Listen... sometimes ya just want some buttered up waffles with a side of cheeseburgers. There's only a few places that can make that happen. For that reason, I'm thankful for this legendary southern institution in doing just that. I have plenty of good memories in this specific location. Late night eats. Midday waffles. You name it. Surprisingly, the ol' house knows how to cook up a decent cheeseburger around these parts. No complaints there as it's very tasty. But really, the buttered up waffle stack is what does it for me. Can't say much about their coffee but everything else is solid. I've had pleasant service during my visits. I'll likely be back again whenever I get my specific waffle craving again. read more

I love this Waffle House! Not too many people know of the location. That may change after this review. Uugh! But I must tell y'all about Chef "Rob" Robert! Chef Rob is a leader in the kitchen and beyond. I just visited on a busy Friday morning. Take outs and dine in visitors. Full counter top overlooking the grill. At one point, there was a hiccup with a few orders, and Chef Rob commanded the attention of all employees with a deep voice that made them all stop immediately, and listen to his redirections. All eyes were on him and every one reorganized. I love to see leadership in the kitchen and in the building, especially at a favorite of mine like Waffle House, that sometimes gets a bad name. I will tell you, this place deserves five stars. The problem was that I found ants on the table, that was the only bad thing that prevented me giving it five stars. They need to address the dance, but let me get into the good. First of all Service, absolutely friendly, professional, above and beyond level of service. The young lady was very polite, very professional, and as I understand, it wasn't even a cook, but still cooked my meal. The food tasted great, being one of the places that have raisin toast, one of the few places I mean, I really enjoyed being able to order that. So yeah, if they didn't have the two ants that I killed on the table, this place would've been a five star. read more

If I could give this location a zero stars I would. I visited this Waffle House location on February 8th around 4:00 PM with two friends, and the service was extremely disappointing. When we entered, we were not greeted at all and were instead stared at in a way that made us uncomfortable. Our server--who I believe was named Nyeisha--did not acknowledge us when we spoke to her and threw our utensils onto the table without saying anything. Throughout our time there, she continued to stare at us, roll her eyes, and make us feel unwelcome. She never took our order. However, when another customer came in shortly after, she immediately greeted him warmly, laughed with him, and started his order right away. The contrast in treatment was obvious and extremely uncomfortable. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this location, and I will not be returning. read more

The Waffle and hashbrowns were very good, but the eggs had a slightly greasy taste. The service was great, as the waiters were very nice and helpful and the food came out quick. The Ambiance was amazing, as every waffle house is, i paid for food and got to see two customers brawling over a piece of bacon!! It was amazing. I've been to this location on two separate occasions during a weekend between the hours of 11:30 pm- 1 am. On both visits, the space was not very crowded and my service was great. The crowd picked up throughout the night/early morning. I often greet other stragglers on my way out. Upon entering we chose a booth & the area we were to be seated had been wiped down and the service was fast. The server was patient and offered suggestions for my friend who didn't know what they wanted to order right away. My usual go-to menu items are the All-Star or patty melt. My food was hot and good on both occasions and the portions are still more than I can eat in one sitting. Overall, this location is good to drop in for a late-night breakfast. I'll have to drop in during the day to see what this location has to offer. read more

Extremely Disappointed - This Place Has Gone Downhill This used to be my go-to spot. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and you were always greeted with a smile. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Over the past few visits--mainly because it's close to home--I've experienced consistently poor service. Each time, I've seen customers walk out simply because no one would acknowledge or serve them. On our most recent visit (11/1/2025), we waited without being greeted or helped, and several other guests left for the same reason. When we finally placed our order, we got home only to find that half of our food was missing. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If this location is supposed to be one of the better ones, why does it only have two stars? Waffle House management, please bring in staff who care about the job. I miss the quality and service this place used to offer. Sadly, I won't be returning. read more

Wow! We've been coming for years. Our Waitress seemed stressed upon entry. She made me some decaf coffee but gave me regular. Slamming dishes gave me a headache so we decided to leave along with about 10 other customers. I felt sorry for the family with small children being subjected to profanity. Our waitress kept saying the customer is not always right-very inflammatory . Do better Waffle House. read more

We went to our local Waffle House. The service was good. BUT. It was so cold in there that my food was cold before I could eat it. We asked three times if they would cut the air down some. The waitress ask the supervisor to turn it down some and he ask her why and she said customers were complained. He refused to turn it down as he had done it once earlier. My husband finally went to our car and got a lap robe I keep in the car for emergencies. Now mine you. It was 65 outside and had to be atleast 60 inside or cooler as the air never shut off. So I sat there eating my cold eggs in an blanket. So it you like cold weather and cold food go to this Waffle House I am sure there will be plenty of room as we won't go back and several other half frozen customers said the same thing! read more

Food is good, but the service....meh I called to place a to go order at this location but no one answered. It was sunday and I got out of church around 12pm. So I'm sure they were busy. Over the next 30 min I kept calling and no one ever answered. I'm thinking that they are closed or extremely slammed. Decided to drive there to see. I get there and they are open and are a little busy, but not to the point where no one shouldn't be answering the phone. I placed my order in person , while I was waiting I decided to call this location from my phone....and you guessed it...no one answered, bear in mind that the 'crowd rush' had ceased. Food was good and our waitress, Bec, was pleasant. However, I do not enjoy eating BREAKFAST having to listen to blasting upbeat music! My wife took out her hearing aids and it was still so loud that we couldn't talk. A woman at the counter facing my wife also mouthed "too loud"! We hadn't eaten there in years due to blasting music the last time we ate there years ago. This is the second time this has happened at this location and we will never dine at this Waffle House again. The shift manager and wait staff went out of their way to make me and my wife feel unwelcome. The most unprofessional manager and crew I have ever encountered. I am not sure if it was due to the fact that we are an Asian couple or the crew was unprofessional. We entered store at 1:20 in the afternoon on a weekend, the entire crew did not acknowledge us while waiting. The crew explained to a customer that walked in 10 minutes after we were waiting that the bar seating was closed and they were shutting the grill down for cleaning. After bringing this up to a shift manager, we were asked to leave, not in a respectful way, by the entire wait staff including the shift manager. On the way out the door, one of the wait staff added further insult by saying go home and cook your own eggs. Beauty of Waffle House is you can get great food, good service at any location. Not this one. This was my second visit to this location with terrible service and an extremely dirty restaurant. Avoid this one, plenty of other Waffle Houses in town. read more

Flew home from west coast really late, nothing open all the way home to Pleasant Garden, then boom, Waffle House. The service was great, friendly and professional. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! I am currently sitting in the restaurant and have been sitting here for 20 minutes now and have not been served , greeted, or spoken to period. I am also sitting next to other guests that have not received any service! I ask for service and a server with blonde /yellow Hair responded that they are not sure when we will receive service due to only two servers being served !! This is not acceptable at any level for a Waffle House! Waffle House is one of my most favorite places to eat after hours and early mornings ! I have eaten at Waffle House in almost every state it is offered and i will say the piss pour service received tonight have surpassed any other bad service i have ever received! The food here is okay, nothing special even by Waffle House standards. I usually eat here when it's late at night and everything else is closed. I usually get a waffle with eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. The eggs aren't very good, honestly. The staff is just sort of there and once a lady made a rude remark towards a friend because of the tip. If you need a decent, cheap meal in the middle of the night, I'd suggest eating here. If not, head elsewhere. read more
