like $40%, they messed up a big item we purchased, the party platter crispers- we ordered the honey chipotle and got home to see it wasn't sauced. They forgot the ranch also. And the pasta and fries were mid. I had contacted Isaac the manager for a refund. Wasn't processed. After 6 days I had to email and after a back and forth was still only refunded the price of the plain crispers not the whole bill that I asked bc of tip, tax, missing ranch for the meal, or the trouble I went through. So we are not returning to Chili's. Spend your business elsewhere. read more

I ordered to go, so I didn't look at my food until I got home. A few things, one, I ordered 4 sides of salsa and they gave me no chip. What do you want me to eat the salsa with? Another, the salsa was literally frozen, a block of frozen salsa from the container, super annoying but easy to fix quick in the microwave. They have a new Nashville HOTT sauce I ordered, of course, but nope. The sauce wasn't hot at all. Honestly, Chilies has yet to come up with a super spicy anything. Third, I got the boneless wings,which is such an easy go to for chilies, a great classic. Those were great, as always, but had to make my own sauce for them because in no way are they in the "wing game".... If you know what I'm sayin! I would say chilis hands down has the BEST ranch. Stopped by with a coworker for lunch. Was not expecting much from this place and it lived DOWN to my expectations. Got the brisket quesadilla which was actually pretty good. However it was the service that keeps my overall rating down. Giving them 3 stars was pretty generous considering our server was AWOL most of the time. We asked for something after the food was brought to the table and a few minutes later had to flag the server down and ask again. They never asked us if we needed anything else, not even refills on our drinks. The tables have a thing that lets you pay when you are ready but it wasn't working and so we had more of a wait to pay the bill. I've been coming to this location for years. I'm not sure what the problem is with giving customers a decent amount of condiments, but every time I order a salad I have to ask for extra ranch, as the amount they give you is barely two tablespoons in the tiny black ramekins. Tonight the lady working at the curbside pickup gave me such attitude when I asked for an extra ranch. As you see, she filled the "extra" tiny ramekin halfway full, as to prove a point. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. My daughters and I went to eat at this location yesterday and I was a very HORRIBLE experience. The host was very rude when we entered and gave us a dirty and food covered booster seat. When I asked him to wipe it off he brushed it once or twice with a used napkin, luckily I have travel Lysol wipes so I wiped it down myself along with the extremely sticky and dirty booth we were sat at. We were sat at 2:05pm and greeted by a service at 2:19pm AFTER I threatened to leave after speaking with a manager. The server we had must have been getting ready to leave because she walked past our table at least 8 times before we were greeted. Our food came out very cold, my chips and salsa were either soggy from spilled salsa on them or not warmed at all, my daughters Mac and cheese was ice cold on the inside and the fries tasted like they were basted with vegetable oil. I asked to speak with a manager and was told "the manager is extremely busy right now so if it isn't directly related to a food issue they won't be come to the table" Yikes. Never. Again. We visited Sunday afternoon on the 22 of January. We entered the restaurant and were seated, without receiving a welcome from the staff. After receiving waters and while reviewing the menu, we had a water spill at our table onto the floor. We began cleaning up with napkins, and one of the waiters came over and gave us more napkins so that we could clean up the spill rather than offering to clean it up for us. When we were done cleaning up the spill, we placed the dirty napkins into a plastic cup, and set the cup at the end of the table, the waiter returned to our table, but did not bother to remove the dirty napkins and cup. We provided our order and very quickly the food was served. Two of us shred a platter where you can select three items from the list of items. We selected the sliders, southwest eggrolls and chicken tenders. The sliders were over cooked and nothing special. The egg rolls had been warming for some time and lacked flavor, the chicken had a tasty sauce on it. One of our other party ordered the fajitas and when one of us took a taste of the meat it had a chemical taste. The person who ordered the fajitas left 3/4 of them on their plate and did not ask for a take home box. The service continued to be less than satisfactory with the waiter never returning to see if we needed extra water or if there is anything else that could be provided. The bill was close to $100 for four adults and two children who were eating macaroni and cheese. Considering the service and the quality of food it was a big disappointment. We would not recommend this restaurant. read more

The only reason this place didn't get 5 stars is because the bathroom was a mess and although toilet paper was all over the floor the rolls were empty in the stalls. Bathrooms are VERY important to families!!! The food and service was perfect!! Our drinks were filled promptly and our order was served hot n fresh. My daughter had the lunch special that included a soup & main dish. She chose the baked potato soup which I tasted and it is so creamy and good!! Then she had the fresh mex salad that she loved. She had it with the chipotle grilled chicken and it was so fresh and full of flavor. I opted foe the side salad and avocado bacon chicken sandwich. It comes on a pretzel bun but I asked for the wheat Texas toast and it was YUMMY! The tx toast actually tasted homemade with a kittle honey wheat flavor. I'm loving their new menu. For a chain restaurant they have a good menu going and we will be back sooner than later. Our server was great and we arrived just as they opened so there was no wait. Disappointed that they still allow smoking but fortunately no smokers had arrived during our time there. We do avoid going there for dinner just for that reason though. Thanks for the great meal! I'm a door dash driver and have been to this Chili's 4 times now. Every time I go there is only one guy working all To-go/delivery/online orders. I sat today for 20min to pick up an order for a customer and never got helped. I walk up to the door and make people mad. Seriously, this is the worst place to order from unless you have all day to wait. read more

Chilis Atascocita So My family and I just ordered a to go order from chilis Atascocita location to bring back home to watch during the game. When we arrived home we had two orders incorrect as well as the food very cold (even though we were parked outside and got the order the moment the food ready notification came through to my phone). We reheated each meal and just went ahead with eating despite the incorrect mix ups with two of the orders. About half way through with my drink in theirs now clear to go cups I notice something floating in my drink. I take the lid off and notice that there is multiple chip pieces in my drink floating around. I show my boyfriend and it took him a while to register as well that they were chips and not ice. He then goes to check his cup and notices two pieces in his cup as well. ABSOLUTELY disgusting and at this rate looks purposeful places. I called up there to speak with the manger who was completely unconcerned and dry about this situation. We were told to pack back up everything bring the food back up there to have everything re made and that that's the only option. My significant other ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the cook had the audacity to send the bun out BURNED on both sides (and the chicken was overcooked). I felt like I was on an episode of KITCHEN NIGHTMARES and I was waiting for Gordon Ramsey to walk out any minute. She was starving and just opted to get the bun changed out for a fresh one. The buffalo sauce had been cooked into the batter and it looked like a fried Snickers from the carnival. WTF?! I despise stupid cooks who just don't give a damn! The only reason Chili's get 4 stars is because...well, it's Chili's and every experience hasn't been like this. Also, the server (whom I believe was also a manager or something) was pretty attentive and made it easy to get the order corrected, BUT seemed clueless on the fact that the chicken should been changes out, too.
